On Nov. 9th I went to Wilsonville Subaru to ask a few questions about the newer Outbacks (I was driving a 2006 Outback that I had had for 10 years). James Grant answered my questions and showed me the differences between the model years. He spent a goodly amount of time with me knowing full well I was not buying a car that day.
I returned on Saturday, Nov. 11th to buy the 2017 Outback that I had test drove even though James and I hadn't made an appointment for that day. He stayed well past the end of his regular shift to take care of me and sale of this vehicle.
On the following Wed. I returned to drop off my new Outback to have the EPP applied and a new trailer hitch installed. Sean Sanders was the service guy who took good care of me and my car. He ensured I had a loaner and was good with answering my questions. Sean called my earlier than expected the next day to tell me my car was ready. It was good to have my car back!

Prior to this I have avoided dealer service centers because of poor service and high prices. They usually try to "sell" service which is not needed making it sound like an emergency.
My experience with Brian's service department has been great! They have been totally professional and truly care about their job and their customers. Excellent experience and even worth the 60 mile drive for professional service!

I bought a new Forester today and it was the smoothest car purchase I ever made. The salesperson(Josh Hearn) brought the car to my house to test drive. We agreed on a price and went to the dealership. What a pleasant surprise. No haggling. No bringing the manager in. We kept thinking this can't be that easy. It was. I will definitely recommend Carr Subaru to anyone looking for a pleasant buying experience.

I bought my 2016 fusion from a very knowledgeable salesman. He wasn't pushy and the sales manager worked with me to get me in to my car. A few months later I came in for a tire rotation and balance of my tires. Shortly after this service I noticed a bouncing in my rear tires and a noise that was getting louder and louder. I made a appointment for it to be checked out and they found that the alignment was off, the tires were out of balance, and these new tires were nearly warn out on the inside. This alignment and balancing issue should have been noticed during the rotation. They put new tires on and alignment, as well as gave me a rental so I could get my son to school. This was such an amazing example of customer service and made me a customer for life. I will refer them to everyone. Thank you so much gentry Ford!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The following day the oil and tire pressure light went on. I had it checked by an independent service station who told me the oil was dirty and all the tires were off. Perhaps they just charge without performing services. Upon informing them, I was told "Sorry, we'll have to check on our quality control".

I bought my Subaru Outback at this location. Car was leaking oil Took it in. The valve work they did was done wrong. Had to take it in another day because the tech who originally did the work had to fix it. Then they wanted to change the oil - which I had been told last trip it was already change recently. Another trip because the same tech, again, had to change the oil. Then after the oil change, on the way home, the check engine light went on. Now I am looking at thousands in repairs. I am ready to jump ship. Don;t go here. Save your self from the frustration.

They treated me like i was an idiot. Do not use there service depatment. They are arrogant people working there. I regret buying a car from them and will never buy a car from them again.
