I ran to the dealership after work and showed up 10 minutes before he was scheduled to close and was planning on looking at the outside of it and coming back. This is the first time I signed up, when I leased my car, to have oil changes every six months/or 5000 miles. I scheduled my first appointment for March 25, and was guaranteed an 8:45 AM. Appointment that would take 45 minutes. Not only did they complete my oil change in the 45 minute time, but they also rotated my my tires as well (complementary).. The service staff was exceedingly professional, making sure that I was comfortable and had snacks, coffee, whatever I needed while waiting. I was pleasantly surprised and will continue with this service in the future. A great service department ensures the customer will be a return purchaser in the future.

Maya was great keep in contact with me as i was trying to do everything online and by phone. So all I had to do was drive to the dealership and pick up the used car. Now my problem is that its already going to need new tires as there isnt much life left of the ones on it. I feel like if I am spend 9,000 that it should have had new tires or atleast better tires then what was on it.
