They do a good job but this time I wasn’t super happy. I was told over the last 6 years that if I buy 5 oil changes the next one is free this oil change should have been free by my count but I was told “ no we don’t do that”, surprise!! Then apparently the coupon book had expired and “we can’t take that”, surprise again.
So you wanted to know how it went- there you go. I hope you got this surprise. Otherwise yes it’s ok.

I had subpar experiences at several dealerships but Honda was great to work with - transparent and they did not put any pressure on. They will not service your vehicle if purchased from another dealership. Staff was very courteous and polite, but select upper management/ownership is very unprofessional, discriminatory and values clearly do not align with good customer service (or any other Honda dealership I contacted). I attempted to make an appointment to have an issue corrected from a service 2 weeks ago and they refused our vehicle...Brand New Honda Pilot. Upon calling I was informed that if (you or your spouse/partner's) employer has any sort of business relationship with their dealership (knowingly or unknowingly) and you purchase a vehicle elsewhere, you will be discriminate against. This is the first I heard of such a thing. We all make business decisions I guess and mine will NOT include supporting Krenzen moving forward. Final Final

After 2 trips through the BCC/Honda Service center, I can say that it has been the most helpful and most reasonable experience I have had with an auto dealership and factory service center.
They were able to perform the exact work that I requested without issues or unnecessary work being added on. I was in an out within an hour and back on the road.

This car has a limited production and there had been stories of price gouging, changing agreement terms, etc.
Mills Honda didn't get greedy and sold the car to me at a very reasonable price.
They honored the terms of my deposit even when several others called after trying to acquire the vehicle.
Connor was always more than happy to answer any of my questions or concerns.
He was always very prompt at responding back and made me feel much more comfortable with the sale.

While waiting for my car to be ready Matt Anderson, the general manager, took the time to talk to me.
