Service was great. Loaner car was convenient as always and much appreciated. The exterior detailing was not so great. Windshield had spots on it and it was not rectified. Detailer did not pay attention to detail. I could have got same results going through a car wash for a lot less cost. Interior detail was satisfactory. Second time I got the detail for around $200. First time was great. There will not be a third time if I want the windows done right. I will be shopping for a good detail service.

My daughter had told me to go check out Subaru's. She has one. She loves Subaru. The moment my husband and I drove into the Subaru lot and got out to look we were welcomed by the most wonderful staff of any dealership I have ever been to. We saw the beautiful red Crosstrek. I fell in love. After test driving the vehicle with no salesperson in the car, I fell in love with it again. I didn't even look at another vehicle. It had everything I wanted. Then we me Kelley Fitzwater. Our salesperson. Everything was all about our needs. Offering drinks and snacks if needed. Kelley has a great personality and she's very easy to talk to. She answered any questions I had. I got what I wanted for my trade in. I feel like I got the best deal on my new Crosstrek. It's a long, tiring process buying a new vehicle. All the little extra details from test driving with no salesperson in the vehicle with you to anything you might need during the process to the freebie items when you're done and the walk through to show you where everything is inside the dealership means so much. When we left with my new red Crosstrek I felt like family. Thank you to everyone at Gerald Jones Subaru for the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Especially Kelley Fitzwater!

Great experience in O'Steen Subaru of Valdosta. The price of their vehicles are high, but the customer service is great. Thought we did not end up buying cars from them, but they are extremely helpful all the way. Special thanks to BDC coordinator Lauren Ahrens, she was very kind and trying to find the best car to meet our budget. Big thanks to the sales manager Chris Sweat to get us a good deal. Unfortunately we could not have a deal but overall a perfect place to buy cars from. Definitely recommend!

I always enjoy dealing with Michael and Ariel, however my overall experience with the service department and Subaru has been very disappointing! I have had numerous issues with my 2018 Outback that never seem to get resolved. I thought I was stepping up going from a Toyota Highlander to an Outback, but my car is a lemon and no one at Subaru seems to care.

I initially called to obtain the number for my warranty, the customer service rep was super unprofessional. She didn't answer my call until the 3rd time calling. When I finally spoke to her she transferred me to a number and no one answered. Whenever I would try to call back, she simply did not answer the phone. Maybe she recognized my number. I had to have my cousin call from a different number to finally get through. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she transferred me to a sales person. They transferred me to another sales rep. When I finally got in touch with the supervisor, I was simply brushed off and not taken seriously. It is very disappointing for me to be calling this place of business for the sole purpose of getting an 800 number, and having to go through this ordeal. Felt very disrespected and not taken seriously. Word of advice, do not do business with this dealership.

July 2020 I had an appointment 11am to replace passenger airbag which I was told would only take 1 hour. I was handed my keys 5pm. This location is not professional, the service department and general manager consists of low lifes. They will damage functions on your vehicle and place the damage on you. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE
