The service department is of late overwhelmed. Was there for 30 minutes for service and no one came to ask if we needed any help. Most attendants were just walking up and down and ignoring three cars lined up customers waiting in their cars. Been there several times before and never got this kind of lax treatment.
Maybe ownership needs to hire more attendants to lighten the load if this is the problem.

All of the service on our Tundra has been performed at Jeff Hunter Toyota. My only complaint is that I wish they would go ahead and remove the paper floor mat they put in the truck so that I didn't have to be the one to throw it away. I guess they leave it there to show that they are "protecting" my vehicle. Nonetheless, I will continue going to Jeff Hunter. I believe they do a good job, are not overpriced, and I feel valued as a customer.

My mother in law went in for a oil change on her 2018 rav4 XLE and ended buying a 2021 RAV4 XLE but she is handicap and in her mid 70s so somewhere in that sell it was not explained to her that the Rav 4 had dropped some extras she was told that the new 2021 had more Technology and was more equipped. After getting home I showed her that she no longer had this and that . After speaking to the sales man and then to his supervisor Mr Diez he assured me he will check into it , the next day I got a call telling me that Tania Eubanks had approved the upgrading on what my mother in law lost on the new suv .
