I needed to have the oil changed in the vehicle and with Kruse's Free Oil for Life on vehicle sales, there is no reason not to use them. I was also having a minor issue with the alignment of the headlights and they quickly checked and adjusted them for me.

Very poor customer service after they sold me a used car. The man who sold me the car told me it was in "perfect condition passing green on a 50 point inspection". I get it home and the wiper fluid sprays out through the floor. Yeah - not perfect. He said they'd fix it, but he quit. Left voicemails and emails with varying people with 0 response as I explained my issue - they don't care and wouldn't even call me back to tell me that. I go in and the guys at the shop won't honor it. They don't legally need to fix it...but morally, yes.

I think Mike Gaydos is the best. I have been driving 2001 vehicle for 15 yrs so I knew nothing about Vehicle technology for year 2016. Mike spent at least 1 1/2 hours showing me how everything works and he made sure i knew how to operate everything in my car before i left the lot. I Love my Chevy Malibu and will recommend family and friends to shop at Whitaker, I left knowing that if i had any problems or questions Mike and the service center would be there to help me. My experience with Steve in financing was very informative and went smooth and quick.

I called about a 2015 check 1500 prior lease truck they had. From the woman who answered the phone to the finance officer I couldn't be more happy. I walked in and delt with Ben and John both were more than happy to answer and all question. Even got to meet Harry Brown himself. Honest straight forward even gave me a deal on a tannou cover! When it comes time for another vehicle purchase they will be my first call.

I brought my vehicle in for service and they damagedon't my truck they did pay for the damage but would not cover my fuel for running around for estimates it's a 30 mile round trip to town which I would have to drive 4 times plus another vehicle with my wife to pick me up and drop me off when it's done. Also they never told me about the damage and they all knew about it thank god I saw it before I left the dealership mark Lance would not pay me 25.00 to cover fuel costs I will have from this . Mark Lance thinks it's funny that I ask for that he laughed in my face I will never do business with them again

I bought a truck that had 17,000 miles on it three months ago. The first day I noticed the tailgate didn't work. Inspection? Then they called me a month later and said the title got sent to the wrong city ( Milwaukee ), and I need to drive back to Winona and redo the paperwork? ? Why is this my issue??? Its the dealerships mistake. After I had the truck about 30 days, the air conditioning seemed like the air that was blowing was not as cold as the day I drove off the lot. It is now blowing ambient temp air. Mechanics I know think that free on (or whatever is now used) was added right before I bought it. Didn't get the truck I thought I was paying for.
They failed to detect a failing transmission - Rocky
Bought a new GMC pickup which managed to have some drivetrain problems at 60K. Their Service dept did not find anything. Then just past the 70K warranty mark the transmission failed and had to be serviced by another dealer at full price.

I purchased a 2014 Yukon from Davis Motors. When I first looked at the vehicle and said I would purchase it, they promised to clean it up. I pointed put where it needed to be detailed and they assured me it would be done. Because the carpets were covered with white paper when I did pick it up and I failed to look it over carefully, this is partially my fault. I would have walked away from this deal had I looked closer. I am used to dealing with Mills GM in Baxter, MN and used vehicles are spotless and anything promised is done. Not so with Davis. Nothing had been done except it looks like it was run through a car wash before delivery. The carpets were awful. When photos were sent to the salesman and the owner, they made no reply. No detail work had been done. Be very careful because they will promise anything and do nothing as far as I can see. I will never deal here again.
Misrepresented the condition of a used vehicle. - GrandSlambert
I purchased a used truck from them that was advertised as in "Excellent" condition. Since purchasing the truck in November I have spent $1,300 repairing leaks in the oil, coolant, and power steering systems. I had to entirely replace the high pressure lines that had obviously been leaking while on the lot. Now I have a $1,400 estimate to fix the air conditioning - a system I was told by the salesman was working even though it's obvious the system was leaking when they sold it to me.
I have contacted the dealer with no resolution. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership unless they provide a warranty. I was not provided one and not given any option to buy an extended warranty. They knew this truck was in poor condition and lied about it to get it off the lot.
