My husband was due to trade in his GMC Sierra... went and looked at inventory. He ended up leasing a new GMC Sierra and is thrilled with his new vehicle. While there I decided to look at a used Jeep Wrangler they had on the lot and I took it for a test drive. Working with Greg and Tyler Smith, we ended up turning in my GMC lease and trading in my Mazda Miata and purchasing the Jeep Wrangler and my husband swapped out his GM lease for a new one all in one day. Greg and Tyler were extremely patient and the whole process was so efficient. The show room was immaculate. We went in for one car and ended up getting two. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the efficiency of Star GMC of Easton. From the sales person right on to the finance person and the GM we were extremely impressed with the efficiency and the professionalism. Star has the BEST staff... Purchase of my used vehicle was flawless. Got a loan with a good rate. Even delivered the vehicle before my down payment check was cashed. That's unheard of. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and top notch. However, I purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle. This included a scotch gaurd application for the carpeting, a clear coat to the exterior and a windshield etching. Both the salesman and the financial guy told me someone would call to schedule the work. No one ever called. I finally called the dealership and an appointment was scheduled which was now over a month from delivery. When I took the vehicle in for the work they told me since I took delivery that long ago the truck needed to be detailed again. Now I'm obligated to pay $229.00 for a detailing that I was not aware of. Wish I hadn't waited so long for a call that never came. Keep in mind you may have to check on these guys.

bought Buick envision in 2019 salesman T.J. Very good salesman , very good person. Well satisfied. We purchased Auto Butler as part of the package. We have taken our car two times for this and both times were VERY disappointed with service performed. Car was not cleaned inside first time and we rescheduled. Car was cleaned outside again (NOT GOOD) and again not cleaned inside. * months later we took car again for auto butler and job was very poorly done. Dirt left inside and outside bugs on windshield and grill were not touched. Rooting of tires was supposed to be free and they wanted to charge us. My wife refused and they consented but service agent took pictures of outside and was supposed to get back in touch with us. It has been 3 weeks and NO response from anyone. Auto butler program has not been performed as we were told. We payed for it and have not been given our money worth service.

Last month, I stopped by the dealership to look at a Yukon Denali. I saw a really nice one in the showroom and I asked if I could test drive it. I was told that a test driving vehicle was not available at that time. I found it surprising that they wouldn’t offer to let me test drive the one in the showroom. The salesperson took my information, and he told me that he’d be in touch with me, presumably to find a date/time for a test drive. l never heard back from the dealership, and so I went to Rohrich Cadillac and bought a fully loaded Escalade. They were more than happy to let me test drive any of their vehicles.

Thanks to a woman named Madison who assured me that the specific truck I was traveling a distance to take a look at was available and it would be ready view when I arrived. Madison had also sent a message letting me know she pulled the keys aside what she claimed to be an available truck . I arrived to the dealership and located the truck, pulled up to be greeted by a salesman who let me know this truck was sold on a previous day and was waiting to be delivered. I should have known Madison was using a typical sales tactic and was wasting my time. I told her several times from the start I was only interested in that one specific truck. I immediately contacted Madison after being told the truck was sold and her response was "I am extremely sorry. That is not how we operate. I was not aware that the vehicle had a deposit on it. On my end it was still showing as in stock, and the keys were still on the available board. Again I am very sorry about this." I then responded with "So that is how you operate... So you've identified an issue within your department yet this is how you will proceed with your business. This place is a joke if I could I wouldn’t give you any stars !!! I have bought 2 vehicles from you and will NEVER be back!!! Let’s see where do I start ... The 2020 Chevy Silverado that I bout from you is only I year old and we have had to bring it back to the shop way more then we should have and the issues we are having with it is still not fixed ! ( back up camera, taking off by its self when you put it in to drive , windows making funny noises when you put it up and down , acting like it doesn’t want to shift gears etc.) oh how the list goes on!!! We live 30 mins away and it’s always bring it back we will take a look at it, so we take it up only to have them keep it for days and we have to call and find out if they were done with it to be told every time “ yeah it’s done we were just about to call you” we drive the 30 mins just to get up there and they say it’s good to go. We head back home another 30 mins just to find out nothing was fixed at all truck still not wanting to shift gears camera was working fine at first but when we went to pull in the driveway at home it’s stops working properly then I had brought my 2020 GMC Terrain to you bc when you sold me it it took all day process and my kids and I were tired so I rushed home and when it was being looked over we noticed dents all I. The roof and paint pealing away from the roof ! So we call make and appointment for you all to look over it all the spots were marked on the roof when I left it in your service garage!! They had it for a week and I called to find out if it was done after being told it would only take 2 days 3 at the most !! To be told “ I was just about to call you that it’s ready !!” I drive 30 mins to you to start looking over my suv and find that the dents are still there and were never fixed just painted over they had white paint sprayed all over my black suv and so much over spray with the paint you could see it and running down the door frame, they spilled something on my bumper that ate the clear coat and paint , they have something sticky all over my windows they cracked my windshield at the bottom of the window and how they did that I have know ideal how !!! Mark the service manager told us to bring it back on Monday they have had my suv for over a week now and the body shop is telling us now that they will not replace my windshield that it’s only a scratch well it didn’t come in to your service room with a scratch aka crack and that’s ridiculous !! How the xxxx do you bring a car in and get it back looking 10 times worse then what it did when you took it there ? I have only had the suv for a lil over month and you all have had it more then I have but yet I’m the one that has to keep making a payment on a car that I can’t drive because your staff can’t get their xxxx together!! The management sucks ( Mike ,Alex, Jason) they are rude and unprofessional and ask the dumbest question ( did you let your kids play golf off the top of your car?) I get being sarcastic or trying to be funny but not when you all are aware of it a day after it being sold to me there is a time and place for it!! Not when you sold the xxxx suv like that , you were just trying to get out of fixing my dents and paint on my suv!! Here we are still having the same issues with the truck and you all still have my suv!! I would not recommend anyone to buy from this dealership due to they don’t care about you after you leave the lot!! If you want anything fixed it’s like pulling teeth !! Thy even drove the papers to my house to be resigned when they realized they had to contract the lower interest rate for the bank to give it to me! I was searching the internet to purchase a new vehicle with certain specifications that I wanted to have on a new car and I came across a place that I had never heard of before called Jo-Dan Buick/GMC. They had over 30 Buick Encores in stock at an almost unbelievable good price with some of the features that I wanted. I was debating on whether or not to make the 45 minute drive as we all know that the price you see on the internet is often too fantastic to be true. These guys actually delivered at the promised price with no hidden fees or markups as is often the case when you walk into a dealership. The interest rate was excellent for my purchase and the paperwork was quick and painless. They were very professional and very courteous and didn't attack you the second you walked onto the lot. In fact, I had to hunt a salesman down as they were quite busy. My only critique of this business is that they need to work on their internet marketing so that more people know they exist. The salesman John told me that they have been in business for al little less than a year so here I am writing their first review! Give these guys a try as I am so glad that I decided to make the drive to check them out. My wife loves my new Winterberry red Encore so much that I don't know if I'll get to keep it!
