Price of car misrepresented from what was shown on the lot versus what it was sold to us for. We thought price included all fees, but reality was that it was $1200 higher then listed price. We should of caught the error then, but because of misleading financing sales that only shows monthly payments and adds on high price insurances we missed it. The frustrating part is after I called them the next morning, they have refused to do anything to correct the error. leaving me to believe it was intentional.
As a follow up to the above comments, the issue was finally resolved. We were fortunate that we had a copy of an online ad that had the posted price on it. I highly appreciate that the General Manager, Mike, spent a lot of time researching the issue and discovering that the vehicle was actually priced lower than what we were charged. They are making it right and issuing us a full refund for the difference. We are a very satisfied now, because upto the pricing issue, they were the most enjoyable dealership I have ever worked with.

Made the sales process quick and painless. The visit was nicley prepared and put together. Went over info thoroughly. Kelsey and Jerry did a great job answering any question I had before I left that lot. The test drive was very casual and informative about the vehicle. Later when I decide to purchase another vehicle ill definetly be giving Kelsey a jingle!
I had the check engine light come on a couple weeks after purchasing the vehicle but it was a quick and painless fix of just my system just needing to be updated. which didnt cost me another penny. Over all please with my visit.

I can't really say enough about Andy the salesman that helped me. I literally flew across the country to purchase this truck. Not only did Andy have me picked up from the airport from his father-in-law, but he got me to my hotel and picked me up in the morning to take me to the dealership in the morning. I know of no other dealership or salesman that would go that far for a customer. This just shows the good midwest people will go out of their way to help someone. You can use me as a reference forever!!. I will always check with these guys whenever I need a future car, even though I live in Las Vegas and went to Iowa for this truck! I have had a full range of buying experiences. I have to list this one as top notch. Initiated conversations with the sales staff through texting. A week later I stopped in and visited with a member of the sales staff (Jamie). She listened to what I said I was looking for. I was looking for a used truck. Not only did she locate a used truck with all I was asking of it, she also found one the exact color I had on my wish list. Test drove it and really liked it. I came back 1 week later with my trade-in. They were very fair with the trade-in value. At that point, Jamie was out of town. I was then helped with Kimberly and I bought the truck. The entire time there was no pressure to hurry up and close the deal. While I was waiting on the business office to get the paperwork going, Kimberly and I had a good down to earth conversation. I don't want to forget the sales manager Jamie, he was super helpful and friendly. He also went the extra mile in being helpful to print out the specs on the truck so I could mull it over. The business manager, Angela, was very nice and super easy to work with. She did an excellent job explaining the all the paperwork to be signed and did the best she could the keep the process as efficient as possible. Thank you everyone that had a hand in my buying experience.

We had our oil changed for the 1st time. They were suppose to check fluids rotate tires and what ever else comes with oil changed we had to fill windshield fluid not sure if they rotated the tires or not didn't vacuum the car out. We bought our last Buick enclave from Missouri Valley they did an excellent job with all of the above so disappointed. I'm not sure why we do the review because what good does it do we don't here from anyone after the review. Not sure if the review even get read. Was unhappy about the dishonest when we bought the car from Andy and his team. Lied about the warranty and told use we had different options on the car which was untrue.

I received an email in advance of my scheduled maintenance as a reminder. I live out of town and arrived about 25 minutes early. Despite the early arrival, my car was taken immediately. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Nick was very courteous to both me and my husband. The only negative comment I have is when I went to pay the bill. The gal at the desk did not smile or greet me when I approached her. I spoke to her first and all she said is OK.

I found the vehicle I was looking for here; and the salesman was nice and low key until the finalization.
Sales manager and finance guy told me that I since I had my Credit Union financing the sale, I had to write them a personal check once the CU put the funds into my account.
I thought this odd. They sent me home in my trade in to get a personal check! Fortunately I called my bank about halfway home and they clarified that the money would never touch my hands; and I returned and drove my car home.
I called a couple of days later to verify that they received the funds, and there was no "how do you like you vehicle" or any courtesy follow up about my satisfactions with my experience there. Indeed the sales manager who sent me on a wild goose chase for the personal check had trouble even remembering who I was. I got a decent deal. But the shenanigans with the financing and sending me off in my trade in on a sixty mile round trip was shady. And the lack of follow through guaranteed that I wouldn't recommend them.

I had an absolutely excellent sales experience at Richardson! Tim Eppler was a top notch salesman and was attentive to my needs and confident in his approach without being pushy at all. Truck was detailed upon my arrival and they even through in a set of mud flaps AFTER negotiation was completed! Not only would I recommend Richardson, I would and will buy from them again as long as they have what I am looking for! Their finance department was great and did not try to push all of the extra$$ dealer perks on me at all. Their figures matched mine and it was a done deal! I am a happy customer and I love my truck!
I was not very impressed with the detail department and their ability to touch up rock chips... They used the wrong color and I can see it. I have a blue truck and they used some kind of blue green paint....
