I bought my 2022 F250 in for the Bed Camera not working intermittently. I met with Mike (Service Manager) My fault I was going to leave it there for the day. I then decided I would wait for them to diagnose the problem. I put Mike in a tight spot to do this. Mike is a very big advocate for Customer Service and had to take care of people ahead of me. Hey strategically worked things around to keep everybody happy. Not only did his team diagnose the problem but fixed for me so I didn’t have to go back. Anybody can and do one thing at a time, and he could held me off. He didn’t he did it all !! That’s what I call a manager that solves problems. Now that Outstanding Service !!! Romeo don’t loose this guy! He has the toughest job at the dealership. As we all know 99% of the time we have issues and need service Mike is who deals with this.

It’s always a great experience when I have to bring my car here for service or just maintenance. It’s a clean shop and the staff are so very kind and caring. Michael Trevett the Service Advisor really takes his time to explain everything and he truly cares. My car needed a pretty expensive part but they all made sure I would get well taken care off. I appreciate that. Kelly Quinn in customer care fillies ui with me right away to make fire everything went well. She was very caring as well. Great place to have good service and good customer service. I plan on continuing to bring my vehicle here for a long time!

Had a problem with TOYOTA HQ in regards to reimbursement for repairs that was done to my car prior to official recall. I felt like grinding a brick wall dealing with those people until I contacted Besa. Shortly after, James got back to me offering assistance. Within a few weeks the issue was resolved and I got what they owed me. Cudos James and Besa! The best service reps I've ever dealt with, period!

The dealership is beautifully newly renovated. The waiting room was very comfortable and clean and even has free Starbucks coffee! Their service department is excellent. Marc went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. My car was done with service quickly and was even detailed it for me!! I will definitely be back to Bay Ridge Subaru!

My visit to Bayside VW Service Center on December 19th went very smoothly from the start to the finish. Service Advisor Giuseppe Coppola was very courteous and helpful. He texted and called to keep me up to date, they sent video to share information about the process, provided car service to take me home after I left my car in the Service Center and the next day again to get me to the Service Center when my car was ready. Being loyal to Volkswagen for more than 40 years made my experience even more enjoyable.

I just want to say 10 stars...10 stars.... 10 stars...period! I had a situation with my car in which been to a shop, and another gmc dealership. I was told the wrong diagnostic from this previous gmc buick dealership to fix a brake pedal issue. I called up to buick gmc in greece and spoke to service manager Greg. He was so Wonderful. He was understanding of my situation and was really willing to help me as much as he can to resolve my issue with my car. He then link me with service advisor Joe Coon. Joe was also so wonderful. Joe was also understanding and felt confident that he would resolve my issue. He kept me updated every step of the way while my car was being worked on. He had one of his senior high quality techs to work on my car. I wish i knew his name because he did a great job on my car also.My car was fixed correctly with the correct diagnostic. This dealership took action when I called and I appreciate that so much. This dealership will be the ONLY dealership I'll be taking my car to. Accident Repairs - JQuadd

Got into a minor fender bender and had SUV towed into Patrick's body shop. They gave me a written estimate and contacted my insurance company about the cost. The repairs were scheduled to take at least a month as parts had to be ordered and the frame needed to be repaired also. Mark and Emily in the body shop kept me informed of their progress at least twice a week by text message and personal phone calls, The repairs were finished a week earlier then promised and a great job was done
