Went in for oil change and tire rotation was in and out... - usfarbuoabc
Went in for oil change and tire rotation was in and out in less than one hour.
I had made an appt.
Had a 10.00 coupon which was honored. Service with a smile from Jennifer.
One other thing. Last month took my wife’s Hyundai to a Jiffy Lube for an oil change.
They did the job and it cost 45.00. Working out my bill at Herb Chambers without
the tire rotation it would have cost approx. the same 45.00 for an oil change at Chambers Kia.
Point is I feel more secure with the oil change at Chambers Kia than Jiffy Lube.
You sit in the car at Jiffy Lube while at Chambers Kia you are in an area with comfortable
chairs with coffee and water and WiFi and more when the pandemic ends.

Everyone was very polite professional and explained everything that needed to be done and what was done. I was told it would take about 45 minutes probably 30 minutes later the car was done good job right on time so appreciative of that. G

Rachel went above and beyond! I went out to see what my car options were and she made me feel comfortable and confident that I was making the right choice for me. This is my first car purchase and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Rachel was patient while I made my color choice decision and made the financing part very easy. I would recommend anyone I know to go see her!!

Not at all happy! My car required a lot of emissions work... - tamara_w3
Not at all happy! My car required a lot of emissions work which was done by my dealer. One of the parts replaced was a senior that Kia required to have an update done. The job took very little time, and I was charged 100.00! This was a brand new sensor that should have been covered under the warranty considering that the manufacturer required it. I am a disabled senior who is very dependent on her car to get around, and struggle to keep it going as it is, and truly feel taken advantage of! I filed a complaint with Kia corporate, but they could not be bothered to respond. I plan to trade in my car next year as it is getting older and will need to be replaced, and as much as I love my Kia, I will seriously be reconsidering buying another one after this. I have done everything right, taking very good care of my car, with regular oil changes and repairs as they have been needed. I have never in my life been charged such an excessive amount to upgrade anything that the manufacturer required, much less something as stupid as changing a code! I have the service bulletin from Kia that clearly states that this change is required by them, but says absolutely nothing about being charged excessively to get it done! I thought too that I was doing the right thing staying local to get this done, but never again! I can’t express enough how angry and disappointed I am, and feel I should be reimbursed for this issue.! The fact that Kia themselves ignored my concern makes me even more upset!
Pride of Kia tried to sell me on the idea that my car was... - Ecmalley05
Pride of Kia tried to sell me on the idea that my car was in need of a $9-12k repair, that a second opinion solved with $10. If you need any proof that dealerships are swindlers, here’s one. Take pride in that Kia of Lynn.
Where to begin. My used 2016 Kia Soul purchased at 89,000 miles began to experience engine trouble at 95,000. The car has received routine maintenance within this period. The car was diagnosed as having engine failure by the Kia mechanic specialist. Why I took my car to a dealership for repair? Well, upon purchase I was informed of its reasonable warranty on the engine (already at 89,000m) that was not honored after its $130 diagnostics stating it is in engine failure, and has zero resell value. The bill for repair would have run me, according to them, between $9-12k. Yes, I’d need a new engine, and they didn’t fail to mention I’d need new windshield wipers too. They so charitably informed me I could leave the car on the lot and they’d help me find a new used car to purchase. Second opinion later, and a whopping $10 bill, an engine specialist took not more than 80 seconds to determine my car was burning oil. An issue that doesn’t require the scrapping of an entire vehicle. Sure enough, my car has been running as smooth as the day I had purchased it. I called the dealership in question and they maintained that my car is in fact in engine failure and that they were aware it was due to burning oil...something they did not bother to put on the diagnostic write up or even bother to tell me. After allegedly knowing my car was burning oil, and had practically no oil, they let me take my car off of the lot. Thanks guys. After weeks of trying to resolve this, it seems they refuse to get back to me.
Made an appointment for an oil change, inspection &... - Sportage
Made an appointment for an oil change, inspection & sticker 2 weeks ago for the only online time today. They just canceled day of. My husband took day off from work so I don't have to wait due to Covid-19 . They can't reschedule until 9/15/20, they don't answer their phone, with no option for voicemail. They refuse to honor their pick-up service coupon, because I'm too far away (13 miles). You'd think they'd want to keep their customers and actually provide good service, especially considering this is completely their fault!

I’m so glad I bought my hybrid at Cape & Islands Kia!!! My buying experience three years ago with Lamont Ferguson and Mike was exceptional, but the service has made me a customer for life!!! I had good service over the years at Volvo and Subaru, but Amber, Keri and Helger maintain a level of excellence that I’ve never seen before.

I only recommend bringing your car in for service here if you have patience and enjoy incompetence. I came in for routine service on my vehicle, I sat for 2.5 hrs before anyone told me the status of my vehicle. They then rushed the service inspection, overlooked company recalls and returned my vehicle back to me under serviced and unsafe. After I insisted that my car was worse off, they told me there was a recall on my engine that they overlooked and couldn’t repair it for another month. The customer service and vehicle service is subpar, I would not recommend my worst enemy step foot there.

These people are slick sales people who don’t care about customers. They just want the quick buck and will over charge you. Don’t use them. This was my second dealing with them and both times I walked away frustrated. The second time, it only took me 2 mins to walk away.

