Great experience! Before my visit Adrianne reached out to pre-approve the purchase then Tyler and Jason worked the entire day to get me into a vehicle that fit my demands. Found the perfect car at the perfect price but lacked heated seats (one of my absolute musts). Both Tyler and Jason called around to find the best deal on having the heaters installed at the dealer's cost. Christian in finance was amazing as well, gave me a great deal on an extended warranty and gap insurance and walked me through tips and tricks to save money on the loan. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Dan Cummins Paris!

I would not recommend the dealership based on the experience I had with the Online Sales Manager. I asked very simple questions. Here they are -
1. Has this vehicle ever been in an accident? (sent me the carfax)
2. What warranty, if any, still exists? Is there extended warranty? (never gave me a straight answer on the existing warranty. Told me they had extended warranties after 5 emails exchanges)
3. Are there any dents, scratches, or dings, not depicted in photos? (did not answer right away, took 5 emails later)
4. Photos of the driver side is missing. Are there any? (answered within three emails)
5. What is the vehicle maintenance history on this vehicle? I'm looking for oil changes, tire rotations, recalls, etc. (could not answer accurately and told me it was in the car fax after 5 emails later. This is not a viable answer)
6. Are the front and back brakes original? (5 emails later answered)
7. Is there any cracks, nics, or chips on the windshield? (5 emails later answered)
8. Is the price negotiable on the vehicle? (not only avoided this question, but got irritated I even asked again in the fifth email to him)
9. What type of arrangements exist for pick up? (His response was an incomplete sentence I could not make out)
He resisted on even discussing negotiations with pricing. He did not ask, "Hey let's discuss over the phone." It's a drive from where I live to go down to the dealership to buy a vehicle. I also do not have a spare car. I would need to get someone to drive me there. That's not only my time, but theirs plus gas too. That also means I need to get my finances in order and have a solid out the door cost of the vehicle prior to showing up. I do not think it's much to ask for and would of discussed further on the phone with him IF he actually would do his job. It's unfortunate that dealerships like this one don't put people first. In this example they failed because the sale wasn't as easy as taking money away from the consumer.

we were in the market for a used chevy surburban, on line we found piles chevrolet had a nice inventory of surburbans, so we drove 110 miles to check them out. we talked to Chris on the phone before heading out he had the 2 surburbans setting at front door that we were looking at online. they were 2019,s we ended up buying a used 2020 we love it. chris was easy going no pressure, there was a lot of surburbans to look at we took are time. it was worth the trip from louisville

Dealership is a total scam. I worked with Darren Mullins as the sales rep and JR Banks in the business office for a remote purchase. We put a deal together on 2019 Corvette Z06. My credit was run twice and approved, and I was promised the paperwork would be overnighted on three occasions--never received. Both Darren and JR avoided my calls, and I was sent around the horn to other staff members until finally told the vehicle was sold to someone else. They are giving GM a bad name. Avoid this place.

Angie my sales rep was very helpful with the process in getting all the paper work taken care of as well as Steph in the title dept. All my questions were answered and the sales staff was very friendly. I worked with Catarina Kirby (sales) and Lindsay Thompson (finance) and they did everything right. Catarina answered all of my questions and helped me test drive the specific vehicles I was interested in. Once I've made a decision I like to close the deal promptly and that's exactly what Cat and Lindsay made happen. I came into Don Franklin without an appointment on a Thursday and I was driving my new GMC Terrain Denali on Friday. I would recommend them both to anyone interested in a new vehicle and recommend Don Franklin as a dealership that cares about the buyer's experience. This was the first vehicle purchase I've come away from with a positive feeling about how I was treated. Keep it up!

Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!

My wife and I bought a 2014 GMC Terrain from Jeff at Bailey Gibson Buick GMC and have NEVER been as comfortable in a dealership as Mr Gibson made us feel. He never pressured either of us and made us feel like people, as opposed to just another sale. Jeff knew what we needed before we knew what we even wanted! Gets one star because you can't give none. Wasted 2 days on this dealership on what should have taken a couple of hours. Come lunch time the lights go out and they go to lunch, doesn't matter if there's a customer waiting, even just for the paperwork and to pay them. Our truck bumper was damaged while having mechanical work done and they will not take liability. Very poor customer service and they change their story each time you talk to them. DO NOT take you're vehicle here!!! I should have paid attention to other website reviews, very poor. We were from out of town and needed it fixed. Expensive lesson learned.
