Brian helped me through a challenge I had with another dealer that had delayed and delayed delivery on a truck for me by finding a new truck for me. I was happy to drive 100 miles to work with Brian to purchase that truck sight unseen. Brian was a great communicator and stayed in touch through the process. I'd drive the 100 miles again!
On the finance/paperwork side, Levi was the fastest I've ever experienced! He was ready when I arrived for my appointment and had me out of the office in 20 minutes (maybe less!) compared to sitting for over two hours at past purchases. Very happy guy here.

Sold me the car 1k above book value. Did no fixes it needed (back rotors). The customer service was horrible. I fired the first female, they gave me 2 more reps, changing my rep my choice. Upon pick-up car was not cleaned or detailed (still in same shape as previous owner (I was the 2nd owner). Lost a good customer.

My husband and I leased a Nissan Rogue in August of this year. Lucy Thelen was our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and answered any questions we had, not that there was very many. She pretty much covered everything. Hang on to her, she's a keeper!

This service department is absolutely unbelievable! They are so professional and yet incredibly personal at the same time! They are 100 % on your side from the moment you walk in until they are sure you are completely happy with the outcome. Adam, Tessa and the entire team will not quit. They solved a puzzle with our car that has been a problem for years. We are so grateful for their commitment to doing whatever it takes to make things right! We found our place and would give them 10 stars if we could! We highly recommend the Walser Buick GMC Service Department!

We dropped my girlfriends GMC Terrain off at the dealership and they said they would take a look at it first thing on Tuesday morning. It was making a very loud thump noise from under the car. They called on Tuesday and stated that the transfer case was broke and would need to be replaced. Kevin stated that he was already in contact with the extended warranty people and they would cover everything. We would only have to cover the deductible of $250. He explained that the parts were going to take a few days to get in which wasn’t a problem.
On the following Tuesday my girlfriend called and they said they were “having a hard time getting parts off to get to the transfer case” and said it would be a few more days. No big deal! On Thursday they call saying they had to order another pipe and it wouldn’t be here until Tuesday of the following week. Once again this wasn’t a major issue for us. Fast forward to Tuesday. Kevin called and informed my girlfriend that the exhaust pipe was broken prior to the vehicle arriving at the dealership and that it would need to be replaced costing us $800. When we asked Kevin why this wasn’t brought up at the beginning he did not have an answer. She asked what options she had and he gave the answer of only getting it fixed because the car would run without it.
On Wednesday I went to the dealership with her to pick her car up. I asked Kevin how the exhaust pipe was broken and he told me the drive shaft broke and hit the exhaust which broke. He couldn’t tell me how or what exactly was broke on the exhaust. The drive shaft was not broken because I drove it there. I know the exhaust was not broken either and have a video of that from the day we brought it in. I asked to see the pictures of the broken pets and he said they don’t have pictures. I then asked to see the broken exhaust pipe. Kevin went to find it and came back and said the people who take their scrap metal came this morning so it’s no longer there. CONVENIENT right….
After going back and forth with Kevin for a decent amount of time he said he was going to go talk with someone in the back. (Let me tell you there were multiple phone calls and emails exchanged before coming to the dealership). Kevin came back out and stated “I talked with the technician that worked on your car and now he’s admitting to breaking the exhaust pipe. We will take care of the charges for it.”
In the end, they took care of the charges for the broken exhaust pipe. The money was not the problem ever. It was the fact that multiple lies were told to try to cover up mistakes made by the dealership. Lying to customers is never the way to go. This car went to that dealership for any work that needed to be done (oil change, tire rotation, filters, etc…) including a transmission rebuild last summer. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone to do any type of business with them ever again.

