I can not say enough about Motor World Lexus. It all comes down to John Gamble. I am from Long Island and he made everything so simple. From the 1st phone call with him to him taking his time to show he everything and beyond with the car including the history behind Lexus and the Assembly of the LC. I could tell the passion he had about Lexus. I have a totally different respect for the Lexus brand now because of him. Lexus should be honored and proud to have him on there team! I am looking forward to doing future business !

Sales Department was understanding. Great customer service. I finally had the pleasure to deal with salesperson: DUY TRAN. A special order was placed on July 2020 for a 2021 Lexus RC 350 F Sport AWD with all the bells and whistles. Mainly, the flare yellow exterior color was not available at the time. Importantly, I was able to get the Lexus rebate for December.
On the week of delivery, Mr. DUY TRAN finalized the documents and delivered my new car expertly. I am satisfied with his sales performance.

Jake Boyle did an excellent job. He went over the how the dealer has the cars priced so there is no need to haggle over a price. He was right the car I selected was priced fairly and I knew that because I had shopped other dealers, He answered all my questions. Had all the paper work and car ready when he said it would be ready. My only problem was the almost $800 add on on for 'dealer fees and doc fees'. That is in addition to the what I paid for title, tag and lien fees.

Between Christmas and New Year, I was traveling from North Carolina to visit family in Harrisburg and on the way heard a sudden noise which got worse and worse. Finally arriving in Harrisburg I called the dealership. They took me in within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, repaired it on the spot, kindly offered drinks and snacks in the lounge, kept me informed, washed and vacuumed my vehicle, and sent me happily on my way NO CHARGE!!!!!!
