This experience was amazing, from start to finish. All were very welcoming, attentive, patient and very informative. I can be a handful with my indecisiveness and questions but I was treated with kindness and was at ease throughout the whole process. Decent prices but beware. They play games with dealer installed options such as pinstripes (not painted but the $15 vinyl) and rubber molding that goes around the wheel well (probably $10) and then try to charge you a couple of thousand. They also play games with leases. They claim to pay your first 4 or 5 lease payments. What they don't tell you is they will put those payments in the fees. So yes technically they will pay your lease payments but you have to give it to them up front. An insult to the intelligence of any customer. Will never deal with them again based on these tactics. Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware).

With Open Road Cadillac (ORC), beware of potential bait and switch pricing tactics. My wife and were shopping for a GMC Yukon and found one at ORC listed for $49,500, so we decided to have a look at it. The salesman Michael was very courteous and let both my wife and me, who showed up at the dealership a little while after me, take the vehicle for a separate test drives. Michael asked me where I had seen the car originally listed, and I told him Autotrader, but had a hard time finding the listing when I was sitting at his desk despite having seen the listing less than an hour before. When looking through text messages sent to my wife from a couple hours ago, I found the original URL to Autotrader, but that URL was no longer valid. Searching for the car's VIN number on Google, a cached version of the listing on ORC's website revealed that the car was originally listed at $49,500, however, clicking on the search result showed that the price was now $51,900.
When I raised the discrepancy with Michael, he claimed that it takes 24 hours for listings on Autotrader to update, and both he and his sales manager agreed to "honor" the original price, as if they were doing me a favor. After failing to agree on a price and walking away, my wife and I continued our search an hour later at home and found a new listing on Autotrader for the same car, now at $51,900. How interesting. The next morning, I look some more only to find that both ORC's website and Autotrader now have the car listed back at $49,500. So, a 24-hour waiting period to update a listing in the year 2021? Considering it changed twice in the span of 18 hours, that's clearly untrue.
In a nutshell, if you insist on shopping for a car at ORC, print any listings you find and bring them with you, but do not disclose that you have them. Check the price before you walk in, and then check the price again after you express interest in the vehicle. I would not be surprised if you found that the listing has been changed since the time you stepped through the door. Do not be fooled into negotiating from a weaker starting point or feel like anyone is doing you a favor by honoring the original listing price that was used to lure you in.

I brought my brothers Cadillac Ct-6 in with a long list of serious issues.I was told by the Service writer from Chevy,that with all these issues to get a Lemon lawyer and the chances a tech will put the time in to check these issues is slim to none.Well low and behold the next day they said come get the car and since it wasn't dropped off until 3 pm the day before there is no way they could of checked these issues.The standard no issue found and GM legal S operating as designed was written on every issue even though I could verify the issues, codes in system.I should of realized that it was a waste.All this Service advisor did for the 40 mi Utes it took him to write it up was complain about being there and about Management and sales people coming to him wish questions.I can't say the work is bad because they did none.But they did lie 100% about every issue.

This is because of the inept work of Englewood Cliffs Cadillac. Deal and papers signed 10-13-18. Car finally received on 11-05-18 (over three weeks to receive a car already on their lot.) Financial work not completed by them until 12-03-18 (two full months after deal.) And the NJ registration not completed until 01-14-19 - over three months from the signing of the papers. I mention all this just to allow any friends of mine to be fore-warned before even attempting to do business with them. And, interestingly, the two sales people I worked with left them, to go work for a different Cadillac dealership, because of Englewood's complete ineptness.