I felt that the rim was very expensive, but that is on GM. I wish the old rim had been offered to me to take with me.
Visiting Twin Cities from New Mexico and had problem with... - deaconangell
Visiting Twin Cities from New Mexico and had problem with car overheating. Service tech recommended water pump replacement at cost of $900.00, including parts and labor. While I felt charges were quite excessive, I elected to have work done.
Preparing to leave cities for New Mexico, I raised hood to check oil and discovered seven (7) plastic fasteners designed to hold the engine “shroud” in place missing!!!!
Drove the car back to shop and the missing parts were replace immediately. I can only imagine what else the mechanic “overlooked” in repairing my vehicle.
I would not return to Walser Buick ever again even to have something as insignificant as having tire pressure checked. All in all, both my attitude and checkbook in a sad, sad state. I don’t object to “paying” for quality and excellence; however when I do I expect quality and excellence in return.
I guess that if you read this, you have figured out that I would not recommend that anyone go to Walser Buick for any reason what-so-ever!

Service and Purchase of a new vehicle. - ChevyBuyer
They made us, (my wife and me), feel like long time friends. Their Service Department staff were great when we brought in our old vehicle for repairs, getting us in on the 4th of July weekend. That's why we decided to look at new vehicles there and were lucky enough to meet Mike and Kelli. Congrats to Brandl for their excellent selection of personnel. We love the new Equinox.
Treaated me like family. - Gary
Everyone from the sales manager to the sales person treated me well. I would recommend this dealer ship to anyone needing a new vehicle. You cannot go wrong with a sales person. I dealt with Jakob, who allowed me to drive the vehicle home to show my wife. After she said okay, the deal was done.
Very nice shopping experience - Jennifer H
Mike L and the guys at Christian Motors were a huge help for me when I was looking for a newer vehicle. They took the time to find exactly what I was looking for and were very patient during the whole process to find me the right vehicle!!

Very disappointed in car purchase - baxtermac
I purchased a 2014 Yukon from Davis Motors. When I first looked at the vehicle and said I would purchase it, they promised to clean it up. I pointed put where it needed to be detailed and they assured me it would be done. Because the carpets were covered with white paper when I did pick it up and I failed to look it over carefully, this is partially my fault. I would have walked away from this deal had I looked closer. I am used to dealing with Mills GM in Baxter, MN and used vehicles are spotless and anything promised is done. Not so with Davis. Nothing had been done except it looks like it was run through a car wash before delivery. The carpets were awful. When photos were sent to the salesman and the owner, they made no reply. No detail work had been done. Be very careful because they will promise anything and do nothing as far as I can see. I will never deal here again.

Very nice people. I bought a 2015 Buick Lacrosse approximately a year ago from Chris one of your salesman. He explained everything in detail and was one of the main reasons I purchased from Diamond. I hope you give him the credit he deserves. The car was also in excellent condition and I am very fussy.
Top Notch Service - Rsweet
I had been truck shopping for about 4 months. I went to Grand Rapids GM to get a used truck. After talking with Dan I realized that the offered incentives through GM could get me into a new truck for even cheaper than used. I would totally recommend going into Rapids GM to have a look for yourself. 5 Star Customer Service!

When I went in to Ken Waschke Auto Plaza, I had a few questions about an option I wanted to put on my truck. Not only were my questions answered immediately and professional advice offered, but also Paul walked me back to the parts desk and made sure exactly what I needed was ordered. I really felt I was being taken care of and that I was making the right decision.
Misrepresented the condition of a used vehicle. - GrandSlambert
I purchased a used truck from them that was advertised as in "Excellent" condition. Since purchasing the truck in November I have spent $1,300 repairing leaks in the oil, coolant, and power steering systems. I had to entirely replace the high pressure lines that had obviously been leaking while on the lot. Now I have a $1,400 estimate to fix the air conditioning - a system I was told by the salesman was working even though it's obvious the system was leaking when they sold it to me.
I have contacted the dealer with no resolution. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership unless they provide a warranty. I was not provided one and not given any option to buy an extended warranty. They knew this truck was in poor condition and lied about it to get it off the lot.
Amazing ownership, management and staff!!!! - mightymets06
Absolutely A+!!! Shout out to Jordan, Micky and Paul for helping our son out in his time of need. They took the time to listen, communicate and complete the repairs in a professional manner. Having our son go to school 26 hours away, it is very nice to see that other respect that and want to take care of him like their own. My wife and I can't thank you enough!!!!!
