We traveled from Annapolis Md to Providence autos to look at a used car. The advertised price was the actual price they were willing to sell the car for. (this was not the case with every dealer we had contact with.) We actually negotiated some off the advertised price to help us stay with in our budget. Bruce Hammond was very straight forward and easy to work with. It was well worth the drive. I would recommend Bruce & Providence autos.

Not your typical dealership. This family friendly dealership makes car buying stress free. We just purchased a GMC Terrain here and the process was so smooth thanks to John Rider and his team. I sent an email requesting a quote, which John promptly replied to. I spoke with him on the phone and he set up all the financing with the business manager. By the end of the day we were driving home in our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Bergey's and make sure to ask for John Rider. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

Running in and out of the rain to bring trucks to us to keep us from getting wet. Daniel & Glenn really went out of their way to take care of us to give us the best deal on a 2017 GMC Canyon. The people at Penske all are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They gave a good deal on my trade-in. I previously had a 2014 Buick Encore that I "loved"---it was just the right car for me and my needs. I was looking and found my exact same car but a new 2018 at Thomas in Johnstown and wanted to grab it before it got away, it's the same thing I had. When I went to the dealer my salesman John Phillips went thru many different things and explained everything to me. We took the car on a test drive and he explained different features with me---he was very thorough. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating at the dealership. When I picked up my car this afternoon, Tom Kirby, helped in getting me set up with all the different internet, computer, etc. features. He gave me his card and said to call or email if I had any more questions on any of the internet type things ---that is very reassuring to me because I am computer challenged at times. It was a very pleasant experience and reassuring to know that if there is any questions or anything I know that I can call or drop by and they will get me fixed up.

I was looking for a used car for my son on a budget of $5,000 to $7,000. I found a car at Granite and submitted an inquiry through cars.com. A dealer rep (Alex) emailed me back and I asked if the car was still available. He said that it was and we confirmed that I would be there in less than an hour to look at it. I thought he would have had the car and a salesperson somewhat ready. When I walked in they were obviously not expecting me and the salesman had to look into where the car was at. He found that it was in the budget lot a few miles away but that there were people looking at it who planned to buy it. As I came to find out, those people were there prior to my emailing Alex, who apparently did NOTHING in response to my email. The salesman then drew my attention to another car (also in the budget lot) and we drove down there to see it. Upon driving it there was obviously a problem with one of the rear wheels and/or brakes. The lone employee/manager at the budget lot emphatically said that he would not fix the car and that it passed inspection which was good enough for them. Both the salesman and the manager did a considerable amount of complaining about Alex (for not even checking as to whether the car was available) as well as their own service department. The budget lot manager claimed that their service department charges them the same labor rate as a person off the street, which is why he could only offer the car in a state of disrepair. After I left I called back to speak to the manager but never heard back. Later in the day I got a canned email from Alex, who was apparently oblivious to the problems he'd created. You know a dealership has problems when instead of trying to make things right and work out a deal they are bad-mouthing each other to customers. Don't waste your time.

I purchased a GMC Terrain from Peruzzi and with the purchase they included two oil changes and a tire rotation and when I went for my second oil change and to have the tires rotated , they failed to rotate the tires , as I was having an issue with one with a slow leak, did not tell Peruzzi and that tire was still on the right rear, so I know for a fact the tires were not rotated, also was having an issue with my dash-lights dimming and then go bright erratically, but you needed to drive it a little way for it to happen, they could not locate issue , but did not drive it , so how could they find it. These issues were not covered by GMC, but the Dealer directly, so they would not get reimbursed. Makes me wonder even if my oil was changed. I cannot trust this dealership and will not return, very disappointing as the Salesman that sold me the Car was great.
