One concern: when I made appointment I mentioned a lingering smell after finding g a dead mouse. It was indicated that the cabin filter may need changing which I said ok. At service appointment 3 weeks later, They had to order a cabin filter. So they put the one they found with mouse poop back in. Had to wait another few days & cone back I. To have it changed. Should have had 1 in stock rather than have to order & have me come back after telling them about the problem. Otherwise, have always had a good experience with servicing cars.

Fantastic group of people. Simply amazing. They ordered a custom built truck and it arrived exactly on time. They kept me in the loop on a TD manufacturing progress. Out salesman, Phil, stayed in contact with us the whole time. He prepared all paperwork to finance it when we only decided on Ford financing a day before the truck was arriving and they registered it accurately based on a custom cap receipt made especially for the truck given us the VIN # the moment it was available. My husband and I had an absolutely incredible car buying experience with Otis Ford. Thank you to Jeff Plitt, Lou Caponi, Jeff Winter and Carl Vail for their professionalism, kindness and truly above and beyond service. We had been incredibly anxious about purchasing a vehicle, weighed down by the stereotypes of fast talking high pressure car sales, and entered this experience with a ton of apprehension. Our experience at Otis Ford was the opposite of all the bad things we had read about purchasing a vehicle. All the staff we dealt with were patient, put zero pressure on us, were quick to answer our questions and address our concerns. Due to our own schedule and things that came up on our end, we had to change the (already agreed upon) delivery plans with Otis at the last minute and they accommodated those changes with grace and not a single iota of frustration or hesitation. We had traveled quite a way to come to Otis, but it was worth every mile of travel and we will definitely come back when we purchase our next vehicle. We can't imagine going anywhere else. We've had our car a few days now, and are so pleased. We got an incredibly fair price on the car, it was in absolutely excellent condition and it's been a dream to drive. If you are looking for a hassle free car buying experience, Otis Ford should be your first stop, and it will probably also be your last. From start to finish, everything about buying a car here was awesome.

Initially me review of Levittown Ford was going to be different then the review I am leaving now. That is all due to the General Manager Bill Ballan. My niece brought her car in for some mechanical issues. After receiving some miscommunication from the Service Dept. she became upset which lead me to do a quick google search. With each review I saw Bill respond so I decided to call him. Even on the holiday weekend he responded very quickly and with open ears. He was extremely friendly and professional and willing to help. He promised a return call by 12:15 and I recieved the call at 11:45. He worked with the service department and the car was done by 4:30 p.m. not the weeks she was told it would take. I would recommend Levittown Ford to anyone and anyone that has any issues should reach out to Bill. I have no doubt he would step in immediately and make sure you are taking care of. Thank you Bill. Everything related to this car delivery was first-rate and I appreciate every accommodation that was made. There was none of the high pressure sales one usually finds. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. This was a very nice experience returning from a 9 year hiatus from Lincoln. One suggestion might be to upgrade the internet connection when pairing the telephone with the vehicle, it was very slow.

Aweful! Don't Buy Their Dealership Warranty!! - You Know Who I Am
DON"T buy into a dealership warranty at M&M. I took my car that was bought there new several times to be fixed and they were unable to resolve the issues. They were also unable to provide me a loaner car while they worked on my car even though a loaner car was part of the dealership warranty. They charged me multiple deductibles for the same issues that they were unable to fix during the prior visits. If you are the person that likes over priced cars that don't work properly and useless warranties than this is your car dealership.

Went to sheppards to see about warranty basically told me go pound salt take it back to Buffalo. Went to Van Bortel ford in East Rochester , they said no problem took pictures and within 3 hours had ford approval and ordered the parts. also in 2014 we had a toyota rav4 and was looking at the new designed escape wanting to test drive one. The salseman said "Unless your gonna buy one today I dont have time" We since have bought 2 escapes from Van Bortel Ford
