The problem we had with the car was resolved very quickly. While we waited they provided a shuttle to take us to a restaurant so we could have breakfast.

I had the opportunity to visit the service department here on 9/1/18. However I didn't get my vehicle serviced here as I was passing through pulling a trailer and broke down and only 391 miles from my home dealer.
I had the pleasure to deal with Lori Lupo the only service advisor working on a Saturday. I had a charge air cooler tube blow off. I asked if she could check to see if its covered under warranty. I was told that she didn't know how to do that and the guy that does all the warranty work isn't there till Monday. I walked her through the process of looking it up through Ford Oasis. Which it was covered under warranty. Then was told that they couldn't take a look at it until 9/14/18. I even asked if someone could come out and just take a look at it to help band aid it so I can get to my destination. I completely understand that it's hard to take in walk ins and especially on the weekend. However taking a couple of minutes out of the day to have a technician come and take a quick look isn't too much to ask. Needless to say I had to band aid it in their parking lot. On a good note I did make it to my destination later that day.

Hands down our best car buying experience that we have ever had. Branden in sales was up front with us and honest. No playing hard ball or car salesmen tactics. Just a super nice guy. David in finance was also easy to deal with. We are glad we made the choice to visit here. I would recommend to give them a shot and ask for Branden.

I went into this process all backwards! I got my loan first then went to find a car. They worked with me and never till the signing needed me physically there. We find the car we were interested in. I sent over an offer to the company and they countered an offer and we then from there we got the ball rolling. I sent an offer over Friday (at closing), counter offer sent to us Early Saturday, picked up car Sunday. There were maybe 6 phone calls made between us in those 3 days. This was so smooth and I would do it again this way and if I need another car they will have my business!

Dont recommend going to this dealership for any service. I've had one oil change that was done incorrectly and had to go back a few weeks later to have the oil topped off due to low oil level. I've found various broken pieces of plastic around the air filter box and intake along with oil caps left in the engine bay. Then to top it all off I had a wheel bearing replaced a few months after I bought my used vehicle from them and I'm am now having the same bearing replaced 14 months later when all of the factory bearings on the other wheels are just fine and now they are refusing to warranty the part unless I drive it ( with an unsafe wheel bearing that has caused brake pressure issues while turning sharp left ) from the other dealer to theirs so they can work something out with me. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to have your car in the shop most of its life.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences with a car dealership.Service department will not answer the phone or return calls, and I mean not at all. Took my car in for air conditioner service,had appointment for 10:15 and said they would call when it was done, guess what no call I finally called them at 2:00 surprise no answer did not return my call. So I go to get my car and it is not done, I was informed it needed a part that was not originally quoted, but you guessed it no one called me to get authorization for the new quote. Will never use Klamath Subaru again.

We were in and out within 1 1/2 hours with everything with our new car. Robert Hills was our Sales Rep and he handled us with the upmost respect and friendliness. Everyone there made everything very seamless and transparent for an easy deal.

We went to Tonkin and, from the recommendation of a friend, asked to see Evodio Quiroz (aka Junior). He is an excellent salesman & a very pleasant person to work with. He was very responsive to all of our questions even when he was on his day off. That's the type of service that makes customers become loyal.

When I purchased my new car, I was upsold a Resistall clean car service contract, good over 5 years.
The pitch was that as a foster parent of 3 kids who might spill on the fabric, it would be a great investment. Resistall has gone out of business. I have gone in personally, as requested. I was told someone would call me back. I have called, gone online and still NO ONE is communicating with me. Today, the service dept. line rang 10 times before going into voice mail.
My car is in the service center being cared for. I was given a ride home and they will collect me when the car is ready. It took awhile, but they made good their promise. Thank you Wentworth for now being "Worthwhile!"
The rest of the story: I collected my car today, 2/21, and can see no change of a cleaner interior. Since my car has 4 years of use... I give up. Maybe they tried or just "shined me on."
