I went in last night looking to get a new car. This was the easiest time I ever had looking for a car. I saw a car online I wanted to look at and the sales agent Jarrod made everything go smoothly. They offered me a fair trade for my vehicle where other dealers tried to offer me way less. The car I got which was an outback was priced great and a good deal. It was really nice to not have to be on guard when trying to buy so I dont look like I really wanted it and they would try to jack up the price like other dealers would. I was offered some amazing extra warranties that I was happy to pay for (just the the warranty you wont like if you need it and dont have it) I really enjoyed that they offer a 3 year pilot change package when you buy the car! One less thing to worry about! Based on how we were treated last night buying our car we would definatly go back there for another vehicle perchase.

It took a few minutes to get things started as the person I was supposed to meet with didnt come in and Tim stepped up and made the whole transaction go smoothly. We came into Capitol Subaru after just purchasing a used truck 2 weeks before from another dealer. The truck was horrible and kept breaking down on us and we hadn't even made a payment yet, the other dealer would not help us at all, we were stuck with it. We didn't know what options we would have, if any, when we got to Capitol. That's when we met John Mendrin and we told him our situation and he thought they would be able to do something for us. It turned to be a very long day but John made it fun and comfortable for us and it was very low pressure. At the end of the day Capitol was able to get us out of our loan on the truck and get us in to a brand new Forester! We would like to thank everybody who worked hard on our behalf, especially John who stuck with us literally the whole day and has the patients of a saint! Thank you!

Outstanding Service Department - briang
I have been bringing my 2017 Crosstrek to CARR Service since it was new and every visit has been sensational. My first visit was to crack the code on a noise and Scott Clark gave I don't know how many kind and patient hours of his time to solve it and he finally did and made it good as new. Today I brought it in for regular maintenance and Eric Gonzales was terrific. Got me in and out, super communications, and just top notch service. They shuttled me to and from my work and the shuttle driver was a great fellow and fun to talk with. I highly recommend this outfit to purchase or service your vehicle. -Brian G. I came in for an oil change. Chip, the service writer was great, and the service was fast and efficient. He let me know what my car needed in addition to the oil change, but did not make me feel pressured to do it at that moment. i will be returning after a trip to have the additional work done and will hopefully have Chip as my service writer!

Bought my car from Kendall Subaru in Eugene and moved to Portland afterward. I had had such a good experience with the purchase that it was worth driving to Eugene for service.
While there, no fewer than three friendly employees asked if I needed anything. Very customer-service oriented.
At my last dealership, I always had to leave my car for half a day when it needed maintenance so I was surprised when told by Dylan that it would only take 30-45 minutes. Super efficient!

We, a senior couple, shopped Wentworth because it’s Our “local” Subaru dealer and because of positive buying and service experiences by a number of family members encompassing 3 generations. We walked in with our feature- and model-list already largely decided through Internet research. Salesman Leo Miro sat us down and cross-referenced what we wanted with what was available. Mr. Miro was pleasant, easy going and not pushy and we easily agreed on a car. A couple of rounds of price negotiations with Mr. Miro and the unseen sales manager, were easy and it didn’t take long to settle squarely within Kelly Blue Book’s “fair purchase price.” (Although there likely was room for a couple of thousand more, we were comfortable so chose to stop at this point.). Even our 15 minutes with F and I, which in the past we have found to be the most difficult part of the process because of traditional up-selling and add-ons, was not, in this case. Based on our experience, we will highly recommend Wentworth and sales person Leo Miro to friends and family who are considering a Subaru.

We were traveling and our headlight was out. They got us right in that day, greeted us at our car, and found out the headlight was just a loose connection. They did 3 other bulbs that were out and replaced them. We were treated fairly and quickly, less than an hour. Thanks Mike K.

I had the opportunity to visit the service department here on 9/1/18. However I didn't get my vehicle serviced here as I was passing through pulling a trailer and broke down and only 391 miles from my home dealer.
I had the pleasure to deal with Lori Lupo the only service advisor working on a Saturday. I had a charge air cooler tube blow off. I asked if she could check to see if its covered under warranty. I was told that she didn't know how to do that and the guy that does all the warranty work isn't there till Monday. I walked her through the process of looking it up through Ford Oasis. Which it was covered under warranty. Then was told that they couldn't take a look at it until 9/14/18. I even asked if someone could come out and just take a look at it to help band aid it so I can get to my destination. I completely understand that it's hard to take in walk ins and especially on the weekend. However taking a couple of minutes out of the day to have a technician come and take a quick look isn't too much to ask. Needless to say I had to band aid it in their parking lot. On a good note I did make it to my destination later that day.
