We had an excellent experience with Charlie (internet sales manager) and Brett. Charlie really worked to get our business, offering us an excellent deal on a 2019 Outback. Charlie patiently kept in contact as we did our comparison shopping (looking at other vehicles and talking to other details). He was regularly in touch, but never pushy or too aggressive (unlike another dealership where 5 different people called me in just 2 days!). I appreciated that he called and spoke to me on the phone (again, this contrasted positively with a dealership where the younger sales person only used text and email). When we finally decided to go with the Outback, Charlie worked to get us the price we wanted. And when I forgot some minor accessories we needed (trunk floor mat and cover), he got them added to the deal at minimal cost.
Everyone else we met at Troncalli (especially Brett, who handled our test drives when we were - initially - looking at used models, and Judson, the business manager) was very friendly and helpful and very down-to-earth. We highly recommend the Subaru dealership there. We live about 45 minutes away, but it was worth the drive.

I found THE car I wanted 400 miles from home at O’Steen Subaru - a Certified Pre-Owned Crosstrek Limited in (hard-to-find) Cool Gray Khaki. Fortunately, I had Paula on my side - I can’t count all the emails and calls we exchanged but she was responsive and friendly. My local cousins came by and checked out the car for me - Sebastian welcomed them and answered all their questions. He was also our Sales contact when we finally were able to drive up and get the car this past weekend. They had me in and out quickly, even installing an accessory I requested that same morning. We drive to Jacksonville to have our Legacy serviced instead of driving 20 minutes. The prices are outrageous for simple service that is done at no charge at other dealerships. Our Legacy has been to 3 Subaru dealerships and only 1 has ever charged for a tire rotation when having the oil changed, and it was this location. Prices for other services were above that of others as well. I save money by driving to Jacksonville and back. I got an oil change, tire rotation and my car washed for half the price of what Macon Subaru charges.

I knew I would be in the market for a new car so after reading Consumer Reports I narrowed my search. One of the cars was a Subaru Forrester. I showed an interest online and was contacted. At some point I was in contact with Quinton. I believe his last name is Lassiter or something similar. Anyway I explained how awful I thought buying a car was with the back and forth games of settling on a price and having to listen to all the "fast talk" to wear someone down in order to make a sale. Well after a little more research and viewing other car models I was really interested in the Subaru. I found through the website of Riverside that they had two cars I was interested in. Sure enough when I made the appointment and met with Quinton, the cars were available on the lot in addition to some others. Quinton was quickly able to steer me towards the car I wanted and needed. After that, closing the deal was a piece of cake. Everything just fell in place. The finance manager, David, I think was his name, was most helpful and courteous. Quinton introduced me to various people at the dealership including the service manager and set up my first appointment. He also has made himself available for extra help wth the computer things on the car at my convenience. I know I will ventral take him up on this. My time is limited as I spend most of my time taking care of my mother so I was really appreciative and thankful that this was such a leasing experience. I know I was satisfied with what I paid and I feel like Riverside was satisfied with what they made. Great place and I will definitely recommend this dealership to interested parties.
