We were very impressed with the sales staff, particularly Joe Malley. We also had initial dealings with Christina who was very helpful. Between Joe, Christina (and others we later learned) a new RX 450H was located for us. The turnaround on pickup day was quick and efficient. Tom Martellacci was very personable and efficient with our transaction. Not at all pushy! In both sales and the business department, they let their products speak for themselves. We had previously purchased two Lexus vehicles from DE but this experience was by far the best. Hoping their service department is just as efficient and capable. Would highly recommend them.

I visited the Car Show in Philadelphia. I found three cars I was interested in. I fell in love with the Lexus LC in Red. I was hooked on the color! Visited all three dealerships of the cars I liked and found that the Lexus had the best of everything, including the color I wanted! I chose the Lexus GS 350 Sport. I worked with David Hill and his superiors and after some research and negotiating they were able to find me the vehicle I wanted for the right price! I am super thrilled and LOVE my new car! Traded in a 2008 Silver Lexus GX 470 for a 2017 Black Lexus RX 350 recently and had a great experience at Lexus of Lehigh Valley. John Delloso was professional with the entire process, attentive to my needs, and transparent about all the details. The manager, Carl, as well as the entire crew were very friendly as well. The atmosphere at Lexus of Lehigh Valley was excellent and I'm glad John had the chance to take me on a tour of the entire dealership. I've been to other dealerships and their websites to search for the best price for the car I wanted and Lexus of Lehigh Valley ended up having the most competitive price even as an non-negotiable dealership. Along with the manufacturer's discount, I saved almost $6,000 on my new car while other dealerships only offered at most $4,500. I also got a good offer on my trade-in which helped in the decision process. Although there were a lot of papers to sign, the process went very smoothly. I purchased a 2015 es350 on 11/18/2017. Vehicle was not cleaned before delivery. Vehicle did not get attention in the service department. Headlight burnt out, power mirrors stopped working , programming issues with the electronic devices. Was told at delivery that vehicle had to return to address issues with paint and wheels. They sold me an unprepared vehicle which is unacceptable.

Between Christmas and New Year, I was traveling from North Carolina to visit family in Harrisburg and on the way heard a sudden noise which got worse and worse. Finally arriving in Harrisburg I called the dealership. They took me in within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, repaired it on the spot, kindly offered drinks and snacks in the lounge, kept me informed, washed and vacuumed my vehicle, and sent me happily on my way NO CHARGE!!!!!! I guess we can all call that great service with a smile. Thanks to the service team!!!!!
