I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I never expected this over-the-top treatment and I will never again try another car or another dealership. Lexus of Chester Springs, thank you!

Between Christmas and New Year, I was traveling from North Carolina to visit family in Harrisburg and on the way heard a sudden noise which got worse and worse. Finally arriving in Harrisburg I called the dealership. They took me in within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, repaired it on the spot, kindly offered drinks and snacks in the lounge, kept me informed, washed and vacuumed my vehicle, and sent me happily on my way NO CHARGE!!!!!! I guess we can all call that great service with a smile. Thanks to the service team!!!!!

I purchased a 2015 es350 on 11/18/2017. Vehicle was not cleaned before delivery. Vehicle did not get attention in the service department. Headlight burnt out, power mirrors stopped working , programming issues with the electronic devices. Was told at delivery that vehicle had to return to address issues with paint and wheels. They sold me an unprepared vehicle which is unacceptable.

OMG! I would have never expected a Lexus dealership of all places, to LIE and CHEAT a customer who's family spent $110k here.
This was a situation that just got out of hand and they weren't man enough to pay up and make good on their warranty promises. Instead, Mr. Cooper calls and tells us we are no longer welcome on his property.
Neither he nor his GM (Carl Hesse) had the decency to show their face at the dealership to disuse the problems.
They had no problem bringing themselves and two employees to court, along with their attorney Dan Cohen. Hmmm what did that cost?
They sold me a $31k, 2013 RX350 CPO that had $5500 in pre-existing glass and body damage. It was a CERTIFIED Lexus. I had no reason to have to look for these damages. It was their responsibility to have done a proper inspection. They didn't. Instead they lied to cover their tracks and sent me packing.
Hesse authorized an inexpensive aftermarket glass, then renigged on a $250 he refused to put in writing.
I was forced to trade this car at a $12k loss.
You requested we didn't come back Mr. Cooper. If that's how you treat people, I can only hope my hundreds of posts keep others from making the same lapse in judgment, I made.
