We worked with Flo Pineda and the process was very easy. Typically purchasing a car isn't very pleasant. Flo was very helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Wilsonville Subaru and Flo in particular.

Royal Moore sales rep Art provided good customer service. He went out of his way to find the exact car we were interested in down to every detail. He worked with us on pricing and service options. Appreciate him taking the time to get us started on learning the many things the forester touring has to offer.

Go see Nick Knutson, great guy, easy to work with, and made the process painless and smooth. This is not your average sales process and felt more like I was hanging out with a buddy who was on my side, and ultimately drove off with a new car. Highly recommend!

Just got to say what a wonderfull team they have at capital subaru. Brent venishel had made my experience a breeze, ive been looking around everywhere to find the right car in my budget. Brent had sealed the deal in under 15 minutes of trying to hunt down the right vehicle and had taken us on a car hunt adventure. I have got to say this was my first time buying at a dealer and he had made the experience as if he were looking for himself and wouldnt setttle until he had found one that made me happy! We all know the worst part is sitting down and signing our life away, well brent had described everything perfect and didnt take anyshort cuts to get me out those doors. Thank you brent venishel and the subaru team you guys are awesome!! Ps these guys will keep in touch with you after you had purchased your new ride which is a good feeling when you walk out with a new or used vehicle, knowing that they have your back is super cool!! Thanks again!!!!

I've been getting cars serviced for 50 years. These folks are as good as any place I've ever been. Thought I needed front brakes replaced and scheduled it to be done. After looking at the brakes they said I could wait another 6 months or a year. They only perform the work you need to actually have done.
Hands down our best car buying experience that we have... - amrmatty
Hands down our best car buying experience that we have ever had. Branden in sales was up front with us and honest. No playing hard ball or car salesmen tactics. Just a super nice guy. David in finance was also easy to deal with. We are glad we made the choice to visit here. I would recommend to give them a shot and ask for Branden.

