NO communication or follow up from Joe; Sales, Terry; Sales Manager, Brandon ; Finance or Bob the GM. More than 20 days have lapsed since I made the Yark team aware in writing and verbally that I was canceling the intent to purchase a 2025 Crown Signia AND repeatedly requested the $1000 deposit refund. I have written communication that the deposit was fully refundable (minus the 3% CC fee) yet have had every follow up message ignored. Thankfully after sending emails to Terry Barnes and Bob Piehl yesterday requesting a phone call, a Yark representative Ginger Morgan has sent several text messages that "our team is currently reviewing your refund request and all related communications. We are looking into this and will get back with you with the necessary details" Buyer beware - the staff was very communicative in trying to close the sale but has not responded to one email, text or phone call to resolve the outstanding refund. If a team of 4+ can blatantly dismiss my repeat refund request, I cannot fathom the disregard a customer with sales or service issues may experience.

We used Terry Hendricks Ford because they were close to our home and we like a great relationship close bye to for any issues. We were dissatisfied with the no family experience. The other vehicles we purchased seemed to have a dealership that wanted our future participation. Terry Hendricks only wanted a sale. In fact they knew very little about the vehicle we bought and provided inaccurate information. Shame on US for using Terry Hendricks. Look at their comment history! It only shows a few last sales. I will never use Terry Hendricks Ford in the future or recommend them.

Rex did an excellent job of taking care of us during the purchase. We never felt pressured or pushed during the entire process and left feeling that we received a fair deal on our new car. I would advise you to not take your car there for repairs! I took my Dodge Caravan there for simple repairs. Shocks and Struts And they butchered the job. First they left 13mm Blue point wrench laying on my battery to short positive to negative. They put it back together with the strut bushings hanging out. Now it makes noises like front suspension going to fall out. so they either don't trust their mechanical ability to test drive it when they finish a job. Or they test drove it and said oh well who cares ship it. Took it back and they said you said shocks and struts are bad so we just replaced those not the broken strut bushings. I left it with them for 6 weeks and it's still not fixed. They never touched it. When I would call about vehicle they would say parts will be in a week that week would come and go another week for parts. They said vehicle was so old it was hard to get the parts. It is a 2013 but part interchange up to 2019. Their location in Chillicothe said they could have the parts for me in two days. I wouldn't trust them to fix a bicycle now. I was ASC certified mechanic for 15 years. I've only seen repairs like that when someone had a crackhead fix their car. BEWARE!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience at Cochran Chevrolet's service department was a masterclass in how not to run a business. It started with my service rep, Jerry, who, after a few days, told me my car needed significant repairs, including a new thermostat and potentially a broken valve spring. Throughout the initial back-and-forth text updates, I repeatedly confirmed they would work with my Car Shield warranty. After about a week, the story took a sharp turn when I reached out for an update and was answered by the service manager, Angela Rupert. She informed me that Jerry was on vacation and that, actually, my car just had some carbon buildup. Then came the kicker: she claimed they didn't accept Car Shield, a fact that was conveniently ignored the entire time my car was there. Fed up with the conflicting stories, I told her to stop all work and that I would pay for the diagnostic labor and take my car. When I arrived, Angela Rupert proved to be one of the nastiest, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. My car was sitting outside, yet she refused to give me my keys because I was "visibly upset." She never once offered an apology for the contradictory information. Instead, she became incredibly defensive, claiming I was disparaging "her" business and condescendingly suggesting I must have misunderstood the situation. As someone who has built a 34-year career in business-to-business financial sales—where listening and understanding are critical—this was particularly insulting. In a bizarre attempt to silence me, she said she would charge me nothing so I couldn't complain to the BBB or the Attorney General. After a heated exchange where she falsely claimed my car wasn't ready (I was literally looking at it), I finally got my keys and left. The final insult? I drove up the street, turned my car off, and it wouldn't start again. My battery, which was only two weeks old, was completely dead. They had to jump it just to move it and never said a word. This dealership's service department is a circus of incompetence and deception. Jerry and Angela Rupert are a disservice to the Cochran name. I will be sharing this story far and wide and have already filed complaints. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Today my elderly mother took her 2020 Ford Escape in for factory service. She was treated poorly by one of two service personnel and he was very inattentive to her needs or concerns with the vehicle. After a short time period, she was advised her vehicle service was completed but found no reason for the service display wrench icon, speculating that her oil simply needed changed. This vehicle was purchased new from Waikem Ford & has less than 17,000 miles. She was charged $90 for an oil change & tire rotation. The service rep also failed to deduct a $10 service coupon she presented prior to the vehicle being serviced, promising to make it up to her "next time." After speaking with her today, I can assure the Diehl management team both in Massillon & Butler PA she nor any other member of our family will patronize any of your dealerships again for service or sales. We have long supported the Waikem family of dealerships having lived in the Massillon area for over 55 years. My wife & I personally have purchased over 12 new & used cars from Waikem over the decades but no longer. Perhaps Corinna Diehl needs more stringent oversight of the Massillon operations to ensure the total lack of concern to customers is remedied but any corrective action will be too late for us.

Mazda of Wooster deserves the highest five star rating for its outstanding service. Mel Jacobs, Logan, and the others in the Service Department set the standards for excellence! Twice during the past two years they have provided top level service when I have experienced breakdowns while visiting family in Wooster. Though my car had not been purchased there, they quickly assessed the needs, developed a plan for repairs, ordered parts, and then completed the repairs in a timely manner. Though the repairs were extensive, they did not exceed the estimate. Every attention was given to careful test driving before the car was returned to me, ready for a 700 mile trip home. Mel and the entire team were helpful, caring, and dedicated to doing an outstanding job. They were excellent at communicating about the repair process, and they even got the car roadworthy so that I could make the return trip ahead of a predicted tornado! I give them the highest possible recommendation! If I did not live in a different part of the country, I would choose them to service my car regularly.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I Purchased a vehicle from Tom the sales manager. Im in Virginia. When the truck arrived I noticed the engine light came on so I took it to my dealer they told me it needed almost 11k in repairs. I took out the best warranty the offered. the warranty company would not cover the repairs because they said it was pre existing. I called Tom and he kept putting it off by telling me he would look into it. So I picked my truck up from the dealership then the brakes were grinding like crazy so I took it to another garage that cost me $2100 to fix. I called Tom back to tell him just to find out he was no longer there. I then spoke to Bill who refuses to call me back. I even told them I was going to ship the truck back to them. They said that would be considered a voluntary repo which would hurt my credit. Bill said if I wanted to take a loss on the truck I could trade it in. This was my first time buying a truck online and it will be my last.

RUN!! Read the bad reviews first! Read their BBB complaints and Attorney general reports. They will cover up anything they can on their vehicles, management is nasty and corrupt, and they will do anything for a quick buck. They seem to buy bad cars, hide the issues, then sell them before those issues become visible again. Dozens of people have reported the exact same thing over the past 3 or 4 years. And those are just the ones reporting it. These guys are so shady. They tried to sell us a warranty that we found out would have immediately been void if we bought it, and they knew it the whole time. For the record, all of their salespeople and service staff are fine people. It’s just management that’s downright dirty. And they will fight you for every penny. They do NOT care about you at all. Do NOT sign a single document. Do NOT let them run your credit. Do NOT give them your information. And no matter what you do, don’t buy a vehicle from them.
