Good people to do business with. - Guest
I returned to this dealership 2 months ahead of my lease end date to explore options. I was able to get into a new lease immediately with a great deal. I looked at a few models, but again chose the Q50. I ran through the options and color combos, then did a test drive. The exact features / color car I chose was on the lot and was in my garage 2 days later. Smooth transaction, happy repeat customer. I go to this dealer for all my service too...

Great experience! - harrisjr20
My overall experience with Berman's Infiniti Chicago was great. Right from when I saw the QX60 on Cargurus to the point I drove it off their lot, my interaction with the staff especially a lady called Chloe Alsubagh was pleasant and helpful.
Chloe was instrumental in me buying the car considering the fact that I was in Kansas City Missouri. She facilitated everything, all I needed to do was drive to Chicago and pick up my car. It was unfortunate I could not see her in person to thank her on the day I picked up the car because She was off.
Ken Feller was very friendly and helpful too. He helped me returned my rental car just minutes before the closest location close, thereby preventing me from driving to Chicago airport to return the rental car which could have been a disaster considering my wife is heavily pregnant and wasn't in the mood to drive. Also, it was Saturday and St Patrick's Day, the traffic was crazy.
My only negative was with Joseph Limijuco, head of the finance department. I think he was deliberately dishonest with me when he told me he would have given me an APR of 2.79% when he learned that my bank financed the car at 2.84%. And the reason I say this is because I was in talks with Chloe for a week long negotiating interest rate. According to her, they could not give me anything less than 4% after all her effort of trying to reduce it from 5.5% intial offer, despite the fact that my FICO score was 786. And I find it hard to believe that Joseph was not aware of the discussions. Because of Joseph, I intially thought of rating my experience 4 stars, but I think my overall experience worth 5 stars.
Their boss Ray was also friendly and welcoming.
So far we love the car and hope to enjoy it for a long time.
Wonderful experience with Nina Gacek - T. Johnson
I had found other QX80s elsewhere, but it was because of Nina's knowledge, kindness, professionalism and quick responses that we purchased from this dealership. This was handled over the phone or via e-mail. Once we agreed on a trade amount, we traveled a bit over 3 hours for our vehicle two days later. Paperwork was completed and the transition was very smooth, including the financing with Garrett. We highly recommend this dealership. THANK YOU AGAIN NINA!!!
Excellent Service - Sankhiro
I had the pleasure of working with George, on the purchase of my new car. He was very straight forward and explained, in detail, exactly what I was getting. I’m not an experienced buyer. So, the detail I was provided, helped me make a decision without having to worry about my money going to something unnecessary. I felt comfotable walking out of there, knowing that I got the best deal around. I definitely recommend your next purchase be at Infinity of Hoffman Estates. They’ll make sure you walk out of there as an expert buyer. Thanks again!
I was happy with Steve at Motorwerks - MattT
Bought a car a few weeks ago. Worked with Steve Mink and I thought he did a great job. Tony In finance was also great.

Stay away! - bharat.walia
June 8th, 2016: This is an edit /addition related to my most recent attempt to resolve issue with this particular dealership:
Because of Field Infiniti's response to my review and my belief in second chances, I re-engaged the GM to revisit and resolve the issues around my dashboard with hideous bumps all over. I put in concerted effort by calling and meeting with the GM onsite who expressed shock and surprise on how visibly horrific my dashboard looks from the defect in the material. After the initial verbal commitment to resolve the issues, few correspondences, and having told that Infiniti's field claims representative was going to get back within a week of the status, my last four calls and outreaches have gone unanswered for three weeks.
With this recent experience I am struggling to trust the assertion that Fields Infiniti is thorough and vigorous in its effort to serve its clients. It is only confirming the shortcomings I have encountered in the past, so far from anywhere close to excellent or even good.
Great dealership to do everything superficially well- cafe, greeting, pleasant staff however when it comes to truly fulfilling a role of dealership, fails miserably on all fronts: proactiveness, integrity, transparency, accountability.
Transparency: My FX35 had bumps all over the dashboard for years. I was told it is a common issue with Infinitis (FX) however it will cost a bit to get it replaced. What they failed to tell me is that my vehicle qualified for a recall/ replacement issued by Infiniti and I should have been covered.
Proactiveness/ consistent competence: My vehicle has had one of its tires leak air on a consistent basis and was told it is an error with the display but the tire is fine. After several rotations I brought to their attention that I would like a check on the tires because it was started to affect my steering wheel and the axle possibly. They performed the check and found a leak and told me the only route was replacement. Later I found out through another service person on my 3rd visit and insistence that there is another fix available which does not involve tire replacement and they finally conducted it.
Accountability: Result of not properly and proactively diagnosing the tires has resulted in damage in the bearings of my wheels and there has been no acknowledgement or concessions. I have filled out surveys and have never gotten any follow ups.
Overall I am deeply disappointed by the actual "Service" component of what a dealership is supposed to provide. I have a tarnished brand of Infinitis as a consequence as well as this dealership.
My advice: find another dealership for more consistent true vehicle service and don't be wowed by the bells and whistles of the dealership.
Regular Service Maintanence and Inspection - MG
I visited the service center to perform my regularly schedule oil change, tire rotation and inspection. During the inspection, it was found that my rear brake pads were down to 3mm and should be replaced soon. I leased a 2016 Q50 a year and one-half ago with only 20,000 miles suburb/highway driving. I was a little surprised to need new pads at such low mileage given my driving habits (maybe 30,000 miles) and was asking questions to understand what was going on. I was told that it was not the service department's job to answer these questions, just tell me the problems and recommended service - I could take it or leave it. Surprised by that answer, I went in spoke to the manager who was, at first, helpful in trying to understand the situation. He quickly lost interest and passed me off to the service manager. The service manager was visibly too busy to speak to me, multi-tasking and not looking me in the eye. His answers were short, general and deflective - referring me to Infiniti USA if I wanted answers. Needless to say, for the customer service was extremely poor for the cost and investment in this type of vehicle. I recommend looking to other Infiniti dealerships for service and sales.
