Nick the service manager handled the issues o had with my Suburban High Country. I bought the truck back home near Tampa Florida and proceeded to take it on a work trip. I have a project here in Meadville. The truck demonstrated some electrical and software issues. Nick arranged for a truck for me to use while I am here working and has been dielegently working with thw Chevy engineers to resolve my issues. NEVER have I worked with a more dedicated and driven service person. He is moving heaven and earth to get my truck back in perfect working order. I highly recommend Community Chevy and especially Nivk to any GM owner in the entire state! I wish we had him in Florida!

I loved everyone there! My salesman was Evan Hart. He was amazing, genuine and kind. The sales manager, Randy, was down to earth and made me feel that it would all work out. I felt they were trustsworthy. The finance manager, Matt, worked to get me the best deal. Overall awesome experience! They even drove my old car an hour away to my home, so I could leave with LUNA, my new Lunar Rock Toyota RAV4! Thank you! One happy girl, Sue Willy : )

Went through two cars from them 1st was a blue mustang that I had to replace motor less the 3 months of getting in trans went out brought it back the gave me a Honda raise my car payment to 600 a month heater quit working less then 20day of having the car the day 36 it's CV joint busted and had to tow home call them they can pick it up took it to there shop then told me I have to fix it myself I'm starting to think this place don't do ligit inspection on there car just slap the stick and rip people off sorry 8k for a car I should not be having any problems but seem they don't care going up there Monday to talk with them if they don't fix the problem I will be calling every news station and make xxxx sure your business shuts it rip off door sorry but I have every right to be upset I hope someone does to u as u do to your community by ripping the poor off for there hard earned money stay away from us auto off Truman Rd in Independence,mo

They illegally have trackers on cars that they have sold and continue to track the vehicles with out the knowledge and it ruins the cars battery end possibly other components.

Their prices were much better than the big dealerships and I would definitely go back for our next vehicle!!

Transmission went in my vehicle. Stocker wanted to charge me excessive fees above and beyond my extended warranty. $500 fee for "handling the transmission when it got delivered", "credit card fee because warranty company was paying them by credit card", and additional fees for labor. all totaling in excess of $2300. Ultimately I had the vehicle towed back home to the chevy dealer i bought the car from. Stocker service staff were nice, but I simply could not accept all the extra billings. Had they simply honored my warranty (like my dealer) they would have got the job and made $$$ in the long run. Stocker- suggest you reconsider your policy on fees!

No hidden fees or dealer crap. But what really sets them apart is the people. Sales Consultant Kelly Crawford was the BEST! I have purchased or leased nearly 50 new cars in my life, and she is one the best I've encountered. Excellent follow-through. Good product knowledge. Not pushy. Plus, just nice to deal with. Treated my first time buyer daughter with respect and care. Greatly appreciated Kelly! General Sales Manager Jess Cupini worked our deal and was just great to work with. Sales Manager Seth Drobney was wealth of knowledge on the VW brand and came in clutch with valued information on the car. Nice guy and a true professional. Knows the VW brand like no other. Guru Auto in Easton is an awful dealership that will say and do anything to get the sale. I bought a Honda Civic from them 1 year ago. It was my first experience buying a used car, so I didn’t know what to expect, and I needed a car ASAP at that point. When I went in, they kept telling me about how it was such a great deal for this car and how it wouldn’t last much longer with their current “discounted pricing.” I went through the process to purchase the car and was told that it had just passed the state inspection and emissions test the previous week and was all set to go. My fatal flaw was taking their word for it and trusting them to sell me a quality car that had passed inspection. Obviously, they paid off whoever did the inspection because there’s no way it could have passed in that condition. In the year since purchasing the car, I have only put about 4,000 miles on the car (now at 115,000 miles), yet the power locks suddenly stopped working, the immobilizer system broke, and the tires have needed replaced because they were mysteriously dry rotted and had no tread despite being brand new tires when I test drove the vehicle. In addition, the battery needed replaced because there was an after-market alarm on the car that drained the battery, the rear brake shoes needed replaced, and I had to replace the timing belt, the water pump, the power steering belt, and the a/c and alternator belt… plus the radio and clock mysteriously died. Oh… and the driver’s seat had to be bolted back to the car because it was ready to come off, which likely would have caused a horrendous accident. You’d be far better off going elsewhere because Guru has abysmal customer service, and it sells junk cars. In total, I have now spent about $2,600 in repairs in the past year.
