The Service department is above and beyond other locations. I usually stay at the dealer and wait when my Jeep needs service. Dwayne takes the time to explain, in a no pressure way, that other services may be needed or are available based on mileage. I love being able to get the multi point inspection report, letting me know what I may need in the future. The waiting area is very nice and quiet. I also wanted to mention the service tech Zack Phillips, Providence Auto’s sends a video along with suggested repairs, etc. He spoke clearly and concisely. It was interesting to see what he was seeing with my vehicle.

Horrible. Vehicle back within weeks of same issue. Never answer phones in service area. Never return calls. When they do they sound like they have no idea what they are talking about and dumbfounded. Being told the car would be finished within a day to repair issue. Then to find out they don't have the parts. Cars been in now for 3 days and they have ZERO loaners to offer LIES, and LAZY and ZERO customer service. Don't go here for ANYTHING.
