Purchased a new vehicle from Tri-Star Chevrolet. Absolutely love the vehicle. Don't love the deception and lying that went with it. Sales Manager tells me the car had a nano coating on the paint installed at the dealership and that it will cost extra since it's already on the car. I agree. Sales Manager and sales rep both let slip that the car is having the coating put on while I'm on the way to pick it up. I call them out on it during a phone call after the sale. Sales Manager denies that's what happened. When we are done he doesn't hang up his phone and I get to listen to him for the next 10 minutes tell someone else at the dealership how he lied to me because they wanted to make more on the car. During the call he tells his co-worker the General Manager, and I presume owner(he used their names) wanted to make more on the car and "what was he supposed to do". Confront Sales Manager and he eventually concedes he lied to me. Speak with General Manager and he tries to justify it before also conceding I was mistreated and lied to. No resolution beyond that. Be very careful if you choose to purchase from them.

Bought a used f150 for $56,000 didnt even bicker about price, when deal was done ,went to drive away i was given one key fob, they said they either lost it or never had it (the second one), either way they told me to go to ford ,get an estimate,n let them know the cost,well the cost was $460.00, I guess i wont see nothing from them cause they wont return my calls or texts, ridiculous cause i cant program doors n locks without both keys N they should step up n be responsible for that

Waited 4.5 hours to get pressure checked. When finally had had enough and asked about the car, she told me emission check for state inspection itself takes 1 hour- but who the heck asked for inspection to be done 🤨. To cap it all, when my keys were given to her, this “lady” put my keys not in the usual place where keys are put or came to get me but put the keys someplace else and then pretended to look for them on her desk. Height of inefficiency and rudeness. Maybe, it’s the color of my skin, but one thing is certain, Never ever will I go back to this dealership or consider doing any thing in the town of Downingtown.

WARNING: Avoid the Service Department at BMW of York – Repeated Lies, Incomplete Repairs, and Overcharging I brought my son’s 2010 BMW 328i here twice in December 2025 for what should have been straightforward repairs: high beams, taillight, and a non-functional key fob. First visit: Paid over $1,100. Picked up the car and discovered the high beams STILL didn’t work and the key fob was STILL broken despite being charged for the repair. Had to buy a new key fob myself for another $285 + tax. Returned the car on December 21 after assurances the issues would finally be fixed. On December 26, they presented me with an additional bill for over $980. When I asked about credits for the prior incomplete work, I was told only the diagnostic fee was waived—even though the invoice clearly showed $600+ in labor and I had already paid diagnostics the first time. Service advisors Scott and Kelly gave repeated conflicting and inaccurate information (claiming labor wasn’t charged when it clearly was, assuring me parts would be verified when they weren’t, promising a courtesy wash that never happened). Even basic assurances were not honored. When I pointed out inconsistencies, the information changed on the spot. After multiple outright misrepresentations, I lost all confidence in the repairs and the staff’s honesty, so I declined the new charges. I have since escalated to BMW corporate, the PA Attorney General, and the BBB due to what feels like deceptive practices and an attempt to charge twice for the same unfixed problems. This dealership’s service team damaged my trust in the BMW brand. Do yourself a favor—take your BMW anywhere else for service. There are too many horror stories like mine for this to be an isolated incident. Save your money and your sanity.

We purchased a used car for my daughter's 16th Birthday from Vlad. He did everything in his power to make sure the car was perfect and the first car buying experience was magical for her. I have to say that buying our new 4x4 Jeep Compass Latitude LUX at Delhi auto in Butler was one of the best and easiest car buying experiences my wife and I have had. Jack is a great salesman, and very knowledgeable and competent at his job. He was able to answer all of our questions and give solid insight into the features of the Jeep. Furthermore, it was also a pleasure and a quick easy experience working with the finance manager. He was able to give us a really great rate and deal on our new vehicle. I would recommend Deihl auto in Butler highly if you're looking to trade in and/or get a new vehicle!

I was talked down to by the General Manager Luke Kim and told "So What? to one of my concerns. Concerns about a problem I was having with their service department, company "policy" on warranty work, not being told the scope of the work PRIOR to the work being done, and the dammage to my gas door. I had to leave and was told they would not be doing the warranty work on my steering box and told me to go to another dealer. That is seriously a horrible way to deal with their responsibilities. Get mad at the person who spent over 50K at your establishment and when I was the one who ended up with a damaged gas door, and no place to take my warrantied Tacoma. Do not trust this place. They have been on the slide downward, do yourself a favor and go elswhere.

Called the dealership on numerous occasions and was transferred to the title lady she did not return my calls or take care of the problem. I went to AAA they emailed the title lady asking her for the Title number she did not respond. I called BMW of North America; they told me that the dealer has to register my car no way around it. Called the dealership to complain and got the VM of the title ladies' supervisor. No response. Called the salesperson no response. I never ever belied that A&L BMW will treat their customers in this manner and be so irresponsible. Really frustrated with them. The title lady needs to be fired. Very irresponsible of the dealership. I have never had this kind of experience before with any dealership.

I bought a 2021 GMC Sierra back in August 2024. Mike Rush was super helpful and professional. Early in January 2025 I called about a tire pressure issue. It turns out when the dealership rotated the tires, they didn’t reprogram the tire sensors to match. , as they did all the work from day 1 being a lease for 3 years. All the tires and indicators didn’t match up I called to talk to Mike but, he didn’t work there anymore so I talked to whoever answered the phone. That guy wouldn’t give me the time of day, I asked if he could just reprogram the tires since the problem originated there. He said I do t owe you anything! Wow, I guess once they sell you the truck you are dead to them. I went to a tire place and they did that for free. Such an easy fix to make a customer happy and they blew it. I will never buy from them again. I ended the call with if Mike Rush was there he would have helped me. They never even bothered looking up my name, sale, or truck history. I later looked on GMC rewards and saw I get a free tire rotation. He would have known that if he bothered to look. Again they lost a customer over something so easy to fix that was their mistake to begin with. If I knew where Mike worked at I would buy from them next.

Even though they did not have to Ryan bought me a new alternator for free! Great people and highly recommended! I will be back!