On 1/3/08, my ‘05 VW Passat had a burning smell and began to smoke from the rear. I had it towed to Barry VW. Service Manager Carl Evans had me sign a form to have the car diagnosed and arranged a courtesy ride to Enterprise car rental. The next day, Carl called with the results of the diagnosis: $1700 and 4-5 days, as the car needed “a new turbo line and turbo charger,” coming to $970 in parts and $670 in labor. I asked him to be more specific about the parts, to break it down by item. He said the $970 included the turbo line, charger and any necessary gaskets. I requested a written estimate. He said it’s not written down; he could just tell me over the phone. I said I wanted to stop by and pick up a written estimate; he said they don’t write them down. A $1700 repair, plus accruing rental car costs, put me in a financial crisis. I called Carl and asked if Barry would do any financing or payment arrangements for a repair that costly. He said no, but to try VW credit. I applied online at VWcredit.com in an attempt to get enough money to cover the repair bill. I considered not fixing the car and trading it in at the dealership there for an older car for my daughter in college. I asked friends and family for help. I sweated it out. Meanwhile, I had the car towed to another garage for a second opinion. As I paid the $100 diagnosis charge at Barry to get the key back, Carl told me again, “It needs a new turbo. Let me know if you decide to get it fixed.” The second opinion at Village Garage was radically different, resulting in a $147, hour-long repair. The diagnosis was a plugged breather screen. The mechanic cleared the screen and replaced the air filter and the problem was solved. This was nearly $1600 less than the repairs needed as stated by Barry VW. As a result of Barry’s fraudulent diagnosis, I incurred over $500 in car rental expenses, missed two days of work, tried to secure a credit line to cover the high repair cost, and had a week of extreme duress handling all this. When presented with the opportunity to take responsibility for the situation and make it right, Barry’s “powers that be” would consent to only one thing: refunding the $100 diagnosis fee.

I have been taking my IS250 to Lexus of Watertown for a while and then I switched just for minor tune up to Ishkan's Bazarian Motors thanks to my friend's recommendation, who is a car enthusiast. Since then, I never took my car to Lexus of Watertown again. Now, I pay between 50 to 70 percent less than I was paying at my dealership and get the same (or even better) service - the only thing I miss is the nice coffee machine and leather seats:)
I love my experience at this little shop - first, I knew I am not being screwed, second, I was getting superb service and third, my service finally got more personal. Ishkan is really friendly, trying to always help out anyway possible. Once, I had two flat tires after going over a huge stone on I-85 north at night and just towed my car to his place and left him voice-mail on his phone that night. I knew my car was all set, hassles free - and yes it was! He called me the next day and found really good replacements for the tires. I could never get this kind of service from my Lexus dealership. Although, I moved from Waltham to Wellesley, I still go to service my car here. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I WENT TO ELITE AUTO SALES IN ABINGTON,MA ON 8/15/08 TO SIGN OFF ON SOME PAPERWORK ON A MATTER THAT WAS ALREADY SETTLED WITH THE OWNER. WHEN I WENT IN I WAS TREATED WITH THE UTMOST DISRESPECT. THE SALESMAN THERE PROCEEDED TO SWEAR AND USE VERY STRONG VULGER LANGUAGE TOWARDS ME IN FRONT OF MY YOUNG DAUGHTER. I AM A MARRIED MOTHER OF THREE AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SPOKEN TO LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE. IF THESE ARE THE KIND OF EMPLOYEES THAT ELITE AUTO EMPLOYS THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THEM. I WOULD STRONGLY RECONSIDER GOING ELSEWHERE.
Decent Volkswagen service for your Kia - rk6772
The Kia service center isn't in the Kia dealership; it's in the Volkswagen dealership next door, and it's not well marked. The "pull up and honk" service seems to be more "pull up, honk, then get out and find someone."
But they did do a good job servicing my car. They even washed out my WeatherTech floor liners, although they were pretty wet when I got back in the car.
The weird part is waiting in the middle of the Volkswagen showroom while your Kia is serviced. I'm surprised Kia allows that; you'd think they'd rather have Kia customers looking at shiny new Kias, not Volkswagens.
The waiting area has two overstuffed couches and a TV. For sitting and waiting, they're comfortable enough. For trying to work while you're there? Not so good. Hard to find an outlet, the labelled Ethernet jacks don't work, and there's nothing resembling a place to put down your laptop. That seems par for the course for Kia dealers, but other makes having as many upscale features as a Kia usually have some place for people to set up with a laptop.
Great Experience at Haddad - lahk
Jimi was wonderful to work with. I was leasing a car for the first time instead of buying one and he was thorough and patient with guiding me through the process and making me comfortable with my choice. I was not there for service; I was there to lease a new car.
Therefore , the rest of this page of the evaluation is meaningless.

I have been here 3 times and they did a good job taking care of my car. Two rear-enders and one side-swipe and they brought my car back to showroom condition and with OEM parts. They even buffed my car and made it shine like new.
POOR BUSINESS - Unhappy
Purchased car in Oct 2015. Nothing but problems. They have had it over 12 days and that was for 2 visits. and ALL the problems still not fixed. Won't make a trade for my car that they are selling as PRISTINE CONDITION and 3 years older. Pretty poor!! They said they put too much into their lemon to do that! They fixed an axel a bent wheel, keep balancing it and I still get vertigo from the shake. They said I hit a pot hole !! They were decent and accommodating until they got tired of me and their repairs. Now they are very rude to me. Ya its my fault I bought a lemon. They gave me a clean fax too. Thats what really stinks. The car definitely has issues that were never disclosed. !!!!! Don't go there!!
