Great Service - Andrea
Michael C made the process so easy. I was able to set everything up with over the phone since I was out of state. Arrived and everything was ready for a test drive and final paperwork!
Larry Allen was great! - GDG
I contacted 14 Nissan dealers in SC and NC when looking to buy a new Frontier. I felt Hudson Nissan earned my business in both price and service. Larry Allen and the rest of the staff I dealt with were great. Emails were answered promptly and he even forwarded a video of the truck I was interested in. If the service after the sale is as good as before the sale, I am sure I will be visiting them the next time I am looking to buy a vehicle.
Timothy is a great saleman! - lprice
Best experience in purchasing a vehicle. Timothy didn't make us feel pressured in buying a vehicle. He was very helpful in finding the right vehicle and price for our budget. We will recommend our friends to go see Timothy when they are ready to purchase a vehicle. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
great service - peytonsMeMe
I gave this dealership a 5 star rating! The staff is very nice and helpful, especially. Angela Littlejohn Rice! She went above and beyond to help me find and get the car I wanted....I was picky... I wanted something that was good on gas and low mileage. That's exactly what I got here at Benson Nissan. I recommend anyone who is looking for a good car and great customer service, go to them and see Angela Littlejohn Rice...she great!
Great service, even for a Toyota vehicle! - Jtclark18
Five Star Nissan is the best! This was by far one of my best experiences with a local service technician. Adam Perritt is a master certified Toyota tech and did a superb job on my Toyota 4Runner. All issues resolved at a reasonable price = happy customer. Also, Rex Matthews served as a great service advisor through the entire process. Thanks Five Star Nissan!
Terrible Management Verging on Fraudulent - Lela
This score is for the dealership management; not service or Salesperson Chakia. I returned a leased Pathfinder and purchased a new one in August as part of a Nissan promotion. They completely messed up the lease return and did not honor the negotiated sales deal. Harrelson did not send my old car back to Nissan until I found out that my credit took a hit for 2 missed lease payments. I spent a couple hours at the dealership to find /process my vehicle and had to personally send a letter to Nissan. When you buy a $45,000 vehicle and the dealership screws up, you would expect that $200 would be worth a loyal customer.
Very divert and professional crew, for everyone. - angel cruz
Willing to help anyone, money and credit are not the only deciding factors, so visit and see for yourself.
Hope the service center is the same.
Time will tell and so will I. Keeping it honest.
Great Service Department - Jamie Russell
I want to give a commendable praise to the guys in the service dept. I bought my car there a yr. later brought it in for service it was returned to me w/scratches on the trunk. The manager Scott went far and beyond to make sure the car was repainted and back looking like the brand new car it once was! Kuto's to Scott & ALL the guys in the service department at Duck Smith Nissian on Two Notch Rd.
Scam artists - Solomongrundy
$300 to supply and replace a $25 part that’s actually a $1.25 electronic component encased in shaped plastic.
Not only that but lied on their vehicle checklist sheet.
My transmission fluid was in dire need of replacement. It’s fresh as evidenced by the pink color and the fact I replaced it under 5,000 miles ago.
My left front tire was down to the bar. I measured 1/4 inch of tread above tge bar.
My right front tire was down to 3/32. I measured 1/4 inch of tread above the bar
My left front wheel bearing was failing... it’s not.
They claimed to have pumped all my tires to 30psi
The back were on 20psi.... I had to pump them up myself. Liars.
I will never visit these scammers again,
Service - Dissatisfied
I always take my car back to Nissan on St. Andrews rd. to always do my maintenance and what ever the car needs. There is where I also purchased the car from. So I have experienced 3 times or more, where I take my car there for a service, and I always have to end up bringing it back because of something they didn't complete, or something else went wrong with the car. I am the type of customer that always pay, and I don't mind paying to keep my car in good running condition. There for I expect good service to be provided, and I have not been getting it. I could go into specific details and explain what exactly happen, but I decide not to. The service dept. and the mechanics definitely need evaluating to improve on what they are doing.
Great all around Service! - KDSaulsberger
I has a wonderful experience with this dealer from start to finish, it has been a very unstereotypical dealership and I love my Nissan. I can say I strongly recommend Grainger..
