They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and excellent all around. They addressed all our questions and concerns and had the exact vehicle we wanted in their inventory. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Maria from Thomson Lexus Willow Grove for her professionalism, patience, and kindness. I recently purchased a 2026 Lexus TX350 F-Sport, and Maria guided me through the entire process — from choosing the car to completing all the paperwork. She made everything smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about their customers the way she does. However, I’d also like to point out one thing regarding the finance department. During the loan process, they ran four hard inquiries on my credit report, which negatively affects my score. In addition, even though my verified annual income is over $120,000, the approval amount was limited to around $50,000 — which was a bit disappointing, especially since other banks such as Chase, Credit Union, Ukrainian Bank, and KRFCU approved me for significantly higher amounts with no issues. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to Maria and the sales team — I truly appreciate their help. I just hope the finance department improves its approach to reviewing qualified customers in the future.

Between Christmas and New Year, I was traveling from North Carolina to visit family in Harrisburg and on the way heard a sudden noise which got worse and worse. Finally arriving in Harrisburg I called the dealership. They took me in within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, repaired it on the spot, kindly offered drinks and snacks in the lounge, kept me informed, washed and vacuumed my vehicle, and sent me happily on my way NO CHARGE!!!!!! I guess we can all call that great service with a smile. Thanks to the service team!!!!!
