Recently had my Kia Sorrento in for bodywork ( oct.2014) Sherri in the service dept. was wonderful and the work done was exceptional! Their prices are extremely reasonable and as a hard working person I appreciated this most of all!! Service Dept is a joke. Told the guy on the phone what we believe to be wrong with the car. They said $100 to run a diagnostic test. Ran it, told me nothing, charged $100 & told to come back to check electrical wires costing $300 for 3 hours of labor. We believe the problem is a relay in the smart junction box. They could not confirm this. Issue started out driver side turn signal staying on even when car is off. It ended up draining battery & had to put in a new one. It's ridiculous this business is unable to confirm an issue. Nothing should be paid until problem is fixed correctly. Difficult to find a mechanic you can trust around here.

Multiple emails went unanswered (except by their chat bots). Tried for nearly 2 weeks to deal with Brian, but to no avail. Reaching out to Mike the sales manager didn't gain any results either. Found out that they sold the vehicle I had been trying to make a deal with them on. By far the least impressive company I've dealt with trying to buy a truck.

Worst experience ever! Manipulators, high pressure sales! Would never trust them again. They had the audacity to have you sign a contract and then hand you one key that won't work to start a remote start engine. Refused to make it good by getting the key fob for it. Vehicle has 77-80 decibels noise inside. Can't hear myself think!Said nothing they could do.
