I had the all time best experience at Bob Richards Nissan. I honestly wasn't thinking of purchasing a Nissan, but after seeing what there was to offer it was high on my list. Clemente went above and beyond my expectations. He really made me feel like I was his number one priority. He got me in the car of my dreams. Drew was the one who really brought it in as a finalization with his help! Chris Williams was sure to answer any service questions that I had and assured me that I would get the best service every time. Markese was very personable, polite and made the financial parts of the visit a little less painful. I just can not express my appreciation fully for what this group did for me and my family. I will continue to go to this dealership in the future.

I came to the dealership with the intent of purchasing a used vechicle I'd seen online. However after talking with a super knowledgeable salesman I'm so glad I didnt. I was blown away with the professionalism and knowledge of the entire staff. Not to mention I'm over joyed with my new Midnight Edition Murano. Look like I'm coming back home to Nissan for good.

I just purchased my 2015 Nissan Sentra in November. In February, the passenger airbag sensor was not working. We took it to Auto Pros (where we purchased the vehicle) and they suggested we take it to a Nissan dealership, because they didn't have the part handy to fix the problem. We took our vehicle to this Nissan dealership, and they charged us $100 just to look at the car, and another $300 to fix the sensor. There had been a 'OCS Customer Service Initiative' for this specific problem, and when I contacted corporate about why I was charged when it should've been covered, they told me they weren't going to pay for it. I had to use my rent money to cover this unnecessary expense on a vehicle I purchased in the hopes that it wouldn't need any major work since it's a 2015. I will NEVER buy another Nissan again! I wish I could go back and choose any other brand. The more I research problems with Nissan, the more upset I get. Seems like Nissan is just a cheap brand that ends up costing its customers loads of money for malfunctions that aren't their fault!

This dealership didn't want to be 'inconvenienced' with our 10 year old trade in, offering only 350.00 dollars. xxxx, Beach Auto gave me 2500.00 on a a 16 year old trade because they want to sell their cars. I also took my my 350zx here to have a new clutch put in and it wasn't done right, I had constant clutch issues afterwards. These are a bunch of smooth talking nice guys that deserve to be among the least trusted profession.

I found a vehicle online in the morning and used the chat program to verify it was still available. I was told its on the lot and I scheduled a test drive for when I got out of work. Before going I called and talked to a salesman who reassured me it was on the lot. I did all this because I live over an hour from this dealership. I told the salesman I was on my way. When arriving I asked for the person who I spoke with on the phone and he then told me that the vehicle I wanted was not there. That his manager had taken it to an auction that morning. This dealership's sales staff wasted 2 hour of my time and didn’t even apologize for it.

I always take my car back to Nissan on St. Andrews rd. to always do my maintenance and what ever the car needs. There is where I also purchased the car from. So I have experienced 3 times or more, where I take my car there for a service, and I always have to end up bringing it back because of something they didn't complete, or something else went wrong with the car. I am the type of customer that always pay, and I don't mind paying to keep my car in good running condition. There for I expect good service to be provided, and I have not been getting it. I could go into specific details and explain what exactly happen, but I decide not to. The service dept. and the mechanics definitely need evaluating to improve on what they are doing.

I had a lease with Nissan with 9 payments Togo. I called Benson Nissan on the 23rd of December to see if I could trade my car in to buy another one. Once I got there the lady that was helping me over the phone couldn't help me because she was busy. I finally got another salesman to help. The first deal they brought me was a BIG NO! Financing $24,000 for a Nissan Sentra. So I was about to walk and go home until the brought me a new 2016 Nissan Ailtma. It was beautiful and I loved the car after driving it. Once the paperwork was presented to me that they were going to pay my lease off and I was going to be financing $23000 out the door, I agreeded to that. I repeatedly asked the sales lady over and over: my lease is over right? She said yes! I asked the finance manger as well and he said yes! I was told my payment would be around $386 and the only thing I owned now was the new financing on the new car and my lease with Nissan was over. Well today 01/13/16 I get a bill in the mail stating I owe Nissan over $3000 for the rest of my lease. The bill of sale that was presented to me doesn't look anything like I signed. They tricked me and manipulated me into thinking they paid my lease off which they didn't. I have called the dealer twice now and texted my sales lady and they won't return my calls and all they keep saying is they will call me back. Nogthing!!! Benson Nissan are lying dirty crooks! Be careful!

This score is for the dealership management; not service or Salesperson Chakia. I returned a leased Pathfinder and purchased a new one in August as part of a Nissan promotion. They completely messed up the lease return and did not honor the negotiated sales deal. Harrelson did not send my old car back to Nissan until I found out that my credit took a hit for 2 missed lease payments. I spent a couple hours at the dealership to find /process my vehicle and had to personally send a letter to Nissan. When you buy a $45,000 vehicle and the dealership screws up, you would expect that $200 would be worth a loyal customer.
Do not buy a car from Jones Junction - Jones is the Worst
Do not buy a car from them. First I dealt with an extremely rude Sales Manager. Now my 2 year old Nissan now has a transmission issue and they are doing everything not to fix the problem and are telling me I have to pay for a rental. They state the code isn't reading but the code read at Autozone and we gave them the paperwork. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with.
