Tonight I drove home in my new car with a BIG smile on my face....Thanks to Adam Mihalko and Greg Smith! I came to Adam at the recommendation of my daughter who has had great car buying experiences with Adam. As a result of divorce, bankruptcy, and foreclosure I found myself in a very bad credit position. Despite 11 years of perfect credit history leasing with another car manufacturer I was unable to get approval with them (or anyone else) to lease or buy another car. My lease was ending, I needed a car, and I felt hopeless. From the very first time I met with Adam, I knew that he genuinely cared about my circumstances and was determined to do whatever he could to help me. He asked all the right questions and took all my answers to heart. Adam then teamed up with Greg Smith to find the perfect car for me AND get me approved for it! Not your typical dealership. This family friendly dealership makes car buying stress free. We just purchased a GMC Terrain here and the process was so smooth thanks to John Rider and his team. I sent an email requesting a quote, which John promptly replied to. I spoke with him on the phone and he set up all the financing with the business manager. By the end of the day we were driving home in our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Bergey's and make sure to ask for John Rider. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

I came to Jim down on my luck, upside down in a car not suitable for my driving needs. I explained my concerns of needing at least AWD and a vehcile I felt safe in and had room. Jim practically bent over backwards doing whatever he could to help me and made the buying process easier than I expected. Though my payments are high, I understand why they are as I was already upside down in previous loan, and the money I'm spending is so worth it. Jim was honest, knowledgable, and reassuring through the entire process, keeping an open line of communication. I purchased a GMC Terrain from Peruzzi and with the purchase they included two oil changes and a tire rotation and when I went for my second oil change and to have the tires rotated , they failed to rotate the tires , as I was having an issue with one with a slow leak, did not tell Peruzzi and that tire was still on the right rear, so I know for a fact the tires were not rotated, also was having an issue with my dash-lights dimming and then go bright erratically, but you needed to drive it a little way for it to happen, they could not locate issue , but did not drive it , so how could they find it. These issues were not covered by GMC, but the Dealer directly, so they would not get reimbursed. Makes me wonder even if my oil was changed. I cannot trust this dealership and will not return, very disappointing as the Salesman that sold me the Car was great.

I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago for an oil change and state inspection. I brought my vehicle in at 10:00 on time for my appointment. I then sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours waiting for my vehicle to be done with these 2 basic services. While in the waiting room I was talking with another gentleman who was there for over 3 hours as well for an oil change and tire rotation. When my vehicle was finally ready I asked why it took so long and was rudely told by a gentleman that that’s how long it takes. I then asked to speak to the manager and sure enough the rude gentleman was the manager, Tom Moss. This is the second problem I have had with this service department and I will never use this dealership for anything again. I love my GMC but I will gladly travel an hour to another dealership just to avaoid ever dealing with this dealership again
