My wife showed it to the service manager and he took pictures of the damage and said he would get back to us but he never has and when my wife calls and ask for him to return her call he never does. wosrt service I have ever had in my life

Rockhill Nissan is the shadiest car dealership I've ever... - Michael C.
Rockhill Nissan is the shadiest car dealership I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with a lot of them over the years. There were a few shady things that happened along the way but nothing too outlandish for a car dealership. But the kicker was that the "Finance Lady" screwed us by adding in an extended warranty without telling us. She kept telling us about warranty stuff that was included but without telling us it was included along with a $2300 price tag. By the time we realized what she had done to us, we had already signed the papers.
My wife went back and complained to a manager who supposedly fixed it by removing the warranty but when the payment vouchers arrived the payment amount included the extended warranty. The salesman supposedly is working on it but we've lost faith that this will get resolved.
I'll give them one star because the salesman was nice. Otherwise, the only way Rockhill Nissan will see my face again is when I take this car back for a full refund.

I purchased a maintenance agreement for $850.00 with the preowned 2013 Hyundai Accent I purchased from them. They used the wrong oil every time they serviced it and I think it damaged the car because it is using a lot of oil internally now. They would only reimburse me for what remained on the agreement and were abusive when I brought the mistake to their attention. I contacted Nissan, but they said they can't make them do anything. I really think they were trying to damage the car so I would need repairs and when I caught them, they got ugly. They should have apologized, offered to do any repairs needed and refunded the $850 for the maintenance plan caused by their negligence.

Hudson Nissan provided the worst car buying experience I... - MA
Hudson Nissan provided the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They do not honor the pricing that they post online (different prices on different third party sites for the same car). They say in their online adds that their $629 dealer fee is included in the listed pricing but once at the dealership, they tried to add that on to the listed price from online. They also try and add a dealer added option (Safety Package) to the price for an additional $1,300 and that is not mentioned until they show you the final numbers. They use this as a way to negotiate the price without ever reducing the listed price. I could go on but it is way too painful.
All I can say is stay away from this dealership at all costs. If this is how they treat a prospective customer I can not imagine how they treat you once you become a customer. David Hudson, I am sure you are aware of these practices but if not hope this helps you save future potential clients.

I have never been so unhappy with a vehicle I’m my life I... - Roger davis
I have never been so unhappy with a vehicle I’m my life I bought a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra less than 2 years ago.
Since having it I’ve had to replace the inner tie rod and Nissan told me oh that’s your fault Probably your wife hit a curb women are always doing that. I was quoted over 2 grand.
I went elsewhere got a good mechanic to fix it at a shop for 250.
Went back in to dealership with bad throttle position sensor get quoted over 2200 told I’m outside of warranty due to mileage which is nonsense it’s a new car faulty part and I’m really frustrated.
Call consumer affairs they are uninformed referred to my transmission repeatedly which is nowhere near a throttle body and they then told me you only have 36 k warranty when I xxxx sure paid for the 84k one and opted in on extending beyond that
Truck was bought at auction damaged and got generic fix! - Bryan
Nissan of Orangeburg is a complete let down. I’m going to give you a list of all the problems I’ve had with that place and honestly, if you want a good working environment I would send this email to the powers above you. It’s been ridiculous.
-salesman, tried every avenue from military, police officer, partially deaf, and religious man to get my sale. He needs to chill.
-They not only forgot to have me sign papers, but they forgot to get my money for down payment. I came back to give it and guess what? No one would give me the time of day. I guess once you sign, they are done with you. I left; figured they’ll figure it out and come a runnin.
3) I traded a truck as well. 4 days later the geniuses figured out they didn’t get my $1000 and called asking for that and title. Never gave any “attention to” information to send it to. So I put the check inside the title paper and sent it off. These guys texted (days later) about never getting the title! My comment? “ funny I wrapped the check with the title and you were Johnny-on-the-ball with cashing it!” Silence and stuttering on phone.
4) Then there’s the POA, they forgot to have me sign.
NOW for what was wrong with the truck:
- I’ve had to have my driver’s side doors worked on. Apparently, Nissan of Orangeburg bought the truck with damage from auction for $20k. Then did a bad job fixing it.
The doors are not flush as they should be.
All seals with snaps broken.
“Both window motors were hanging never bolted in!”
Door seals inside doors torn.
Door needed to be tightened.
Have one tail light with condensation, likely from the accident
Power window button in back door works intermittently.
Apparently, while the truck was a rental it was side-swiped pretty bad.
SO, poor organization and not honest about my truck or the process buying it.
Did I keep it? Yes, I got it fixed. Most expensive part was the window motors bolted on. Literally, hanging there...who does that?! I waited for a while before posting to make sure I had no more issues. The Only issue still there is a rattling sound I can't seem to figure out where from.
I had an appointment to get my tires rotated change the... - Jean
I had an appointment to get my tires rotated change the oil and filter and it was advertised for $49.95. But after I went to pay I was charged a total of $148.23...they advertise $49.95. To rip people off especially a 77 year-old woman whowon't argue over it. I got the tires rotated and I got the oil change with an Engine air filter, that was advertised price $49.95. I was charged $100 more than advertised.
I have decided the next time I need a oil change I will take it somewhere else that was the most terrible experience I've ever had getting my Nissan 2013 oil change . So unless you are ready to fight and argue you might have price confirmed beforehand. Ripped off a 77 year old women who won't argue. They ran the special and they know what the advertised price was. They don't need to be charging people who are elderly $148.23 for an advertised special at $49.95. I will take my car elsewhere for an oil change is an oil change at least I can at least have a decent person to deal with. The two women behind the counter ran their mouth the whole hour and a half I was in there. My daughter called up and complained but it did no good. SO before you go be sure and pay upfront because there's no telling what they rip you off with.
They have HAD my last business.
Thieves - Jpfilm88
I had a lease with Nissan with 9 payments Togo. I called Benson Nissan on the 23rd of December to see if I could trade my car in to buy another one. Once I got there the lady that was helping me over the phone couldn't help me because she was busy. I finally got another salesman to help. The first deal they brought me was a BIG NO! Financing $24,000 for a Nissan Sentra. So I was about to walk and go home until the brought me a new 2016 Nissan Ailtma. It was beautiful and I loved the car after driving it. Once the paperwork was presented to me that they were going to pay my lease off and I was going to be financing $23000 out the door, I agreeded to that. I repeatedly asked the sales lady over and over: my lease is over right? She said yes! I asked the finance manger as well and he said yes! I was told my payment would be around $386 and the only thing I owned now was the new financing on the new car and my lease with Nissan was over. Well today 01/13/16 I get a bill in the mail stating I owe Nissan over $3000 for the rest of my lease. The bill of sale that was presented to me doesn't look anything like I signed. They tricked me and manipulated me into thinking they paid my lease off which they didn't. I have called the dealer twice now and texted my sales lady and they won't return my calls and all they keep saying is they will call me back. Nogthing!!! Benson Nissan are lying dirty crooks! Be careful!
Service - Dissatisfied
I always take my car back to Nissan on St. Andrews rd. to always do my maintenance and what ever the car needs. There is where I also purchased the car from. So I have experienced 3 times or more, where I take my car there for a service, and I always have to end up bringing it back because of something they didn't complete, or something else went wrong with the car. I am the type of customer that always pay, and I don't mind paying to keep my car in good running condition. There for I expect good service to be provided, and I have not been getting it. I could go into specific details and explain what exactly happen, but I decide not to. The service dept. and the mechanics definitely need evaluating to improve on what they are doing.
