Alex Santos of Brogan Cadillac in Totowa, NJ took my wife and me on two test drives about 7 months before we were actually ready to lease a car. He was very polite, knowledgeable and non-pressuring. Both of us were so impressed that we kept his card and surprised him with a call in May. They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock, but he found one on order to a dealer who trades with Brogan. I wanted to secure that car as was willing to visit the dealer to place a deposit, but Alex took care of it over the phone, saving me a trip. When the car arrived, we worked out a deal over the phone, including my trade-in car value. What made this even better for my wife, who hates the whole process of getting a new car, was the delivery of the car to our home. To top that, the car, that I expected to only have one option package and 2 single options, had 2 more options for the lease terms for the lesser equipped model; and, the trade value was even higher than we negotiated, meaning I was due a refund. Overall this was the best and most convenient car leasing experience I’ve ever had.

Wasted hours of time - Frsutrating Experience
I was able to finally purchase my new car after HOURS of wasted time waiting for other people to be located. My salesman was nice but didn't seem to care much while I waited hours to sign paperwork even though I came in with a cash deal and I explained my situation many times that I did NOT want to sit and wait around due to a medical condition.
The woman (Sue) who had me sign my paperwork was also not pleasant, not sure if it was due to a long day or what but there were a lot of negative comments thrown around while I was yet again waiting as they entered a HIGHER amount for the vehicle than agreed upon so once again I had to wait for someone else to change it.
I LOVE my new car but could and should have had a MUCH better experience with the parties involved.

Fantastic service as always! My key fob was worn and replaced for free! Also, learned something new about my car. My radio was malfunctioning and was replaced, including the infotainment screen. My car was used and the console was a bit scratched up. It looks like a new car inside!

my wife went in and the used SUV was definitely a great price however she was told 3500 for our trade-in. A few other dealers had offered 7000 and their vehicles were much less expensive than the vehicle here. If they had offered an honest amount we would have like to buy their vehicle. She went there on her break from her busy business and left feeling very much let down.

Do yourself a favor - get a written buyer's order or do not step foot in this place. I negotiated via email and phone for two days with Margrethe. I was comparing her offer to another dealer’s vehicle that didn't have an option I wanted, and after raising my offer with Margrethe received a callback from her stating the out-the-door price is agreed to and to come on down to pick up my new Jeep. She seemed genuine and up front, so I drove an hour without that buyers order I usually require. I was greeted by Lenny, asked for (and briefly saw) Margrethe, but ended up sitting down with Lenny. Lenny was great, started the paperwork, took my cashier's check, trade in registration, and when asked to verify pricing before he walked away with my check he sent in the sales manager - I have a feeling Lenny had an idea of what was about to happen, because he didn't make eye contact with me at all after he pulled in the sales manager. The sales manager came in with a single number on a piece of paper and said after trade and down payment, this is your balance. The balance was 3k higher than it should have been based on the agreed upon price, and he fumbled through a story about how Margethe left for the night and some other manager must have worked with her on the pricing who wasn’t in today (we negotiated and agreed to a price today). I asked for him to walk me through his math so I could locate his mistake and was presented with an 8x11 sheet of paper with the smallest numbers you could imagine in a 3x5 area. He was increasingly unpleasant as I asked him to step through his process to arrive at the balance owed, and he became combative when I asked for my cashiers check, trade-in registration, and keys so I could leave. Don't waste your time here unless you have a written buyer's order *prior* to visiting the dealership. I invite Debbie Novick to reach out to me and will update my review should I hear from her.

I brought my car in to have a wheel installed.I had a 1pm appointment and car was done until,3:15 pm.It takes about 15 minutes to install a wheel..I wasn't even mad about that because shops get busy.I was quoted $40 dollars plus tax,which I agreed to.Even though other places are 15-25 dollars,but I wanted to keep it dealer serviced.My family has bought multiple cars there.Never again though.Dave my Sevice adviser comes and tells me they had to charge an extra $12.95 for a valve stem.He said they can't switch them over.I had wheels replaced on three cars and Goodyear,Reedman,and Ntb all just transferred the stem over.I said nicely that I was quoted $40 and hats what I'm paying.He said ok,then I go to pay and I see a$4.95 shop fee.I said what's this.He said it's a fee for use of the wheel machine.Geez how crooked can u get?I refused and said that's what the labor is for.The work itself was excellent,but the Service people are crooked.They try and up their commission anyway they can.I would never use them again and it's sad bough many parts and stuff over the years.My family is done with this dealership!

Hello, I took my brothers 2018 Cadillac CT-6 in to have its oil change done since they kept calling.
I took the car in which had a full level of oil and good tire pressures.When getting in the car the front tires were supposed to have 30 psi and they had 38,the rear should have 32 and they had 41 and 42.I didn't think anything it's easy to correct.I got home corrected the pressures and my brother checked the oil,the oil wouldn't even register on the dipstick.I had to go get two Qts of Mobil one which is compatible to Dexos 1.It took 1.25 Qts of oil to bring it to full.
They charged for six Qts and charged Gm for a tire rotation that wasn't done because car only had 600 miles.Very sad when you can do a simple oil service.Now to my 2016 ATS which I had in for an oil leak.They told be that it was oil from an old repair, they topped the oil off and tried to send me on my way.I complained to the service manager Dave and he reluctantly told them to clean it and put dye in it,that day he was rude and ignorant.When checking my brothers car I made another appointment to get the leak checked again as dye could be seen in the turbo, the frame and bump stop.I also got notice from Onstar about code for the aIt intake.Dave told me there were no codes.he lied Onstar told me the code.He also claimed the bright green dye in the I turbo was just what aluminum looks like from condensation,well adage I'm not an idiot ai know that the whole motor is aluminum, if that was true the whole motor would look like the hulk.He also told m brother they took the timing cover off twice today.
How did they do that when that job takes all day has to sit .24 hrs for the sealant to cure, antifreeze and oil has to be drained and a list of parts are involved of which none were listed.Dont go here if you like your car.Cars are complicated but when the Service a manager Dave does nothing but lie and try to talk fast and thinks people are stupid.Why lie adage when Onstar has the codes and these times can be checked easy, 3 Caddy dealers were called and laughed when I told them that Coleman removed and revealed a timing cover twice in two hours.Coleman lost a customer me and my brother,not because they can't fix it, it's because Dave has done nothing but lie to us and try to make things up.Guess what people are knowledgable.Its sad because they have a great sales team.

I had questions pertaining to some of the features he took his time was very thorough comforting my concerns . I have recommended's outfit to all my peers at work.
