Great first-time car buying - MarkinGreer
This was our first time buying a car, and the team at Nissan of Greer made us feel comfortable and great every step of the way. The experience was easy and we felt well taken care of. We'll definitely work with Ed when we need our next car.
Awesome Sales Approach - JM
I was in the market for an affordable used car with low miles. After a ton of research I had narrowed down my list to 4 cars from 4 different dealers. I emailed each one asking if the vehicle was still available and what the final price would be with tags, fees, etc. Of all inquiries I made, 1 dealer never responded, 2 dealers refused to answer my basic questions and instead insisted I give my phone number to call or come and visit them. Chris from crown was the only one who seemed in tune with how to actually sell. Selling is not a one shoe fits all. Sales is being smart enough to listen and adapt and meet your customers needs. Chris was the only one not to pressure a phone number from me. He was the only one who actually answered my questions in my email. Chris was the only one who basically made the deal via email before I even came in. Of the 4 cars I was looking at this was the priciest one, but I spent a little more at this dealership because Chris was a real talk, no pressure, genuine conversationalist that made buying a car an enjoyable experience. We live in a technological age where we buy almost everything online. I'm glad Chris sees that and adapts to it. It's a shame 75% of the dealers I reached out to don't adapt to the times but instead try to force old ways on us. Thank you Chris and Crown Nissan.
Great Service - Ms.Jones

Good morning I would like to say how it was a great experience buying a new used car. The dealership and overall experience was the best. Joseph was an excellent salesman and so was the other people who helped me out. Thanks for everything you do.
Honest and friendly staff and service - JimD3123
Markese Reaves made this car buying process a pleasant affair with his open and honest approach. Honestly, it was quite refreshing. He listened to me describe exactly what I was looking for, then he looked through the Five Star Nissan inventory so he could show me all of the options available that met most of my list of needs. I drove away with a car that was priced right. It was just what I wanted.
The Ultimate Dream Experience - Altima art 2317
For all of you Men & Women as well as the young Adults out there who have had the opportunity to contact your dealership for a a standard service and expect it to be pleasant experience, let me just say I have been to several dealers with the numerous vehicles I've owned ( Nissan, Ford, Mitsubishi, Chevrolet, Toyota, Chrysler ). Grand Strand Nissan went above and beyond their call ! After calling another dealership to make an appointment for service, I was told no appointment was necessary because they had an express service. ? I take my 2015 Altima into this dealership the next day for servicing ONLY to be told I needed to call to make an appointment, there are others to be taken care of and will be a minimum of 1-hour wait. I explained to them I had attempted to make that appointment but to no avail. I was in route to Myrtle Beach so I called Grand Strand Nissan, spoke with John (Service Mgr) who took me in at 5:15 pm, said he'd have me out of there in 30 minutes ( oil change, tire rotation ), BUT was out of there in 25 minutes ! The respect, professionalism, and courtesy were bar none ! His staff ( Ray, Tom, &Terri ) were very understanding and sympathetic with my previous engagement. Thanks John and Grand Strand Nissan !!! I will drive the extra distance for future services. I walked out of there feeling like a V.I.P. !
Salesman Bryan Stewart is a winner - DisneyBoyz
It has been a few years since I have stepped foot in a car dealership as I prefer to do my business online. Last Friday I spent the morning with Bryan Stewart and had a blast! He was fun, energetic and excited about helping me and my family find the perfect vehicle, even if it wasn't located at his dealership in Lexington! We were able to test drive a vehicle over the weekend and decided it was a perfect fit. Not only did we settle on a great deal, they were able to beat three of our military credit unions on rates. From sales to finance this was a slam dunk! Please visit Bryan and tell him I sent you! You won't regret it!
Service - Dissatisfied
I always take my car back to Nissan on St. Andrews rd. to always do my maintenance and what ever the car needs. There is where I also purchased the car from. So I have experienced 3 times or more, where I take my car there for a service, and I always have to end up bringing it back because of something they didn't complete, or something else went wrong with the car. I am the type of customer that always pay, and I don't mind paying to keep my car in good running condition. There for I expect good service to be provided, and I have not been getting it. I could go into specific details and explain what exactly happen, but I decide not to. The service dept. and the mechanics definitely need evaluating to improve on what they are doing.
Ripped off 1944.22 bucks - flyontime
GAP Warranty required to buy. Lady on cell phone totaled my car. Per EasyCare Company dealer owes me 1944.22 prorated at 66 percent refund. These people ripped it off cold. The car purchased with SS death benefit from my grand kids. STONE COLD rip off.
Terrible Management Verging on Fraudulent - Lela
This score is for the dealership management; not service or Salesperson Chakia. I returned a leased Pathfinder and purchased a new one in August as part of a Nissan promotion. They completely messed up the lease return and did not honor the negotiated sales deal. Harrelson did not send my old car back to Nissan until I found out that my credit took a hit for 2 missed lease payments. I spent a couple hours at the dealership to find /process my vehicle and had to personally send a letter to Nissan. When you buy a $45,000 vehicle and the dealership screws up, you would expect that $200 would be worth a loyal customer.
Do not buy a car from Jones Junction - Jones is the Worst
Do not buy a car from them. First I dealt with an extremely rude Sales Manager. Now my 2 year old Nissan now has a transmission issue and they are doing everything not to fix the problem and are telling me I have to pay for a rental. They state the code isn't reading but the code read at Autozone and we gave them the paperwork. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with.
Thieves - Jpfilm88
I had a lease with Nissan with 9 payments Togo. I called Benson Nissan on the 23rd of December to see if I could trade my car in to buy another one. Once I got there the lady that was helping me over the phone couldn't help me because she was busy. I finally got another salesman to help. The first deal they brought me was a BIG NO! Financing $24,000 for a Nissan Sentra. So I was about to walk and go home until the brought me a new 2016 Nissan Ailtma. It was beautiful and I loved the car after driving it. Once the paperwork was presented to me that they were going to pay my lease off and I was going to be financing $23000 out the door, I agreeded to that. I repeatedly asked the sales lady over and over: my lease is over right? She said yes! I asked the finance manger as well and he said yes! I was told my payment would be around $386 and the only thing I owned now was the new financing on the new car and my lease with Nissan was over. Well today 01/13/16 I get a bill in the mail stating I owe Nissan over $3000 for the rest of my lease. The bill of sale that was presented to me doesn't look anything like I signed. They tricked me and manipulated me into thinking they paid my lease off which they didn't. I have called the dealer twice now and texted my sales lady and they won't return my calls and all they keep saying is they will call me back. Nogthing!!! Benson Nissan are lying dirty crooks! Be careful!
