Hats off to the detail dept. I bought a 2018 CR-V and found that it had some kind of over spray on it and one of the detail employees spent over 3 hours working on it and he did a really nice job. I could tell that he didn't think it was good enough until I was happy. I don't remember his name but he deserves a raise!!!!!

Honestly, I don't want to give any star for my experience.
It was my first experience to buy a car in the US.
I shared my information(International student, didn't have US driving license yet) with Megan Cooley but she suggested me to visit the dealer and see the car. So I went there by bicycle from Wisconsin. But after one and half hour waiting, the other staff told me there were nothing that I could do at that time because I didn't have a license. And at the same day, the car that I wanted was sold.
So I got an US driving license about a week later and contacted with her to check available inventories. I found the same model car that I wanted on their website, but she kept saying that the car was sold and it takes some time to update their website. I asked 3 times in total in 6 days, but she kept saying it's unavailable. I also submitted the online availability checking, but I didn't get any reaction.
And finally I got an opportunity to talk with another staff, and he told me the same car was available. I got an appointment for test drive ASAP.
But I couldn't visit the dealer due to heavy rain. And at the same day, the car was sold.
I don't understand why official dealer staff cannot understand their stock correctly. If she told me the correct information, I could have bought the car earlier, at least I had chance to buy.
I talked about this with their sales manager, but he told me that Megan was not his team and she was not under his responsibility.
This dealer might be a great place for almost all people to buy a car, but not for an international student who has a lower budget.

After 2 trips through the BCC/Honda Service center, I can say that it has been the most helpful and most reasonable experience I have had with an auto dealership and factory service center.
They were able to perform the exact work that I requested without issues or unnecessary work being added on. I was in an out within an hour and back on the road.

Horrible service. My starter went on the car….they fixed it without following their own service bulletin on how to replace the starter…when the second starter went they said “we cant’ find a problem with it” I was getting stranded at patient’s homes because the dam thing would not start. Then they said it was “operator error”. OK….step on brake…push the button…duh. The engine blew on my 2015 honda crosstour only 9 days out of warranty and they would do NOTHING. They blamed me for putting too much oil in it but it was obviously not oil that caused all the valves to bend over. Did they test the oil to see if there was antifreeze or gas infiltrating the oil? Nope…just blame the customer. They charged me for the tow they had said was covered under warranty. All the greasy engine parts were then put into my beautiful meticulously kept car and it was put into their lot. I am a nurse who was dealing with Covid and these jerks kept calling to get the car out of their lot. They offered me 8k for the car (book was 17k). A year later I put another engine into it and got 12,800 on trade for a new subaru. My other car was having transmission hesitation and it is a known problem for the Nissan Juke. They indicated the transmission was probably going but they could not find anything wrong with it. I have a lifetime warranty on the car and wanted it fixed. .I decided to trade it in. I found a loaded nissan rogue on the showroom floor and asked them what I could get for my 2014 Juke. It is in perfect shape with low miles and new tires. Oh No….we will only give you 11K (thousands below trade value) for your car because “we know there are transmission issues”. So they don’t even trust their own service department. They cannot fix it but they won’t take it on trade. Some Nissan dealer. I was told the transmission fluid looked good and I didn’t have to change it until 80k miles but the book recommends at 60k so I then took it to a local transmission shop (to keep my lifetime warranty). They said the transmission is most likely going and changed the “filthy” fluid. I bought many cars here through the years but will NEVER return.

This car has a limited production and there had been stories of price gouging, changing agreement terms, etc.
Mills Honda didn't get greedy and sold the car to me at a very reasonable price.
They honored the terms of my deposit even when several others called after trying to acquire the vehicle.
Connor was always more than happy to answer any of my questions or concerns.
He was always very prompt at responding back and made me feel much more comfortable with the sale.
Upon arrival at the dealership I was warmly welcomed.
While waiting for my car to be ready Matt Anderson, the general manager, took the time to talk to me.
Finishing the financing paperwork with Danny Sargent was a breeze.
Connor went over all the instrumentation of vehicle and made me feel comfortable with it.
At the end of the sale the whole team that was working that day gathered to congratulate me.
I really couldn't have asked for a single thing more. This dealership and it's team makes you feel like family.
I absolutely can not recommend them enough and will definitely give them my business again, regardless of the trip I need to make, in the future.

I found a car located 90 miles from where I lived and called to see if the car was still available. Jonny Breuer stayed late so I could come and test drive it. There were a few cosmetic things he said they would fix and then deliver the car to me! The service and salesmanship was above and beyond excellent. I highly recommend this company!
