We purchased this car for my wife from Dick Lynch. We purchased the same model from Dick Lynch in 2016. Dick Lynch is the biggest reason we buy autos from McGrath. He is the consummate professional. Very knowledgeable about his product and the car industry in general. Dick always takes the time to go over everything thoroughly and patiently. I am confident that if we did have an issue he would help us get it taken care of. We have purchased cars from this dealership for over 40 years (Allen, Lithia, and now McGrath). I owned a small business and appreciate the value of buying local. We always receive good service when needed. The F&I team is very thorough and friendly. I would definitely without hesitation recommend Dick Lynch and McGrath to anyone looking for a car or truck.

Review of A/C problems - janet123
My visit on 8-9-18 for oil change and tire rotation was fine. While waiting for my car I reviewed all the work done on my car since purchase 5-13-10. I have spent $8,713.25 during that time which included new tires, steering gear replacement, air conditioner work and various other servicing, all done at Bob Brown. What stands out is the cost of air conditioner work. $4121.62 was spent on A/C and it would have been more by probably $1000 except it was so soon after previous servicing that there was no charge. The last cost was $1959.77 on 5-7-18. I am hoping that this is the last time because if it fails again, I will be done with Bob Brown GMC Buick. Regular servicing has been fine, A/C not.

Purchased a vehicle from Watters. I came a long ways to buy it. I saw pictures and it was even better then sales person described. Very happy, I tried this somewhere else and it was a joke. Thanks Watters for being up front and honest

I found the vehicle I was looking for here; and the salesman was nice and low key until the finalization.
Sales manager and finance guy told me that I since I had my Credit Union financing the sale, I had to write them a personal check once the CU put the funds into my account.
I thought this odd. They sent me home in my trade in to get a personal check! Fortunately I called my bank about halfway home and they clarified that the money would never touch my hands; and I returned and drove my car home.
I called a couple of days later to verify that they received the funds, and there was no "how do you like you vehicle" or any courtesy follow up about my satisfactions with my experience there. Indeed the sales manager who sent me on a wild goose chase for the personal check had trouble even remembering who I was. I got a decent deal. But the shenanigans with the financing and sending me off in my trade in on a sixty mile round trip was shady. And the lack of follow through guaranteed that I wouldn't recommend them.

As a widow on a tight budget, I spent two weeks working on a car deal with a wonderful young man, Vern, who I highly recommend if you want an honest, trustworthy salesman. That said, after I was quoted a price and informed I could purchase the car the next day after a blower motor was repaired, someone in upper sales management sold it to another customer in Vern's absence! After it had been promised to me! The owner didn't even bother to reply to my email and there was no apology forthcoming from the underhanded salesperson who had to have known the car was being worked on for someone else. Poor Vern was left with the awkward task of having to inform the widow he was trying to help that the best they could now do would be to offer a "deal" on another Ford vehicle. One of the vehicles offered is known for transmission problems and would cost $3000 more than the original deal, and the other would be $6000 MORE! If you absolutely MUST shop for a vehicle at this dealer ask for Vern. Make sure you seal the deal quickly then before upper management decides they'll sell it out from under his nose. Then don't expect an explanation or an apology from either the owner or the salesman if they do.

My wife and I enjoyed the experience we had visiting this dealership. We first called to inquire about a pickup truck seen online. They responded to all of our questions while also giving us additional information about the truck along with sending additional pictures to help in the description. Once we arrived to look and drive the vehicle it turned out to exceed our expections. We will definitely call them for our next vehicle purchase.
