However, our most recent visit was by far the best experience we’ve had. Our service advisor, Michael Pavone, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Michael greeted me immediately when I pulled into the service area and took care of everything right away. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the services our vehicle needed. He clearly explained the expected timeline and kept me updated throughout the process. Our car was ready well before the promised time, and all of the work was completed properly and efficiently. Based on this experience, we will absolutely continue bringing our Infiniti vehicles to Berman for all future service needs.
