I can't say enough about this dealership. When I first went there to order a new 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve I dealt with Cal Hargrove. He wouldn't accept my order until I saw the car in the color that I wanted, Grey Matter. Then the same until I saw the interior color Hot Chocolate. Then Cal proceeded to take my order. It was a complete pleasure working with Cal who kept me informed as to the delivery of the car througout the building and shipping stages. I had previously went to a dealership much closer to my home and walked out! Yesterday I picked up my "baby" and it was more beautiful than I even imagined. Cal was with me one and a half hours, setting up the features of the car, connecting my phone, garage door opener, apps. etc. Cal was not only my salesman, I truly consider him my friend. I have purchased many high end cars over the years, BMW, Audi, Cadillac and never before had this kind of experience. And Steve who handled my credit was also great. Thank you Cal and team Schultz for making this a memorable purchase.

Took my truck in for a check engine light. After dealing with a different dealership twice and having them throw all kinds of parts at it the mechanic at Bob Johnsons trouble shot the problem the first time and fixed it. The people were very nice and friendly to deal with.

I have always been told to stay away from taking your car to the dealer because they would charge you way too much for everything that they did. I have found that to be not quite the case here at sunshine Ford. They have always done a good job and been quite thorough. I do think that their labor charge that they have posted is quite ridiculous! Who can make over $200 an hour on a pretty common job. I do think that that is a bit disgraceful. But I enjoy the people that work there. They’re always very kind and very helpful.

Terrific experience at Davidson Ford in Watertown. Erin, Brett and Jerrod were all terrific. Davidson Ford had the vehicle I wanted on the lot. The deal was very, very good and more than fair. When the vehicle was handed over to me it was spotless and had a full tank of gas. Erin was very quick to get me the answers to a couple of questions I had and didn't push to give me that "vehicle tour" that you get when purchasing a new car or truck. It's not my first rodeo. Overall a terrific experience and I will definitely do business with Davidson Ford again.

After the sale they gave me temporary plates for 30 days. Sale went through ok. Problems starts after. Now that they’re not making any money they don’t care about the customer. So it took them 40 days after the sale to register my vehicle. That means that I could not drive my vehicle from day 30 to day 40 I had to call them several times to get this problem fixed. At one point they hid and didn’t pick my texts or my phones acting like stupid kids. Ridiculous! Be aware, if they owe you something after the sale you will need to do it yourself because they don’t care and there’s no money incentive for them.

Worst service experience I’ve ever had. The maintenance prices are ridiculously expensive even after paying for a warranty, which honestly feels pointless at this point. What made the experience even worse was the assistant manager, José Colon. Instead of trying to help or find a solution, his attitude was basically “it is what it is, if you don’t like it don’t come back.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I genuinely cannot understand how someone with that attitude is in a management position. Customer service should be about helping people, not dismissing them when there’s an issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have had my vehicle serviced there for about the last 2 years. For the last 6 months I developed a very slow leak of oil in the driveway. I reported it three times and each time nothing was found. Finally I decided to crawl underneath and take a look myself. In about 15 seconds I found the rear PTU leaking. How it was never spotted was beyond me. I had also complained a couple times of a rattle underneath the driver's side. Each time nothing was found. While looking for the oil leak I found one of the splash shields was missing a clip and was not secure. Once I told them where the oil leak was they confirmed it and ordered parts. What I didn't realize is they don't have loaners. Although the vehicle is under warranty I am responsible for the rental which does not reimburse the full amount. They do not have loaners though they will likely need the car for more than a day. Not sure who they have looking at these cars but I'm never coming back.

I have been coming to this dealership for years. Brought my 2022 Explorer in for a headlight out. It was under warranty at the time. They couldn't fix it. The light came back on and was working fine. I drove on a bumpy road (welcome to the Catskills) and it went out again. Brought it back. No longer under warranty but the clerk said no worries, since we've been dealing with while it was under warranty we'll honor that. They did not. They replaced the headlight. They literally took an assembly off a used car and replaced my headlight with it. Big shock it worked for a week and then went out again. So now I have a damaged headlight in my car and they will not replace it. It's not under warranty because the "stress fractures" are on the outside. Meanwhile the assembly they took out of my car was pristine. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP!

Kyle was very professional and upfront...no gimmicks...no xx! He treated me with respect and I appreciated the fact that he genuinely an honest person...rare qualities for a car salesman these days!
