I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. We used our wonderful salespeople, Matthew and Elijah at the El Paso Westside "CarMax" location, to buy our used vehicle and I must say, I will NEVER go to a used car dealership again!! It's as easy as going to their app, filtering the type of vehicle and cost range you are anticipating, making the appointment to view the vehicle, and once you are there, being told, "feel free to walk our lot and see what else you may want to test drive and we'll pull it up for you so it's ready when you get back." Service was great, they have lots of different makes and models to choose from, completing the paperwork was a breeze, and we came out of there unburdened and enjoying our new, to us, used car. CarMax is the schiznit!!!

After going to several non-Lexus dealerships, I was unprepared for the extremely high level of service I received at the North Park Lexus at Dominion. Everyone, literally everyone, was polite, thoughtful, and courteous. My sales consultant, Mitchell Long, and my financing consultant, Houssein Kiliani, were both very personable and went out of their way to answer whatever questions I had and did whatever they could to work with my personal situation. I don't think I've ever had a better car-buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership, and these employees in particular, to anyone looking to join the Lexus family!

So … a bit confused. Interested in a new Lexus (would be our third) to replace our current Lexus. This is new Lexus dealership (Fox Lexus of El Paso) to me as we relocated to Las Cruces for retirement. Initially visited dealership last week … primarily to ensure our golf clubs would comfortably fit in the trunk of ES 300h sedan. I previously did a build on Lexus website (base model with some nice upgrades, etc.) … but learned from Sales that Lexus doesn’t build that set-up and it can’t be special ordered (dealerships are just allocated cars, etc.). OK , so let the salesperson (C. Morales) who approached me on my first visit know I would be fine with the 2025 Lexus ES 300h “Luxury” model which would get me the upgrades I wanted but at additional MSRP of $5K. Issue is I’ve sent C. Morales several communications (email and text) … one email to alert him that although not on my build list … I would be fine with the Triple Beam LED headlight upgrade if the car had all my other preferences. No reply to email … so was concerned it could have gone to a spam folder. So next day sent Text to his cell phone asking him to confirm that he did receive that email with my update. NO response to that Text. I waited over 24 hours and still no response. So today sent follow up Text indicating “Please respond to my communications if you want me to purchase my new Lexus from You. Zero response. I’m being completely “ghosted” by this Salesperson!!! Never experienced that in a sales environment? At this juncture, DONE with Mr. Morales. Question is are we done with Fox Lexus?? Guess that depends on if and/or how they respond.

We purchased a new RX350 Hybrid this year from North Park Lexus RGV. The dealership was immaculate. The process was simple and the entire staff was friendly and professional. They made sure that we were well versed on all of the bells and whistles in the car. We shopped five of the southern dealerships as they were equidistant to us, and North Park RGV offered the best deal while also seeming to communicate the best. They will be at the top of my list when shopping again.
