Professional. Straight Forward. Reasonable. Worked with Mike Townsend to purchase a new Yukon XL. Drove over 100 miles to make it happen. Mike was user friendly and affable. Would recommend him and his team. The only issue is that the demand for the vehicle is much higher then the supply so understand their bargaining power is significantly limited.

No problem good service and prompt if it wasn’t for the service department I would have sold my Cadillac. The reason is, I have been waiting 1 and 1/2 years for my reimbursement on my headlight recall and had nothing but grief in the process and still have nothing. I will not recommend Cadillac to anyone

Purchase of my used vehicle was flawless. Got a loan with... - bgardner56
Purchase of my used vehicle was flawless. Got a loan with a good rate. Even delivered the vehicle before my down payment check was cashed. That's unheard of. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and top notch. However, I purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle. This included a scotch gaurd application for the carpeting, a clear coat to the exterior and a windshield etching. Both the salesman and the financial guy told me someone would call to schedule the work. No one ever called. I finally called the dealership and an appointment was scheduled which was now over a month from delivery. When I took the vehicle in for the work they told me since I took delivery that long ago the truck needed to be detailed again. Now I'm obligated to pay $229.00 for a detailing that I was not aware of. Wish I hadn't waited so long for a call that never came. Keep in mind you may have to check on these guys.

I have been taking my vehicles there for the past 10 years, even when I worked as as a service manager at another dealership. I always owned a Chevy or GMC and trusted the professionals at Geoff Penske to service my vehicles. Jeremy Wagner was a great Advisor and even better Manager. I'm not the easiest person to satisfy and work with but Jeremy has always treated me fare and stayed professional and working in customer service is not always easy to do. Paying the little extra to make sure the job gets done right is well worth it in my opinion, especially with the precious cargo that rides along with me (my family). Thank you service team for taking care of my vehicles.

I am a long time customer of the Kelly group, having purchased several vehicles from them. When my husband decided on a new truck, I didn't hesitate to suggest using them. We placed a deposit on the truck my husband wanted, SIGNED ALL THE PAPERS, and waited for our home equity to close. Title documents took longer to arrange than anticipated, and we were informed that they made a "management decision" to cancel our deal and refund our deposit. My husband reached out today to inquire about the truck, which is still available, however is now priced $5k ABOVE the MSRP. Sad that they treat their customers as such, especially considering we are planning an upgrade to my car within the next year or 2. Shameful!

I live about an hour and a half away in Delaware. I made the trip up here to look at Dodge Challengers to see if I would be able to make a deal on one. I was in communication with Hank before I arrived and right away he was extremely helpful! I arrived and he immediately met me outside and we began the buying process. Despite the bank who approved me taking forever, Hank was very helpful for the entire process. He knew what he was doing and I left with my dream car. Although I didn't get what I wanted for a trade-in, I was still able to get my monthly payment within my price range. Without Hank's amazing support it wouldn't have been possible. Most definitely will be back at this dealer and hope to work with Hank again!

I went to Patriot GMC in Boyertown because we had an interset sales deal. All ready to go and when i drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and they informed me the price increased by $10k over the deal made online. Now i am at Oneil. I had great service from the late Jamie at the Oneil Collision Center in hatboro on multiple occasions. I figured i would give this dealership a shot at my new truck. Right from the beginning i felt i was being well taking care of. I am working with Eric Wong and found him to be honest and forthright. I initially looked at a GMC Denalli, loved the truck, however towing capacity was much less than i required. He helped me look into exactly what i need, and we are in the process of building the right truck for me. So far, this dealership has been easy to work with and has made this exciting purchase fun. Kudos to Team Oneil!

Salesperson told me I couldn't look at a car because they were off for 4 days. I waited the 4 days. Salesperson emailed me and said he would let me know the "minute" the vehicle was ready for me. I never heard anything from him after that. I emailed him and the showroom managers and the dealership principal about it. Nobody returned my email or followed up with me. They clearly do not want /need my business. I was just shocked that I didn't even get a word from them. I wouldn't be writing this review if anyone at the dealership had reached out to me.

