I’ve never actually been to the dealership but every time whoever’s number you think this is goes there, I get texts about the appointment, the progress of the service, and when the service is completed, in addition to thank you messages. So I would rate your communication as top-notch… unfortunately the actual customer isn’t getting any of it. I’ve tried to call and let someone know, but here we are. Since we’re here, let me introduce myself! I am Sarah Fox, and I have the pleasure at serving as the Fundraising and Marketing Director for the Mountaineer Area Council of Scouting America, serving 18 counties in West Virginia, and 4 in Ohio. We serve 2000 kids— many of which are right there in the Wheeling area! On October 22, we will honor Lisa and Barry Allen as our 2026 distinguished citizens for the Wheeling/Ohio River Valley area, as well as our distinguished corporate citizen - the Wheeling Nailers! My Edge broke down due to a bad belt Paul had it wreckered in to the service Dept and Aaron and the service team had me back on the road in less than an hour. The atmosphere is friendly and animal friendly (2 dogs) everyone including the business office and sales team were are great as well thank you for making a unfortunate situation bright.

My Mike you certainly have a big fan base, mainly of mad people! Rated worst dealership in America!!! You don't want ripped off, scammed and your motor blown up, don't come here! Destroyed my engine when they were only told to fix a electricical issue and then denied they did anything!!! Goes in running perfect, comes out barely running, smoking, no power, and not starting! Don't take it there! Had to collect my truck with police assistance after 3 months in pieces by wrecker! already 13,000+ in debt to me Mike (that's how much damage Mike has already done to my truck) but Mike had the entire option to just turn this matter to his insurance, so people make mistakes? But nope! Mike has to save face and deny it all. Can't do wrong right Mike? But seems many others think you can?

Loyalty doesn't pay - leftstranded

Have had my cars serviced here for many years. One repair had to be re-diagnosed 3 times but mistakes happen and I kept coming back for upkeep such as oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.. Today my car died. I called for assistance and was told "we're busy, can't fit you in until next week"......so much for the loyalty. I won't be coming back.

Bought a used truck Friday 5/14. It went back to the dealership Saturday 5/15 on a rollback as it wouldn’t start and once I did get it started, had an engine light on. It’s been in the shop 4 days now and I’ve had one update without calling myself and asking for one. Also did not have a valid inspection sticker. However, my salesman Eric was great and has worked with me to get me in a loaner ASAP and touched base with me every day.

Dustin Martin is the rudest and the most unprofessional man. I called about a truck I really wanted. worked out a deal and set everything up with my own bank. They were going to deliver 5 hrs to me. When I told them that I will need to inspect the car they said it was a no. I told them no one buys a $32,000 pre owned no warranty with out at least looking under the hood. He said they already did that. I told him you must be kidding. Who takes the word of a used car salesmen? At which he got infuriated. I said if you're so confident in your inspection back it with a warranty? He said impossible. I had the check in hand and took it back to the bank. Horrible person, and horrible way to do business. There was no way I was going to give them my business. Found same truck with half the miles and certified per-owen 12 month bumper to bumper warranty and more options for same price. Thank God I didn't go with them. Way to many dealership out there that treat their customers right.

BUYER BEWARE: Don't let their reviews fool you. They used a 3rd party website called Birdeye to filter good reviews online and suppress the negatives ones. If you check all the other sites, the true story of how this dealership operates is right there. I had a terrible experience overall. I purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco with a Hardtop, because I saw it listed on Facebook. First issue was, they posted online they were selling for MSRP which is why I called, but then was told since I was paying cash for the vehicle, they would have to charge me $5,000 OVER STICKER because I wasn't financing it with them????? I finally got that negotiated back down to MSRP since I was trading a brand new paid for truck. They delivered the Bronco next the day and I wrote a 4K check for the difference in price plus the SOFT TOP I wanted since I didn’t want a hardtop bronco. They promised to send me my a fully functional soft top. 2 weeks later, my local dealership in Nashville, Tn called and said my soft top "fabric" came in. Perplexed, I called and asked what he was talking about? My local dealer said they received the fabric but not frame or side windows. So basically there is nothing you can do with this fabric. I paid extra for a full "soft top" for my new Ford Bronco and once the dealership figured out they messed up and looked up the wrong part and cost, they said they could not uphold the agreement and since the "WE OWE" stated "soft top" then they did all they could do and would not be sending me my soft top or be refunding my money. Jonathan Brown, in the customer service dept called me and said he was going to work on this and that was 2 weeks ago. I have called 4 different times and left messages with no response. Buyer BEWARE, read your paperwork closely and fill in the blanks that they dont. See attached photos. There are so many great dealers out there that do what they say they’re going to do. Do your homework and make same mistake I did giving this dealership your hard earned money.