Stay away - Wombo99
I am one not to write reviews but I had to share my experience. This dealership had a left over 2017 Nissan Murano and I spoke to a agent and he said it was selling for 37k not 45k so I decided to stick around and get numbers. First off they, I had 9 remaining payments on my current lease so I already knew I upside down with my current car. During the 3 hour stay The sales associate Andrew ( I believe) would not give me any numbers, just a “ball park” and this is how inexperienced this dealership is that they ran numbers off the residual value and not the payoff quote value! Even I know the residual value is not the payoff!
It gets better
I’m now called in Stan finance managers office and he gives me numbers which did not make sense because they ran the numbers wrong
Now him and the salesman are Cornering me in the office ( Litterally!!!) Trying for almost forcing me to sign a driver agreement which would allow me to take the Nissan Murano home for the night and that they would lock my current car in the back.
I have never felt so uncomfortable before.
Stay away from this dealership!!!!! Go to Jeep! I got a great deal!
Sales must be tough and slow at Grand Strand Nissan!
I will also be writing Nissan!
This is 100 percent accurate, they can twist and turn it how they want

I had a lease with Nissan with 9 payments Togo. I called Benson Nissan on the 23rd of December to see if I could trade my car in to buy another one. Once I got there the lady that was helping me over the phone couldn't help me because she was busy. I finally got another salesman to help. The first deal they brought me was a BIG NO! Financing $24,000 for a Nissan Sentra. So I was about to walk and go home until the brought me a new 2016 Nissan Ailtma. It was beautiful and I loved the car after driving it. Once the paperwork was presented to me that they were going to pay my lease off and I was going to be financing $23000 out the door, I agreeded to that. I repeatedly asked the sales lady over and over: my lease is over right? She said yes! I asked the finance manger as well and he said yes! I was told my payment would be around $386 and the only thing I owned now was the new financing on the new car and my lease with Nissan was over. Well today 01/13/16 I get a bill in the mail stating I owe Nissan over $3000 for the rest of my lease. The bill of sale that was presented to me doesn't look anything like I signed. They tricked me and manipulated me into thinking they paid my lease off which they didn't. I have called the dealer twice now and texted my sales lady and they won't return my calls and all they keep saying is they will call me back. Nogthing!!! Benson Nissan are lying dirty crooks! Be careful!
Very easy new car purchase - Local Buyer
Thely, our sales person, did a great job and made it smooth and easy. We will defiantly be back in a few months to purchase again.
Very unhappy, stressed, and unsatisfied customer. - NoelMc
I've encountered the most exhausting, stressful, emotional, and time consuming car purchasing experience before in my life time. This was definitey a waste of time.My husband and I went into the dealership on the 13th of Feb to purchase a car.We were approved and made a down payment of 500.00.We were given the keys after signing the contract along with all of the paper work. The next day we brought proof of address and cash for a check we had written for the down payment. From what we were told we had our new car.On the 20th of Feb someone called me from the dealership yelling at me stated" Bring our car back"They did this to me twice. The second time my sales person said that everything was straightened out with the proof of income. And they were waiting on me to pick my car back up.After returning it to them on the 21st of Feb.So I picked it back up on the 22 of Feb.He reassured me that everything was good to go.And to go ahead and add my insurance. So I left the dealership with my car.Feb 24,18 I got another call from them after purchasing item's for and gasing up this vehicle."Hello" "Ms.McDow" "You need to bring our car back" "What do you mean?" "Bring our car back?"I thought everything was straightneed out"."No things aren't straightned out"I was in shock and very upset at this point. My neighbors and I had fallen in love with this car. They put me through this a second time. This is so wrong and embarrassing.A business should be more professional. We signed a contract. They caused me to add insurance to a vehicle that I no longer have. And they refuse to send my insurance company what they need to put in a request for my money to be returned to me.My money is all tied up in this car.I'm also waiting for my deposit.I'm stressed about this whole situation. And all the Manager said is that the sales man was confused. He made a mistake. No apology. Is this how you treat your customers?
