Bought my wife’s QX 80 from west side.
My wife’s mother lived off 1-10 at Wilcrest before she passed a year ago last August.
It was 30 minutes away.
I bought from Sewell since SW skrewed me.
I retired so looked at down sizing to a smaller Infiniti . Was low balled on trade.
Mine has become a spare. Drive mostly with wife in her WX 80. So no longer need, for round number purposes’s, ~$30K plus depreciating in drive way vs a ~ $20K snd put balance in market and hope it appreciates.

Was lied to and given excuses about the damage to my car. The I had gotten a flat tire, and when I went to put the spare on the lug nuts were cross threaded and on so tight that I broke 1 of the studs off, and couldn't change the tire. When I approached the dealership about it, they were the last to service the car, they told me that the impact of whatever caused the flat likely causes the studs to strip. That sounded so unbelievably able to me that I kept barking up the chain of command, till eventual I got to speak with the general manager of the area,
Jack powers, at the neighboring mercedes dealership. He asked his technician what could of causes the damage and was told, only an impact wrench being used to tighten down the lug nuts. Needless to say they still didn't pay for any of the damage they caused, but offered me a free oil change. Don't waste your time and money.

Please do NOT leave anything of value in your car at this dealership. Specifically put my AirPods in my glove box... well guess what wasn’t in my glove box when I got home!!!!! And after getting a -tire- replaced, my skid plate/water guard completely came off on the way home, and they kept my tire cap. Anyone recommend another Infiniti or Nissan dealership in the dfw area? Willing to drive an extra hour and a half to not go here.

This place is not professional at all, my son has taken the car several times with them and each time they leave a bad job, they painted the car and less than a year and the paint fell off, I took him to see the problem and the manager He said they couldn't do anything, they took a lot of money from the insurance company so they could put a painting on it that didn't work, they just want the insurance money !!!!
