Shoutout to everyone especially Brooke Hill & Sales - TX_956

Shoutout to everyone especially Brooke Hill & Sales Manager Jose over at Lexus of Austin! They treated me like family & helped put me in a new IS 350 F Sport that I'm already in love with! I got the price and payment that I wanted. They don’t play games with you. The whole experience was just amazing!! You really get the luxury experience at Lexus of Austin. I’m from Laredo & drove to Austin to pick up my car. I wanted the complete experience with the purchase of my first luxury car. I would not mind doing it all over again at all. If you're looking to upgrade your driveway, I 110% recommended you consider them!!

Michell Long made our car buying experience stress-free and enjoyable. That has never been my experience when buying a car. Highly recommend.

We are so thankful to Katie Fitzgerald for providing us - Craig M

We are so thankful to Katie Fitzgerald for providing us with such an amazing experience at Sewell Lexus of Dallas. From start to finish she was outstanding, providing exceptional customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. My wife wanted a specific exterior and interior color combination that was not being regularly produced by Lexus for this specific model (RX450h+ Luxury). She put in the extra effort to advocate on our behalf and get a special request in to Lexus, where she successfully secured this unicorn for us. We are absolutely thrilled. It's the most beautifully designed and engineered car we've ever seen, and we're thrilled with it. Katie's communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Everything was smooth and stress-free, in advance and on the day of delivery. She was so sweet that she sent a very thoughtful and awesome gift package so my wife had something to open at Christmas since the car did not arrive until January. Katie is the absolute best. She made us feel like family, as did the sales finance manager Brian Arnold, who took time to have a sincere personal conversation with us and answer any questions we had. Complete honesty and transparency at every point in the purchase process. Top shelf experience. We bought our first Lexus from Sewell Lexus of Dallas 20 years ago, and will continue to be loyal customers. It is because of their clear commitment to providing their guests with consistently great experiences with sales consultants, managers, and service advisors. This dealership is in a class by themselves.

Took my GX550 in for 5k service, absolutely impressed - georgecheney432

Took my GX550 in for 5k service, absolutely impressed with the staff the help i received. We had an update for our Mirror and that was going to take a few hours, they gave us a loaner and did our maintenance. They washed and filled up my GX500 and did a great job. This is what maintenance should be like, i highly recommend them. Thank you Stephanie and staff!

Scheduled service and inspection for unusual sound on - Reuben

Scheduled service and inspection for unusual sound on Lexus RX350 at Fox Lexus of El Paso for 2/23/26 10:15 am. After meeting with Arturo Gonzalez around 2:00 pm, I was informed my vehicle requires $8375.00 worth of repairs. I have a vehicle with 62513 miles for a 2018 it is well maintained. I advised Mr Gonzalez of my extended warranty and he stated he would file a claim. He provided his "personal" phone number to me. I have been unable reach Arturo on his cell since then. I have left messages with staff but am told he is busy and he will return my call, I have yet to hear from anyone. Today is March 3, 2026 and I am still waiting. I am sincerely disappointed with Fox Lexus and their employees ability to ignore and disregard their customers. I was considering buying another Lexus but will no longer be buying it from this dealership!

We purchased a new RX350 Hybrid this year from North Park - txsaggie94

We purchased a new RX350 Hybrid this year from North Park Lexus RGV. The dealership was immaculate. The process was simple and the entire staff was friendly and professional. They made sure that we were well versed on all of the bells and whistles in the car. We shopped five of the southern dealerships as they were equidistant to us, and North Park RGV offered the best deal while also seeming to communicate the best. They will be at the top of my list when shopping again.

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! - srichmill

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me. And I LOVE my car! Thank y’all so much!

I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test - Laz

I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form. If you’re looking for a new or used Volkswagen and want a smooth, honest, and enjoyable buying experience, I highly recommend checking out Rockwall County Volkswagen and be sure to ask for Laporsha, Azhar, Drew or Sam, they were all amazing to work with.
