I called to make a service appoint for my Mini at Knauz Mini and was told the dealership was sold to Fields Mini of Glencoe. I was transferred by the Knauz service rep, then hung up on. I called Fields Mini of Glencoe again, was transferred to the service department, remained on hold for 18 minutes and then decided to hang up. From the start this is very poor customer service! I am also not happy that I have to now drive an extra 15 miles to get to the new dealership. I have several issues going on with my Mini at the moment, but I guess I will just have to take my business elsewhere.

Don’t trust the certification process - 1981
Where I’m from cars that are certified have clean bodies they are not full of scratches and marks that are unexplainable that don’t buff out I bought a car from Gregory on a overcast day the next day when I saw all the scratches I had the car washed to be sure reschedule with them to have the car detailed and buffed same result the car needs paint work I’m guessing it was probably in an accident Prior although that Car Fax was clean the car sure wasn’t not to mention you couldn’t buy the car without buying the interior exterior paint protection which I think is not quite legal and probably should be reported to the attorney generals office
