My husband and myself have only good things to say about our experience at Mankato Luther Honda and our two sales people, Spenser and Michelle. We have never leased before and knew nothing about the process and also nothing about Honda vehicles. They patiently walked us through everything from start to finish and we were able to drive away feeling we knew what our new vehicle could do and that we had a great group of people who would help us if we should ever need any. I had a really bad experience, took my car for brakes related issue, I was told the part is out of stock and will arrive in 5 days, left my car there and after 5 days they told me the part has not arrived and will have to wait another 3 weeks!! they didn't even bother to inform me earlier or respond to my voicemail. on top of that they replaced the driveshafts without my approval and charged me for that!! really awful service, never going back there again!

I tried to buy a 2016 Honda Pilot near Rochester, MN. Before I make final decision to our local dealership, I decide to make another shop around near Rochester area, contacted with Tyler with my offered price from another dealer, Tyler just told me he could beat this price with extra $500 more. Just have one phone conversion after one night cooling down on my side, I put $1000 deposit next day. Tyler keep me posted about my car status. Went to dealership to pick up car, in and out within one hour. Everyone is nice and friendly. Best car buying experience I ever had.
A 6 Hour Brake Job? - Pissed Off
Three and a half hours in the waiting room the first day and they closed job not finished. Then back for two and a half hours the second day so they could finish the job. I am not amused. Maybe you should consider building an adjoining motel so you could put customers up for the night. Rotors and Pads is all I needed, I had an appointment made a week earlier when it was determined I needed a brake job. Six hours to do a simple brake job. I have to wonder if they outsourced the job to a third world Nation to save money? Maybe they got 'break job' and 'brake job' mixed up? This was a pathetic excuse for 'Service'. The service desk people were courteous. The cleaning lady deserves a raise, gold star for her. The service manager needs to be fired or perhaps the Dealership needs to be closed for poor performance. Second worst brake job of my life.
