I took my car to Don Davis for an EV battery replacement under warranty. Although the Nissan warranty department stonewalled us for nearly 3 months, the Don Davis service team kept fighting for me and eventually persuaded them to replace my battery. My service advisor, Daniel, understood and believed my battery problem instead of blowing me off. Their EV technician did every test that Warranty asked for and argued with them to get my problem resolved. Without their patience and diligence, I would have ended up in a Lemon Law hearing hoping an arbitrator could force Nissan to honor the warranty. Instead, the people at Don Davis got me the replacement battery that I deserved. Many thanks to the service team.
