Perhaps I am accustomed to the service provided by Lexus, because the service I received at Ciocca Ford of Lawrenceville was disappointing. I clearly expressed my need for a detail and was told I would be contacted by a service representative to confirm my services and warranty coverage. They did not contact me. It wasn't until I had traveled an hour that I was informed detailing was not covered and would cost $550. Consequently, I arrived and left with a dirty car. More importantly, I would not have traveled an hour for minor warranty work. No courtesy wash, no vacuuming, nothing! Furthermore, the loaner car I received was dirty. There was a lack of customer service. My car was not charged when I picked it up, even though they knew I had about an hour's drive to and from this location (the closest to my home). In fact, an employee's car was charging on the charger instead of a customer's. I had to unplug that car to try to charge mine. I gave up and drove to a Chevy dealership and used their fast charger. Voicemails I left were not returned. My most recent voicemail regarding a part that was not replaced has still not been answered. Perhaps I received subpar service because it was a warranty visit. Is it possible that because I wasn't paying for the service, I received no service? My nex service appointment will be at Ciocca of Flemington. My next car will not be a Ford. I am going back to Lexus.

Best car buying experience I have had and its not even close! First put an inquiry in late on a Saturday night after seriously thinking about a new Bronco. To my surprise received a very nice and attentive email on a Sunday (which I was not expecting since all dealers are closed on a Sunday) from Vinny. Great first impression! I asked him if I could just deal with a manager since I have had bad experiences over the years wanted to get right to the point! Steve called me first thing Monday morning and was super professional, attentive, no xx, no games!! Even with Ford's employee pricing some dealers still played games or would not give me what I asking for! I came in next day met with Steve he passed me over to John to show me the truck and finalize everything. Super knowledgable which again breath of fresh air! I have bought many many vehicles in my life and alot of them were luxury cars, only once can I remember the professionalism, courtesy, and seamless process! Keep it up will be back when my wife's Bmw is up!

Once the vehicle comes in, everything is ready for you and you head home. I would never go to another Ford Dealership. Fran Adellizi, Geoff Heap and Albert T are the best to deal with. If your looking for a new vehicle head right over there. I have purchased all of my Ford and Lincoln vehicles at Kindle Ford and they are family!

this is absolutely the most expensive and either incompetent or totally rip-off places my friend has been to. He's spent 13k on his two cars there in the last few months (on nothing major - no transmission or motor or ANYthing like that. Jeannette will take care of you nicely lol. TWICE, after charing a couple of thousand, the car didn't work and they had to "do something else" - one time with an added charge. 2800 dollars for a fuel pump - and he got it back and the car didn't work 2 days later...she said the part wasn't available so they tried to do it without the part. lol...This is a dealership? It's embarrassing!!!. And it's continuous

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.

was willing to buy a new vehicle off the lot but was told the advertised price was wrong and they couldn't sell it for that. they refused to honor the internet price even though it was their error. ill order it from flemington ford, they dont play games and there is a reason they are #1.

Ed Ryan and his team did a great job replacing the motor in my 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. Work was done in a timely matter along with frequent updates on the status of work being completed. The service team also took detailed pictures of the old damaged motor during tear down. Ed was even able to negotiate with ford corporate to help assist me financially with the repairs being done. The truck was fully detailed and ready for pickup. One year before this, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from bayshore in Pennsville and both times it was a good experience and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
