This really is a SUPERstore! We needed a vehicle fast and purchased a GREAT used SUV at a low price. It has run smoothe for years. When it does need a little maintenance here and there we come in and get greeted by Jens C at the service desk and he is on it every time. Both Jens and the SUPERstore’s mechanics figured out our impossible window, a/c and break issues that other dealers we took it too literally couldn’t do. I won’t take my truck anywhere else. Did some online searching and found a truck I liked listed at Valley GMC in Apple Valley. I stopped in for a test drive and met with Shane Carnahan. He was helpful and worked with me on a new GMC truck. Liked the truck but was undecided. A week later I returned to drive it again and we ended up making a deal. Just picked it up and they did a great job of getting it ready. I had an extra accessory installed and it looks really great. For the finance piece...Joel Mullett is a great guy and helped make the financial components work smoothly. He was was easy to work with and resolved my many questions quickly. My wife had never had a brand new car and we went in there looking at "used ones". She test drove both an Acadia and a Silverado Crew. There was 1 car that caught her eye upon returning to the lot with the both the Acadia and Silverado. We ended up driving that Acadia before we left that night. I laid on thick that we couldn't afford a new car. I went back the next day and bought the car. The guys from Diamond worked with me to keep it a secret. It was kind of fun I told my neighbor Jason Thoennes who is the Manager there that she would likely be by in the evening to check this car we weren't going to buy "wink wink" I hadn't been gone from the lot 15 minutes and Jason called me and said that he had just seen my wife drive through. She came home sad because some guy named M Johnson had bought it. At least that is what my salesmen Landon and Luke had put on the window to throw her off if she did come through. That next Tuesday they delivered the car and the surprise worked. She had no idea. It was fun when the door on the shed open and there sat that beautiful car she had fallen in love with. It was fun to see her tears of joy as she walked around it! Thank-you to the guys from Diamond for making this such a memorable event for her! She loves all that shiny Chrome on the front and the heated seats! PS. I even got scrambled eggs, bacon and toast the next morning at 5 am. She said she couldn't sleep because of how excited she was!

When I first bought my envision here it all was good. Give you guys a great review. Now that I brought it in for an oil change it's all changed. The technicians told me that they were running a half hour behind. I'm now going waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for a stinking oil change. Not happy, not pleased.
Stuck brake caliper - allendale61
I called service dept about stuck brake caliper which ruined my rotor and pads on 2016 Impala. was told that if caliper is stuck that warranty will cover it. so i took tire off to inspect brake caliper . i could move the caliper pins and then used a large channel lock pliers to try to squeeze the caliper piston back in. I couldn't . so I knew caliper was bad. I put it back on and went there the next day. dropped off car at 1 pm. appointment was 2 pm. waited and waited Michelle B. finally came to me at 330 pm hour and half later and said that the calipers were fine. i got confused. hour and a half to diagnose ? \i told them to replace brake pads and rotors. Start to feel FISHY by them. i figured that they spend the time hour and half trying to squeeze caliper piston back in and out to make it work. when i picked car up I told her that I will be back in 5 months for same problem. I have phone video of me moving caliper pins and trying to squeeze caliper piston back in. was told that the pad was frozen to the mounting bracket. I had pads off when i tried to squeeze caliper piston back in. I know because i worked on brakes before. I wanted to use the wrap around extended warranty for caliper and they're avoiding it. stuck pads make rotor get scraped beyond repair. no its the caliper piston that put pressure on pads and rotors. FISHY FISHY.. feeling disgusted. maybe i go to a different dealer for 2nd opinion ?

Posting an update in regards to our previously posted negative feedback...
We had a meeting with Walser GMC VP Pete Swenson. Pete took the time to meet with us, hear us out, and empathize with our experience about the service that we received from the service department. But most importantly to us, he apologized on behalf of Walser for the situation, and without any hesitation whatsoever, offered to make it 100% right.
As a Walser customer of 10 years, we are relieved and thankful that Pete took the time to meet with us personally and make things right. I would encourage anyone else who either reads or posts negative feedback related to Walser GMC to at least give Pete a chance to make things right before just completely walking away from them. I can tell you from our experience that he was genuine and will not disappoint. We simply believe that we are customers worthy of having; and it was clear to us after meeting with Pete that Walser GMC indeed felt the same.
I can honestly say that meeting has turned us from becoming detractors into PROMOTERS of Walser GMC, and given our 10 year history as customers, that truly means a lot to us.
Thank you Pete. We will gladly come back again.

I came to Kolar to look at a car. My salesperson Ryan K was AMAZING. When I inquired he took time to send me a short video showing me the car and getting a test drive appt set up. I loved it and went forward purchasing it. Brad and Dave were also helpful and amazing through the process, and were on the ball which is why I went forward with the car from their Dealership and not the other where I had interest in a car. After taking it home, I had a concern with the headlights not being very well lit and driving felt unsafe. I reached out to him and he had the shop look at the lights and they adjusted them and now I can see and they work amazing.
However, the reason for the 3 stars is the car starter that was put in my car (was part of the purchase agreement) is not good. The purpose was so I can start my car inside work instead of walking outside to do it, but the range on it is garbage and I still need to walk outside to start it which defeats the having a starters purpose.( My company is large and they get a bit tetchy about people leaving a lot and not being on the production floor. )
And sometimes I have to be outside almost in front of it. Plus where they took the car...a tire place? They did not attach the headliner correctly. It actually came loose and I needed to pop it back in. I do understand that the car I purchased was not a GM product but a better starter should've been installed and at a more reputable installation place.
But I do love my car even with awful gas mileage (and it is a hybrid my whole reason for buying). Range 40-42mpg and I barely get 32mpg on eco. But that is not the fault of the Dealership but the maker of the car and false numbers. She'll do for a couple years and then I will probably go and get a Prius from Kolar Toyota :)

That's why we decided to look at new vehicles there and were lucky enough to meet Mike and Kelli. Congrats to Brandl for their excellent selection of personnel. We love the new Equinox.

I purchased a 2014 Yukon from Davis Motors. When I first looked at the vehicle and said I would purchase it, they promised to clean it up. I pointed put where it needed to be detailed and they assured me it would be done. Because the carpets were covered with white paper when I did pick it up and I failed to look it over carefully, this is partially my fault. I would have walked away from this deal had I looked closer. I am used to dealing with Mills GM in Baxter, MN and used vehicles are spotless and anything promised is done. Not so with Davis. Nothing had been done except it looks like it was run through a car wash before delivery. The carpets were awful. When photos were sent to the salesman and the owner, they made no reply. No detail work had been done. Be very careful because they will promise anything and do nothing as far as I can see. I will never deal here again.

I purchased a used truck from them that was advertised as in "Excellent" condition. Since purchasing the truck in November I have spent $1,300 repairing leaks in the oil, coolant, and power steering systems. I had to entirely replace the high pressure lines that had obviously been leaking while on the lot. Now I have a $1,400 estimate to fix the air conditioning - a system I was told by the salesman was working even though it's obvious the system was leaking when they sold it to me.
I have contacted the dealer with no resolution. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership unless they provide a warranty. I was not provided one and not given any option to buy an extended warranty. They knew this truck was in poor condition and lied about it to get it off the lot.
