My 23 yr old son was ready to buy his first car and the only place we considered going was to West Metro Buick GMC. Lloyd has been the person our entire extended family has trusted when we buy vehicles. Though this was my son's first car, it was our immediate family's 3rd car purchase with Lloyd and his team.
I own a small boutique consulting firm, lead the largest Civil Air Patrol cadet program in the North Central Region, and have family obligations....I'm busy like you, maybe in a slightly different way.

Oil Change\Engine Stall - JTHORNTO
Had an odd problem, Truck would stall out on occasion, usually after fueling. Of course the truck was running fine with no trouble indicators. But the tech found fixed the problem, VERY dirty throttle body...DONE. I've never taken my GMC Sierra anywhere else in the 18 years since I bought it at Valley...and I never will...THE. BEST.

I called to inquire about a van and got a call back very quickly from Cheryl. She was able to ask all questions and even took the time to go out and look over the vehicle and describe what she saw. I live about 3 hours away so she made sure to go ever every detail she could think of over the phone with me. My family and I were not able to come take a look at the vehicle and test drive it until Saturday and I first talked to Cheryl on Tuesday. With a simple down payment, she was able to hold the vehicle for us! That was so awesome!! We needed a bigger vehicle for our family of four and finding an affordable van was tough.
When we met Cheryl in person, she was every bit as genuine as she was on the phone. I know we’ll be back in the future to work with her.

My salesman was Gary Miskowic and he was very helpful as I test-drove the car and considered my options. I needed to have the oil changed in the vehicle and with Kruse's Free Oil for Life on vehicle sales, there is no reason not to use them. I was also having a minor issue with the alignment of the headlights and they quickly checked and adjusted them for me.

Kolar charges $2.00 more per quart of engine oil than other local GM dealer. Had purchased a truck from Kolar with no major problems but will not go back due to parts Mark-up.

Extended warranty - Honestgirl
I brought my car in for a loud exhaust. After looking at it they told me to fix the exhaust it would cost $1000. The car is five years old. I bought it used at Harry Browns two years ago. It was "certified and inspected". I decided to purchase the "best extended warranty....bumper to bumper" to the tune of over 4000. Well, the exhaust was NOT covered under warranty because it was due to rust. On a five year old car? I put my car through a wash that cleans the under carriage in the winter. In my opinion 1 of 2 things happened here. Either it was not inspected the way I trusted it would be or Dodge uses cheap materials and refuses to stand behind their products. Either way the bumper to bumper warranty was USELESS to me even though the exhaust is between the bumpers...go figure! Anyway, I took the car to another service center and got the problem fixed for $52.01. MUCH less..... At least Harry Browns didn't charge me the service fee of $122.00 just for looking at the vehicle to find the problem and the service writer was very nervous about talking with me. I do think he felt pretty bad about having to tell me the warranty was useless. That is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. My concerns in buying this extended warranty are coming true. Take my money....don't stand behind what you sell....hope you sleep good at night.....

I brought my vehicle in for service and they damagedon't my truck they did pay for the damage but would not cover my fuel for running around for estimates it's a 30 mile round trip to town which I would have to drive 4 times plus another vehicle with my wife to pick me up and drop me off when it's done. Also they never told me about the damage and they all knew about it thank god I saw it before I left the dealership mark Lance would not pay me 25.00 to cover fuel costs I will have from this . Mark Lance thinks it's funny that I ask for that he laughed in my face I will never do business with them again

It basically tried to to sweep my vehicle sale under the rug if heater on $15,000 for a vehicle but turn in to be a lemon in 2 months I put over $2,000 into it I've tried numerous times I even tried to get my old vehicle back I reached out to the general manager 2 times with no reply back stay away from this dealership they will never get my business again
They failed to detect a failing transmission - Rocky
Bought a new GMC pickup which managed to have some drivetrain problems at 60K. Their Service dept did not find anything. Then just past the 70K warranty mark the transmission failed and had to be serviced by another dealer at full price.

That's why we decided to look at new vehicles there and were lucky enough to meet Mike and Kelli. Congrats to Brandl for their excellent selection of personnel. We love the new Equinox.
Very disappointed in car purchase - baxtermac
I purchased a 2014 Yukon from Davis Motors. When I first looked at the vehicle and said I would purchase it, they promised to clean it up. I pointed put where it needed to be detailed and they assured me it would be done. Because the carpets were covered with white paper when I did pick it up and I failed to look it over carefully, this is partially my fault. I would have walked away from this deal had I looked closer. I am used to dealing with Mills GM in Baxter, MN and used vehicles are spotless and anything promised is done. Not so with Davis. Nothing had been done except it looks like it was run through a car wash before delivery. The carpets were awful. When photos were sent to the salesman and the owner, they made no reply. No detail work had been done. Be very careful because they will promise anything and do nothing as far as I can see. I will never deal here again.
