We recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Ascent and from the moment we drove into the lot, we had zero pressure, all our questions answered, never felt rushed. Ben was our salesman and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Since we never buy on impulse, we said we needed to think about it, and Ben totally understood and seemed genuinely happy to have helped us. The next day we worked with Nick, and I must say we had fun buying the car. We came into Capitol Subaru after just purchasing a used truck 2 weeks before from another dealer. The truck was horrible and kept breaking down on us and we hadn't even made a payment yet, the other dealer would not help us at all, we were stuck with it. We didn't know what options we would have, if any, when we got to Capitol. That's when we met John Mendrin and we told him our situation and he thought they would be able to do something for us. It turned to be a very long day but John made it fun and comfortable for us and it was very low pressure. At the end of the day Capitol was able to get us out of our loan on the truck and get us in to a brand new Forester! I was so pleased with the help we got at Carr Subaru. Melinda was our sales rep from beginning to end, and she did a phenomenal job. She worked with me to find the perfect car for me. She was able to trade the car i wanted from another dealership and matched the price for us. She’s been in touch with me, replying to all my texts right away with any questions i had. She was also so personable, which is something we appriciated. I would keep her around!

Took our car in for its 70,000 mile service, and it came back with the key fob not able to unlock the car. Also, it gave us an SD card eject notice, saying to properly eject, or it could be damaged. They didn't replace the worn bushings we asked them to take care of (though they didn't charge us). They stated they couldn't here a noise, and it instantly creaked when turning left out of the parking spot. When we asked them about the non-working key fob, they suggested it was due to a failed module that was bad before we brought it in due to a TPMS light (and charged us $400 to replace). There are places with good, even exceptional customer service. This is not one of those places, and if we buy another Subaru, it won't be from here. They've also lost future income generated from us servicing our car there. I'll update if I hear anything back from corporate. Ultimately, our car was returned in better condition theoretically than when we dropped it off. Suba Guru has given us more expensive quotes, but we'll give them a chance if it means we get better service.

We, a senior couple, shopped Wentworth because it’s Our “local” Subaru dealer and because of positive buying and service experiences by a number of family members encompassing 3 generations. We walked in with our feature- and model-list already largely decided through Internet research. Salesman Leo Miro sat us down and cross-referenced what we wanted with what was available. Mr. Miro was pleasant, easy going and not pushy and we easily agreed on a car. A couple of rounds of price negotiations with Mr. Miro and the unseen sales manager, were easy and it didn’t take long to settle squarely within Kelly Blue Book’s “fair purchase price.” (Although there likely was room for a couple of thousand more, we were comfortable so chose to stop at this point.). Even our 15 minutes with F and I, which in the past we have found to be the most difficult part of the process because of traditional up-selling and add-ons, was not, in this case. Based on our experience, we will highly recommend Wentworth and sales person Leo Miro to friends and family who are considering a Subaru.

We were traveling and our headlight was out. They got us right in that day, greeted us at our car, and found out the headlight was just a loose connection. They did 3 other bulbs that were out and replaced them. We were treated fairly and quickly, less than an hour. Thanks Mike K.

I had the opportunity to visit the service department here on 9/1/18. However I didn't get my vehicle serviced here as I was passing through pulling a trailer and broke down and only 391 miles from my home dealer.
I had the pleasure to deal with Lori Lupo the only service advisor working on a Saturday. I had a charge air cooler tube blow off. I asked if she could check to see if its covered under warranty. I was told that she didn't know how to do that and the guy that does all the warranty work isn't there till Monday. I walked her through the process of looking it up through Ford Oasis. Which it was covered under warranty. Then was told that they couldn't take a look at it until 9/14/18. I even asked if someone could come out and just take a look at it to help band aid it so I can get to my destination. I completely understand that it's hard to take in walk ins and especially on the weekend. However taking a couple of minutes out of the day to have a technician come and take a quick look isn't too much to ask. Needless to say I had to band aid it in their parking lot. On a good note I did make it to my destination later that day.
