I’ve always been a bit leery about salesmen. I had looked for a reasonable vehicle with a a price to match for about a month with no luck. A friend of mine was very happy with his dealer and offered to make a call. Great, right?! One small catch...his car dealer was in his hometown in KENTUCKY and well, I’m from TEXAS!! He made a call and within 5 minutes I had Adam Lynch calling me to explore options. I explained what I was looking for and the price range I was wanting to stay within for my budget. He stayed on the phone with me for about an hour while we looked through vehicles. I found a 2018 Chevy Silverado. Kelli sent me an email to apply. I thought surely it was a lost cause. He said he would work on it. I thought yeah right, he has more hopeful looking apps I’ll get put last. I was so wrong!! Adam worked on my paper work with Mr. Tim. Adam kept in touch with me and was available for any questions I had. I know I mentioned the different states, but I’m talking 1200 miles and a 2 hour time difference as well. I know there were many times he was off the clock and still helping. You think it’s a lot of time and effort to fill out paperwork? Try doing it through the mail!! Thankfully, they made it simple. Paperwork submitted and accepted just left me finding time to get the truck. I had intentions of flying, but they did me one better!! They were able to use my car as a trade-in which meant I could drive my car there and come back in my new truck. Here comes Adam again. It would be 2 weeks before I was able to make the trek to Kentucky. You’d think the deal is done so the salesman has done his job and it’s all over. Nope! Adam kept in touch the whole time...even during my drive. He “wanted to make sure my truck was nice, shiny, and ready for me”. (Paris had 4 inches of snow the day before I was to arrive). My daughter and I arrived about 6:00 pm. Because he was helping other customers, he texted me to let me know he had already made arrangements for me to meet with Mike Brown to turn over my car, grab the keys to my new truck and be on my way. Mike took us to get our things from the car and we were out within the hour! Adam messaged me to check on us on the way home. My overall experience was far worth more than I could have ever imagined. The drive was filled with beautiful scenery and quality time with my daughter. This truck buying experience was the absolute best. 😊

They cleaned the vehicle well and topped it with gas before giving it too me, not all dealers do that.

I recently just bought a new car from Piles Chevrolet in Dry Ridge. I bought a used cruize for my first "big" car purchase and I was honestly kind of nervous! But the people that I worked with at Piles provided an excellent first time buying experience. I worked with Danny Coulson and he was truly the best. He was very helpful, provided excellent suggestions and worked with me to find a car that was the best fit for me! I've had them perform diagnostic & repair work on two different vehicles on two different occasions. They diagnosed & fixed the problems each time and for a fair price. We had taken both vehicles to two other repair shops previously, repair work was done and the repair bills were paid but the issues came right back, I spoke with Tim Midgett & explained the problems & work that had already been done, he assured me they had a service tech that could find & fix the problem and they did, Great Work!!!
Also had a similar experience with my GMC 3500 dually, they diagnosed & fixed the problem & Mary was in constant communication with me throughout the process, again, Great Work!!! I'll continue to use them in the future & will also recommend them to others.

I have been a loyal customer to this dealership for several years. After meeting who I thought was the most honest salesman that I'd had ever had any dealings with I was sold. I started doing all my business there. Between me buying 3 vehicles and my family buying 3 more, We spent alittle more than 250,000 dollars. Each purchase they advertise a 100 dollar referral check for each person that you refer to the dealership that buys a car. This last deal seems to not matter to the salesman or the dealership. It was for a 54,000 dollar truck. Its been 3 months. I have made several calls and texts to Darryl Bond the salesman with no response. I've often seen posts on social media #referral checks. At this point it's not about the money, its the principal! I can be a loyal customer and help get them business. I still get screwed! This just shows you what kind of dealership this is. We are only as good as our word, right?
Rip Off!!!! - Sundance
Our car broke down while in Henderson. Got it to Henderson Chevrolet for repairs. They charged us $650 for a new battery and alternator. They charged $250 for a battery that sells online for $125. They added on all kinds of extra charges to inflate the bill. I could have had the car towed the 60 miles back home and had it fixed there, for less than $650!

Gets one star because you can't give none. Wasted 2 days on this dealership on what should have taken a couple of hours. Come lunch time the lights go out and they go to lunch, doesn't matter if there's a customer waiting, even just for the paperwork and to pay them. Our truck bumper was damaged while having mechanical work done and they will not take liability. Very poor customer service and they change their story each time you talk to them. DO NOT take you're vehicle here!!! I should have paid attention to other website reviews, very poor. We were from out of town and needed it fixed. Expensive lesson learned.

My wife and I bought a 2014 GMC Terrain from Jeff at Bailey Gibson Buick GMC and have NEVER been as comfortable in a dealership as Mr Gibson made us feel. He never pressured either of us and made us feel like people, as opposed to just another sale. Jeff knew what we needed before we knew what we even wanted! We went to Bailey Gibson to look at an Acadia and ended up buying a Terrain! Thank you, Bailey Gibson! We're customers for life!