BUYER BEWARE!! - subarusucks
Bought a used car, "carefully gone over, in great shape". Broke down 5 months later, needing major repairs. Their response "too bad, so sad, YOUR problem.
This is how it should be! - Taylormom25
I went into this process all backwards! I got my loan first then went to find a car. They worked with me and never till the signing needed me physically there. We find the car we were interested in. I sent over an offer to the company and they countered an offer and we then from there we got the ball rolling. I sent an offer over Friday (at closing), counter offer sent to us Early Saturday, picked up car Sunday. There were maybe 6 phone calls made between us in those 3 days. This was so smooth and I would do it again this way and if I need another car they will have my business!
Was sold a"Wentworthless" contract for $599 Now questionable - Foster mom
When I purchased my new car, I was upsold a Resistall clean car service contract, good over 5 years.
The pitch was that as a foster parent of 3 kids who might spill on the fabric, it would be a great investment. Resistall has gone out of business. I have gone in personally, as requested. I was told someone would call me back. I have called, gone online and still NO ONE is communicating with me. Today, the service dept. line rang 10 times before going into voice mail.
My car is in the service center being cared for. I was given a ride home and they will collect me when the car is ready. It took awhile, but they made good their promise. Thank you Wentworth for now being "Worthwhile!"
The rest of the story: I collected my car today, 2/21, and can see no change of a cleaner interior. Since my car has 4 years of use... I give up. Maybe they tried or just "shined me on."
Dont recommend going to this dealership for any service.... - jakemiller296
Dont recommend going to this dealership for any service. I've had one oil change that was done incorrectly and had to go back a few weeks later to have the oil topped off due to low oil level. I've found various broken pieces of plastic around the air filter box and intake along with oil caps left in the engine bay. Then to top it all off I had a wheel bearing replaced a few months after I bought my used vehicle from them and I'm am now having the same bearing replaced 14 months later when all of the factory bearings on the other wheels are just fine and now they are refusing to warranty the part unless I drive it ( with an unsafe wheel bearing that has caused brake pressure issues while turning sharp left ) from the other dealer to theirs so they can work something out with me. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to have your car in the shop most of its life.
Sells unsafe cars to make a profit. - John C.
This is going to be a long winded review but keep in mind all of the following happened BEFORE I EVEN MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT on the car. I decided to buy a car from Subaru of Portland because my mom bought a new Impreza from them and had a good experience with the way she was treated. I traded in a 2010 Camry in for a 2017 Forester because my family is growing and I needed the extra space. They showed me the Forester that had a “certified” sticker on the windshield. I asked the sales person if it was for sure certified and she said yes, I then asked the closing sales person who was unsure. The sales manager said no and the finance manager was unsure and checked and said no it was not. Why is it advertised as “certified” then? That should have been a red flag but I purchased the vehicle anyways. The next day after driving around to run errands I noticed that there was a very noticeable vibration at highway speed, there's two chips in the windshield and I wasn’t given a second key as promised. I told my salesperson about the issue and he told me to bring it in to service. I told the service advisor about the issues and told him it either felt like a control arm or tie rod, they said they would check it out and call me most likely the next day. I got a call the next day saying that they rebalanced the tires and did an alignment but could barely feel a vibration and it was ready for pick up. I asked if they checked the control arms and tie rods and they assured me that NOTHING was wrong with them. I drove the Forester for another couple days and started to notice a terrible popping noise. I told the dealer who offered to have service look at it again. They had it for a week and told me that the CV axles in the front were failed. Why didn’t they notice that when they did their inspection before they put it on the lot? It’s not a part that fails overnight. After picking up the car for the second time I noticed that the vibration I originally brought it in for was STILL PRESENT. I drove it back to the dealer after work one day and talked to the sales manager about my frustrations. He offered to put me into another vehicle but I would have to “trade in” the Forester which would put me MORE in debt. Not gonna happen. They took the car and told me they would get it to service first thing in the morning. When I said I needed a car to drive they gave me a used camry that had no gas in it and smelled like smoke. I received a call from service the next day saying they will call me when they figure out the issue. This was on a Tuesday, I didn’t hear from them all week until I called them on Saturday to check on the status. After a couple hours they called me back and said the car was ready. No details, just “it’s ready.” When I picked it up I asked for more details and they again said that could not duplicate the issue. I asked why I wasn’t called sooner and they didn’t have an answer for me. ON MY WAY HOME FROM PICKING UP THE CAR I FELT THE CAR VIBRATE. I took the car to my shop that I work at and see if I can find the issue. As soon as I put it on the lift I shook down the passenger side wheel where I felt the vibration and found the control arm bushing blown out completely, multiple technicians noticed it as well. I also noticed that they tried to counterbalance the tires on the opposite side of the car to try and hide the original issue. I called them back and told them I was able to find the problem within seconds of putting the car into the air. After the FOURTH time in service for a week they FINALLY came through with what they promised and fixed the car properly or so I thought. One of the repairs they did was finally fix the windshield that I had brought up weeks before and they lost the clips to one of the trim pieces. They told me to get a hold of the company they use for windshields who requested a picture of the piece and then ignored me after which is still not fixed. The overall moral of the story is that this dealership gives Subaru a bad name just to try and make a profit.
Don't go here if you're traveling through. - Bongcayao
I had the opportunity to visit the service department here on 9/1/18. However I didn't get my vehicle serviced here as I was passing through pulling a trailer and broke down and only 391 miles from my home dealer.
I had the pleasure to deal with Lori Lupo the only service advisor working on a Saturday. I had a charge air cooler tube blow off. I asked if she could check to see if its covered under warranty. I was told that she didn't know how to do that and the guy that does all the warranty work isn't there till Monday. I walked her through the process of looking it up through Ford Oasis. Which it was covered under warranty. Then was told that they couldn't take a look at it until 9/14/18. I even asked if someone could come out and just take a look at it to help band aid it so I can get to my destination. I completely understand that it's hard to take in walk ins and especially on the weekend. However taking a couple of minutes out of the day to have a technician come and take a quick look isn't too much to ask. Needless to say I had to band aid it in their parking lot. On a good note I did make it to my destination later that day.
Great Car Purchasing Experience! - Michelle in Medford
I made the drive from Medford to Klamath Falls to purchase a used vehicle from Klamath Falls Subaru. I was not surprised to learn of my salesman, Santos Flores’, military and HR background as he conducted himself with integrity and professionalism. Santos even offered to personally transport my vehicle back to Medford so I could drive my new (to me) Lexus home! I would not hesitate to recommend Santos at Klamath Falls Subaru and will visit him for future automobile purchases. Thank you for everything, Santos!
