Wasn’t going to buy a new car ..... - New Subaru
Per my review title I was just going to stop by and get a brochure and peak inside the car I was interested in, a few hours later I was driving home on my new car! I say this in a very positive way , Chris was low pressure, helpful and friendly. He told me exactly how things worked there and I jokingly said , “ buying my last car was super easy”, he replied by saying “let’s make this transaction even easier” and he was right! Would highly recommend him and this dealership!

We came into Capitol Subaru after just purchasing a used truck 2 weeks before from another dealer. The truck was horrible and kept breaking down on us and we hadn't even made a payment yet, the other dealer would not help us at all, we were stuck with it. We didn't know what options we would have, if any, when we got to Capitol. That's when we met John Mendrin and we told him our situation and he thought they would be able to do something for us. It turned to be a very long day but John made it fun and comfortable for us and it was very low pressure. At the end of the day Capitol was able to get us out of our loan on the truck and get us in to a brand new Forester! We would like to thank everybody who worked hard on our behalf, especially John who stuck with us literally the whole day and has the patients of a saint! Thank you!

I bought my 2016 fusion from a very knowledgeable salesman. He wasn't pushy and the sales manager worked with me to get me in to my car. A few months later I came in for a tire rotation and balance of my tires. Shortly after this service I noticed a bouncing in my rear tires and a noise that was getting louder and louder. I made a appointment for it to be checked out and they found that the alignment was off, the tires were out of balance, and these new tires were nearly warn out on the inside. This alignment and balancing issue should have been noticed during the rotation. They put new tires on and alignment, as well as gave me a rental so I could get my son to school. This was such an amazing example of customer service and made me a customer for life. I will refer them to everyone. Thank you so much gentry Ford!

I came in for an oil change. Chip, the service writer was great, and the service was fast and efficient. He let me know what my car needed in addition to the oil change, but did not make me feel pressured to do it at that moment. i will be returning after a trip to have the additional work done and will hopefully have Chip as my service writer!

Through web searches for a new Outback Limited with Eyesight and navigation in twilight blue with gray interior, I found a great price at Wentworth, No closer dealer would match or beat it. I called, went up to Portland from Corvallis with a friend, and worked with Joseph Corso to purchase the car. Joseph was kind, patient and helpful, never making me feel like a "dumb broad" because the technology is a challenge for me. We were starving, so Joe walked us to a local restaurant and then waited for us at Wentworth to be sure we started back home prepared. He has followed up with calls and emails to be sure things are going well with my new Subi. It was worth the trip! I would definitely recommend Wentworth and Joseph Corso!

We were traveling and our headlight was out. They got us right in that day, greeted us at our car, and found out the headlight was just a loose connection. They did 3 other bulbs that were out and replaced them. We were treated fairly and quickly, less than an hour. Thanks Mike K.
