Dan worked with my wife to purchase a new Ford F-150 King Ranch pickup. We had decided that we were no longer in need of our 2016 Ford F-350 with just 48,000 miles on it. There was was no longer a need for the high horsepower and towing capabilities of that truck and we had intended to sell it privately. In about six weeks time the new F-150 King Ranch spent more time in the Deyarman Service Department than it did with us because the truck had a hidden factory flaw which kept draining the battery. Dan and his colleagues in the Sales Department and Terry Gholson the Service Manager made sure that each time that her new F-150 was towed back to their Service Department that the towing bill was prepaid by the dealership and that my wife had a new loaner pickup truck to drive. After the 4th failure for a dead battery occurred on the F-150 King Ranch everyone was pretty exasperated and it was decided by the Ford Motor Company Customer Service Department that the factory would purchase the truck back from us at the full purchase price. Dan and several others in the sales department talked over the offer made by the factory and decided that the Deyarman Dealership would like us to consider having them buy back the F-150 and take our F-350 in trade for a 2022 F-250 Demonstrator that had all the options that we needed. After crunching the numbers and driving the new F-250 for a couple of days we had a deal that I think made us all very satisfied. I'd say that's "Going The Distance for Their Customers". This group of professionals has easily won our 5 STAR Rating for professionalism, courtesy, and product representation at their Indianola, Iowa Store. .

My experience was great!!! I couldn’t describe what the noise was that I was hearing, so the service manager went for a ride with me. He had an idea. Said he wouldn’t know for sure til they put it on whatever they hook it to to analyze the problem. Before doing anything with my car they called me told what the problems were told me exactly how much it would cost, with parts and labor. Of course I thought it was a lot , but I understand everything is costly. They had my car done in a reasonable time. When I picked up my car the cost was alittle more then they first told. Not much. The service manager cam out of his office and talked to me again about everything that was done. I also feel he is looking out for me because he wants me to come back in 1000 miles to see how everything is. The best service I have ever had!! Thank you.

I need a new key fob. I’ve been trying to get one through my local dealership Richardson Motors. I’m actually pretty glad they ordered the wrong key for me, because now I won’t have to deal with worrying going on with my car. I’ve was given two quotes, one when they were expecting my key fob. That one was reasonable. The next was when I took my car in to get the key cut and programmed, that one was the crazy insanely high one. The team, especially the receptionists, are extremely unprofessional. What’s the point of even having a receptionist if you’ve got an automated system that tells you what number to push for what you’re looking for? Also what’s the point of having glass doors if you’re not going to look out of them? I still cannot believe I was told “I’ll have to go look for your car.” Even though I parked it right outside the main bay. Like I said before, I’m actually pretty thankful they ordered the wrong part for me.

traded in a truck for a newer truck in Ft. Madison. Beware the pressure of the finance guy for a boatload of overprice extended warranty products. Then when I'm supposed to get my plates I get a renewal sticker for my old truck. Called in and talked to Finance who said they would call me back, they didn't. I had to call again and they blamed the company that handles licensing for them and suggested I go to Secretary of state office and tell them I lost my plates. Called the company that handles the plates and he as an order to transfer plates, not new plates. I now have a truck with an expired temp plate and no solution other than stand in line and lie to the SOS office. Sure won't be buying there again. I also know a lot of people in the area, they will know too.

I worked with Andy the salesman over the phone and was able to come to an agreed price that we were both comfortable with and when I got to the dealer the vehicle was ready to test drive right when I got there at 8 am. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half. Easiest, best car buying experience.

Our son, who is currently in the Navy, asked us to look for a reliable car. So, my husband, Tony, has been searching the internet for several weeks. He searched CarGurus, cars.com, autotrader, carmax, etc. He narrowed it down to four, the first was already sold. The next he found on cars.com, autotrader and at Keast Auto Center, Inc. All three had the same price of $14,495. So, he called Keast Auto Center, Inc directly and talked to a salesman, Kirk Jacobsen, who was very nice and helpful. Tony told him how the car was for our son who was in the Navy. They discussed the price, the condition of the car and Kirk text him pictures. Tony and I talked it over and he called Kirk back and said he’d be up first thing the next morning. My husband drove over 350 miles one way to the dealership and was there by 8:15 a.m. He met with Kirk, drove the car, checked it out. Afterwards, he again clarified the price $14, 495 with Kirk. Which was the same price as he had hand written Tony’s name and contact information on. Tony told him he was ready to pay $5,000 cash down on the car to hold it while our son could get his loan from Navy Federal. Kirk went to the sales manager, Brandon Brink, for his approval. He came back to his desk, printed off the car information and price from their website took it back to Brandon. Kirk came back again saying they could not do the deal because the price was wrong. He said the real price is $18,995. Tony expressed that it was advertised in three different spots, cars.com, autotrader and at Keast Auto Center, Inc’s website as $14,495. Tony emphasized the amount of miles he drove that morning, Kirk was extremely sympathetic, but his hands were tied. Tony got the impression Kirk agreed with him that it was unfair. There was no offer to compromise or a gesture of good faith. It was, this is the price, take it or leave it. At which time, being very frustrated with the entire situation Tony promptly left the dealership.
Here’s what I want to say, was this a case of bait and switch, false advertisement or just and honest mistake? I guess we’ll never know for sure. Our advise, be aware and beware!

My wife and I enjoyed the experience we had visiting this dealership. We first called to inquire about a pickup truck seen online. They responded to all of our questions while also giving us additional information about the truck along with sending additional pictures to help in the description. Once we arrived to look and drive the vehicle it turned out to exceed our expections. We will definitely call them for our next vehicle purchase.

I found the vehicle I was looking for here; and the salesman was nice and low key until the finalization.
Sales manager and finance guy told me that I since I had my Credit Union financing the sale, I had to write them a personal check once the CU put the funds into my account.
I thought this odd. They sent me home in my trade in to get a personal check! Fortunately I called my bank about halfway home and they clarified that the money would never touch my hands; and I returned and drove my car home.
I called a couple of days later to verify that they received the funds, and there was no "how do you like you vehicle" or any courtesy follow up about my satisfactions with my experience there. Indeed the sales manager who sent me on a wild goose chase for the personal check had trouble even remembering who I was. I got a decent deal. But the shenanigans with the financing and sending me off in my trade in on a sixty mile round trip was shady. And the lack of follow through guaranteed that I wouldn't recommend them.
