I promise this is not an AI or paid review, even though it might sound like one. Performance Ford Bountiful is fantastic. I bought an F150 last year from them (shout out to Adam), and had a great experience. I also own a Mustang Mach E. Both have needed repairs that were covered under warranty, which is not a problem because the service group runs like a top. Their valet service is so convenient, their text message reminders are always helpful, and the mechanic video updates and check in calls from our Service Advisor Trey are always informative. Trey in particular is a rock star, he gives me the full picture of the work that's being done, decisions that need to be made, cost considerations, and answers my questions, and genuinely seems like he cares about the car and the overall service I'm receiving. It's a perfect blend of small shop communication with big-shop/dealership efficiency. I will continue to use Performance Ford Bountiful for my Ford-related needs. Much appreciated, guys!

I was 1000 miles from home when my new Ranger Raptor had - Arnold Oberg

I was 1000 miles from home when my new Ranger Raptor had 4x4 issues off-roading in Arches National Park. It was stuck in 4 low and flashing all kinds of warning lights. I was able to drive it in to Performance Ford of Moab and they started looking in to the problem immediately in spite of being short staffed that day. They worked on the problem the rest of that day and into the next. They discovered that Ford had not installed the hold down bracket or bolts securing the range sensor to the transfer case. There was no specific information available from Ford regarding the missing pieces so the techs had to come up with a solution on their own without the proper hardware being available. Their “temporary” fix has worked flawlessly for the 4000 miles we put on the truck to continue our journey and to return home to Alberta. A very sincere thanks to the Tech, Logan Randall and the 2 fellows assisting him and the Service advisor Levi Chadd. You guys have done your dealership, your profession, and your community proud.

The service manager, Ryan Rasmussen, stepped up and went way above and beyond to solve my issues. He turned a frustrating encounter into the best customer service experience I have ever had! I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with someone who truly cares about me as a customer.

Purchased on-line 12/29 delivered 1/5. Only one key fob, 2 keys, one of which did not work. Tire jack was missing. Vehicle had scratches and small dents not shown by sales staff. Tires needed immediate replacement due to wear and were not as represented by sales staff...pictures were sent, but lacked tire measurement depth. I paid for vehicle transport, not it being driver to my address. I would not have purchased this vehicle if the above issues were disclosed prior to purchase. Sales staff at Ken Garff Ford American Fork were not honest. Do not buy from this dealer.

The service department looks foe ways to force upsales on customers. I watched them ask manager as to what to do about a customers k&n filter, to clean it. Manager said no, I was shocked! Then said just replace it. That's stealing from the customers car. Those are not cheap, now he will have to purchase again, and pay for a new FORD filter. That's the way to steal from their customers.

Found the truck I was looking for and Brodie, our sales rep, did a good job of handling all the details. He continues to follow up with us afterwards, ensuring we are satisfied. About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!

wanted to buy a used car. when I got to the paperwork it was 7k over book. Salesman was so so pushy. No explanation on contract just tried to get me to sign as quick as possible. I should have been more observant but my lil kids were done being there. they took tgat to their advantage.
