So, a deer and our Ford Focus almost became one on a drive home one night. No one won that night, our Focus was totalled & the deer........ Anyway, we had to start looking for a new vehicle so we thought we would start local & one day we stopped at Noble Auto Group. And we met Derrick Hurt. He sat us down & asked what we wanted & what we didn't. We test drove a few SUVs. He told us he'd call us the next day with some numbers, which he mentioned was his day off but he'd make sure to get back to us.. Well the next day he called & some of the "numbers" were too high for what we could afford. So we thought we might need to look at cars next. After we hung up with Derrick, we headed out to go to another car dealer but stopped at Noble on the way out of town. We were driving threw the lot, when we see this guy in a PINK shirt running & flagging us down.. It was Derrick. We told him we were just looking at cars because the others were a little high & we knew it was his day off so we weren't going to stop. He said he wanted to help, even if it was his day off. So we went back in to his office & talked it over. Needless to say, we ended up buying a Jeep from Noble. Who wouldn't, when the salesmen was willing to run threw the lot in a PINK shirt, on a cold Iowa day. LOL But truthfully the experience we had was a great one. And would recommend them & Derrick any time!!

We purchased our truck last summer, that was a great experience, we would rate our purchasing experience five stars, however recently we had an experience that makes us never want to deal with Edwards auto group again.
We needed work done as the truck wouldn’t shift from park to drive without shutting off. We figured it would be an engine issue, which would have been covered by our warranty, but they said it was an issue with the 4x4 transfer case shift motor, which was somehow not covered by the warranty. Oh well, we paid for the repair. We then drove our truck towards home when the engine light and wrench lit up again. We had to call Edwards to tow our truck back due to the truck not shifting.
Meanwhile we aren’t able to get a courtesy vehicle because we have progressive insurance?! Which is ridiculous, they’ve had our truck for a week now and if we want any updates we have to call them, they have not called us with updates. We still have no idea what they did to our truck AND we don’t have a vehicle to use to get to and from work. At this point, the only reason we are giving them any stars is because their sales people are great and their financial department has been great. Their “service” department is currently getting zero stars as far as we are concerned. ~Parracks
Transmission broke after 10 miles - Renopreacher
I test drove 3 vehicles, the first one had a bad motor,(making a lot of noise and the check engine light came on). The second had a bad power steering pump. I bought the third unfortunately and ended up losing the transmission. They will not help or refund me any amount. I recommend you never buy a used car from here, they sell junk, and know it. They refuse to take any responsibility and hide behind there as is no warranty policy. Repairs are going to cost me more than the price of the car, and that's on top of my tow bill.

Found my truck leaking fluid the day after I had the oil changed and supposedly an inspection was done but for as much as it was leaking I feel like there is no way they inspected anything.

DANGER! Reported this dealership, Mike Molstead Motors, to Iowa State Credit Card Fraud Division this morning - gave our credit card number as downpayment on a truck. Received a phone call almost 20 hours later that our truck had been "accidentally" sold to someone else but not to worry, they had not run our credit card. Where did that information go if not into a credit card processing program?!? And where is our truck!!!

Price changed ----but they made it right! - flex
Price of car misrepresented from what was shown on the lot versus what it was sold to us for. We thought price included all fees, but reality was that it was $1200 higher then listed price. We should of caught the error then, but because of misleading financing sales that only shows monthly payments and adds on high price insurances we missed it. The frustrating part is after I called them the next morning, they have refused to do anything to correct the error. leaving me to believe it was intentional.
As a follow up to the above comments, the issue was finally resolved. We were fortunate that we had a copy of an online ad that had the posted price on it. I highly appreciate that the General Manager, Mike, spent a lot of time researching the issue and discovering that the vehicle was actually priced lower than what we were charged. They are making it right and issuing us a full refund for the difference. We are a very satisfied now, because upto the pricing issue, they were the most enjoyable dealership I have ever worked with.
