We felt welcome from the minute we pulled up to the parking lot. No added pressure Ali just showed us several vehicles and explained all features and differences really well, he was really patient and kind. When the car we thought we wanted was a little out of our price range, he went and got his manager to explain that if we chose another car we would not miss out any too many features (just ones we really didn't need). So instead of trying to sell us the most expensive car they worked with us and took the time to explain the difference. Everyone at this dealership is top notch, and they were able to take our Volvo lease off our hands. That was an added bonus. They just make you feel like you are not getting ripped off! The finance guy was great explaining the extra warranty as well, he in no way pressured us to purchase it. Ali put a red bow on the car for me, first time ever getting a bow on a car and I'm 54! That was really nice!

I was extremely happy working with salesman Christian Fernandez to purchase a car from the Hoffman Estates Infiniti dealership. He made the process personal, comfortable and fun too! I recommend making an appointment and coming prepared, because that way they were able to do it all in one trip - including my trade-in, which was very helpful to me. The finance person I worked with across the street was also very personable. I was impressed with the whole process from beginning to end! I strive for that in my business and saw that in the people I worked with there. Thank you.

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Motor Werks Infiniti. Ralph Ibarra was exceptional to work with. He continually followed up with me and never pressured me into making a purchase. My husband and I drove over 10 hours to purchase a vehicle from Motor Werks because of the price and customer service provided by Ralph. Would recommend the dealership and would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future!
