This is because of the inept work of Englewood Cliffs Cadillac. Deal and papers signed 10-13-18. Car finally received on 11-05-18 (over three weeks to receive a car already on their lot.) Financial work not completed by them until 12-03-18 (two full months after deal.) And the NJ registration not completed until 01-14-19 - over three months from the signing of the papers. I mention all this just to allow any friends of mine to be fore-warned before even attempting to do business with them. And, interestingly, the two sales people I worked with left them, to go work for a different Cadillac dealership, because of Englewood's complete ineptness.

Novick is a great place to buy a vehicle, recently purchased a new Ram 1500 here at had alot of fun doing so. Everyone at this location was friendly and inviting making the entire process enjoyable. I brought my brothers Cadillac Ct-6 in with a long list of serious issues.I was told by the Service writer from Chevy,that with all these issues to get a Lemon lawyer and the chances a tech will put the time in to check these issues is slim to none.Well low and behold the next day they said come get the car and since it wasn't dropped off until 3 pm the day before there is no way they could of checked these issues.The standard no issue found and GM legal S operating as designed was written on every issue even though I could verify the issues, codes in system.I should of realized that it was a waste.All this Service advisor did for the 40 mi Utes it took him to write it up was complain about being there and about Management and sales people coming to him wish questions.I can't say the work is bad because they did none.But they did lie 100% about every issue.

This dealer was completely unethical and difficult to do business with they agreed upon a price and a date and time to pick up the car was paying cash call the dealer in the morning to confirm the appointment they said oh I’m sorry we sold the car last night somebody was willing to pay more money sorry that’s just how business goes the manager was completely disrespectful and dismissive of our feelings and really didn’t care whether or not we came back it was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had I am surprised this dealership is still open do not buy anything from them

2013 CTS Coupe- Loved that car! It was lease going into the 39th month with 6,000 miles on it. Hear a rumbling noise at a very slow crawl, mechanic confirmed the noise, received loaner after loaner while being lied to. Gold Coast had tis car for 53 days straight and no, no resolution. The head of the dealership said clearly a lemon! I wouldn't go back there EVER.

In late January of 2019 I drove from NY to to Coleman Cadillac(2hrs) in the rain to see I Esclade I talked about(phone) with Geoff earlier. I met him and he was very nice and knowledgeable about his trade and we did a test drive. We talked about incentives and nothing was offered. Than the manager Chris walked in and the whole ambience changed. Harassed me why I didn’t buy elsewhere and that my best offer was a joke etc. I made a final offer of 60$k still didn’t try to work with me. Anyway it worked out because I got a better Escalade with 5k less miles for same price from North Bay Cadillac in NY!😁 No people skills in management at Coleman’s. I see the vehicle is now reduced to the price I offered- karma.

I brought our Cadillac Ct-6 in.An Appoit was made by a salesperson we were going to buy new cars from.Since the way Steven acted and treated us we will not spend over $120 grand on two Cadillacs.From the second I walked in my apoiuwas at 2pm and he had the wrong time.The lady who made the appointment confirmed to him he had the wrong time Down.It to 40 minutes to write up because all he did was complain about Customers, Managemet wanting favors and salespeople bothering him with questions about installations of extras.You can tell he did not want to be there.He was rude, nasty and arrogant but I did take his advice.He said take this list to a Lemon lawyer because his service guys are not going to check all these issues, so don't bother leaving it.I said I am leaving the car.The next day we were called at 2pm when the car was dropped off at 3 pm the day before.They wrote Gms legal departments operating as designed and no issue found even though we can confirm the issues, codes in system so bottom, line he's ruse, he lies and doesn't want to be there so, leave and let someone who will care have the job.See they don't make commissions on warranty repairs that's why service advisors give attitudes for warranty issues.Very sad.

Holman was called to come because ct6 nightmare was dead again.Troy from Holman roadside was out the week before ,rude nasty didn't check anything,had to demand he jump start it.Had he replaced the bad batter Armenian Cadillac came out and found along with other major issues no call would be needed.Troy refused to come out.I have this on tape that Holman refused to honor Cadillacsales Roads program.Great business practices after buying multiple cars there and other Holman places.Sad don't go to this place.
