so far no good. With an appointment made a few days prior, the service center hasn't gotten to my car for 1/2 the day already. When asked if a loaner car could be given, they told us not unless they determine they cannot fix the car same day. Well we brought it in for air conditioning compressor and etc...If they haven't even evaluated the car with an appointment in 5 hours, how in the world do they know if they can fix the car same day. Service still hasn't called us. They should simply be like the old days and take care of the customer. Loaner cars were part of the "service" at a dealership...perhaps not for an old change, but for a bigger job. I am not impressed with this customer service thus far.

If there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars I definitely would!!!! This dealership doesn't deserve 1 single star. After endless phone calls trying to get everything figured out before we would have to drive almost 3 hours one way (out of state). The night before we had the financing figured out, vehicle picked out and we were told it would be cleaned and ready for us to sign for the paperwork and leave 20-30 minutes tops once we arrived. Well, 45 minutes away we confirmed that everything is still in place and to ask for our salesman once we arrived. When we arrived the vehicle was "magically sold".no body knows how or why it was sold from under us. After spending 2 hours at this dealership we left with no answers, no vehicle and told ehhh, you're near Chicago so just go out to eat. I'm sorry we have a 2 and 3 year old in the car that have been so good and patient.
We wouldn't drive 3 hours one way to go out to dinner. ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! we were told to call back Monday-so like fools we did..nothing has came or been done to resolve this issue. We were promised a gas card...guess what never got that either. Such a joke of a dealership!!!

Have taken both my career and my son's car here for service. Both times the work was done right the first time and this is one of the few dealers who hands but tried to sell me unnecessary extras. Every detail was explained and the Service Manager took me back and showed me the issue to see it first hand. I will definitely be back next time I need to get serviced

John Paul is the man to see in service. Not only does he have great soft skills and brings a smile to your face but is super honest and is there to help you out. Their service department is also very laid back and its not stressful at all. The biggest plus is that I was able to get my car serviced even though I was late in normal service hours.
I scheduled my service time at 5pm on a Tuesday which for this dealership is a tight squeeze in time. As I was leaving work headed there, John gave me a call and told me that today may not work as there may not be a tech to work on the vehicle. I was ok with setting another appointment as the issue I had was minor. Then John asked if I was on my way and I said that I was about 25 min away and he said, "Do you know what, I am sure we can get you in today. I will see you at 5pm."
I am sure the other service advisors are just as qualified but im telling you from experience. I have started with John Paul and now im sticking with him.

Had several problems with their service in the past. Poor workmanship and not very thorough. Had to take my car to a different shop to get my car fixed. Autohaus hasn't improved any. My car is out of warranty. I have a manufacture defect with my car headliner cut to short/ shrank/ glue has failed. Common problem. Stopped in to see service manager. For some help with contacting VW. Manager told we will not contact VW on your behalf with this issue. You are on your own. I will not be buying a new car from them in the future.

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!

Horrible horrible service! Where do I begin.? Got an oil change 4 days ago, nothing out of ordinary paid 125 dollars and left the shop. Came home and had nothing but puddle of oil in my garage, trail in my drive way, and along the way of main road. I turn around to go back and car dies in a parking zone. Called the shop to explain at first they were very understanding, told me we will make it right. Send a rental to my house, and told us they will tow the car back. This all happened around 4:30. I wanted to double check on the car aound 7:30 to make sure it got towed, because I wasn’t going to deal with it being towed by the police since it was in a no parking zone. The car was still there under another puddle of oil. I called roadside assistance and had it towed to the shop. So, what’s the results? Nothing but blaming the car malfunction. A hot mess I have to deal and clean off oil from my garage and driveway. Please ensure you know where you go, and always check their work before you leave the shop.