The dealership received a used Mustang that I just had to stop and look at. I spoke with Brian Collar about it, ended up purchasing it a couple days later. Brian was great to work with. I had to bring the car back a couple days later for a service issue. Brian took care of that, had it set up without any questions or problems. Keenya from the service dept. was great also. I returned for my appointment, dropped the keys to her, and half an hour later I was on my way. Thanks everyone !

I wish I listened to my gut and talked my husband out... - Robin B
I wish I listened to my gut and talked my husband out driving almost 2 hours for a test drive. He saw their ad online for a Chevy Trail Boss selling for a way to good amount to be believed. So he scheduled a test drive for this past Saturday. Should have known something was up when he got a call in the morning from the dealership stating that they sold all of the trucks listed online but had more coming in and do we still want to come for a test drive. Of course hubby said yes. So we made the trek down. Got there and immediately was ushered to a "sales" desk with a "sales person" to start talking about what we were looking for. I thought okay this is normal but when we sat there for 45 mins after the "sales person" went to find the "sales manager" I thought something was up. So this "sales manager" came over and sat down and started to discuss numbers. First thing I noticed was that the price he had on the paper where not what was advertised. I pointed that out and he said "well all of those trucks have sold" I pointed out that according the the dealership's website, the price stated was good until June 30, 2021. His comment was, "let me see what I can do" and hubby asked if we can at least test drive a truck. We were told they didn't have any Trail Bosses on site but did have another model. Well a truck is a truck so we test drove that one and actually liked it. So, we got back to the dealership and sat and waited for the "sales manager" to come back with revised numbers. Well he came back and yes the number was revised by $2k. So we asked about the truck that we just test drove (mind you the price for this truck was already listed on their website) his response was to have the "sales person" provide him with the vehicle number and he would see what he could do. We sat there for another 45 mins while our "sales person" was waiting in line to get our "pricing". We were already there for almost 3 hours. We got up and told the "sales person" we had to go because we had to be somewhere and we walked out. Now if they were serious about trying to make the sale, I would have expected someone to come after us but nope. So basically this dealership is more into volume sales than on customer service and honoring the price on their website. This is a prime example of "bait and switch" sales. I do not recommend going to this dealership for anything because as the saying goes "if it looks to good to be true, then it's not true". Mind you this review is nothing against Chevy at all. I do like Chevy trucks.

I brought my 2016 GMC perfectly operating truck in for oil change and to check other 20,000 mile items. I drove it home and brakes started dragging/squirming. The next day I had to replace front brakes at my local service center. I wonder what your mechanics did to cause problems with my front brakes!! Shame, shame. Not happy about this inside this incident.

Would not trust them, tried to buy a Buick TourX and they said that do not accept out of state credit unions. So that means they do not accept Navy Federal or Pentagon Federal. Really what they were saying is " we won't be able to manipulate the APR if you use a credit union and we're pretty sure we can sell the car to someone else". I've worked in car sales for a couple years in the past and I knew when they said that they cannot except out of state credit unions, that was a huge lie. They can but were not going to. I promise this place hold points like crazy. I'd go elsewhere if possible.
Wish I could leave a zero. I found a new car on their... - Kevin F
Wish I could leave a zero. I found a new car on their website that we have been looking for. Spoke with “Jess” who said it was still available. Scheduled and appointment to look at the vehicle as we had to drive 2 hours to get there. I was told to meet “Nate” when I got there. I called before leaving to verify the vehicle was still there and the exact location. The vehicle was still available.
When arriving two hours later, I walked in the store and asked for Nate. Nate wasn’t there. I told the guy that greeted me why I was there and he had no clue what I was talking about. After an hour of searching and phone calls the manager finally had to admit the car was not at that location but another location and was sold.
So I’m busy calculating the time(6 Hrs) mileage(214), and expenses($65 at Applebee’s to soothe my wife)I incurred for the incompetence of a unprofessional “Family owned” business.
