I recently bought a new 2017 Ford Fiesta from freedom Ford. This is my first new car being purchased and I can not stand by the product, because being brand new, it runs great we will all see how the Fiesta holds up over time. I can though say that the service and the sales experience was excellent. I am a college student and they did everything they could to put me in a car for the payment that I needed to be at. Also while I was waiting to see how the paperwork turned out, I was approached by another salesmen and gave me a curtiousy ride in the new Focus rs, while we waited. So all in all they were great. I will definitely stay in the freedom Ford family.

I went there in hopes of purchasing a new Ford Focus. I was flipped in my current vehicle and not the best credit rating. From the moment I walked in until I left I felt like I was the only person there and that my needs were all that mattered. Colton was great and very professional and Tony went above and beyond to make my deal happen. I could not be happier.

Bad Experience , Used Truck sale - Chrislee1212
Drove in from out of town, made appointment ahead of time, had call to confirm we were still coming night prior, and morning of appointment.
Arrived and inspected the truck thoroughly and test drove it, discovered a couple of mechanical issues. One being exhaust manifold issue. As soon as this fault was mentioned to the sales guy and sales manager, they then acknowledged the issue and claimed that the truck was due in for service the next week.. repair is an 8 hour job. but yet it was for sale and they knew I came from 7 hours away. Would have been a known issue. This dealership clearly did not want to sell to us after this issue was discovered...hoping an out of town buyer would be a yes buyer and therefore do not disclose facts in the hope a buyer will accept sub par vehicle... ask all questions up front.... also surface rust over sprayed during detailing too....

I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this place. After dealing for a week about a vehicle I wanted, I called each day until the day I was coming over to get it, because I had to work. I let them know I was approved for a loan and we already negotiated a price. The day of, I called to tell them I was coming over to get it. Rick Floyd was very kind throughout the process, nothing on him, however he had left early that day and told me to get ahold of Dennis Crawford when I came in and he’ll help me with paperwork and get it all worked up. After a two hour drive I show up and ask for Dennis. He comes to me and says yes Rick called and told me you were coming but we just sold the truck. I thought he was kidding. He said, “No, you should have been here two hours ago. They are working on the paperwork now.” I called four hours before this. And they knew for a week I wanted it. Are you kidding me? How can anybody do this to someone. Dennis was absolutely unprofessional about it all and was extremely rude to me. Money over morals at Jenkins Ford in Buckhannon.

Brought my car in for and oil change and recall on the driver side door panel and to get a key fob programmed. Was greeted by a respectful and courteous service attendant. I was only there 45 minutes. As I waited in the lounge a salesman came through and asked if anybody needed anything or if we wanted him to make us popcorn. While we’re out here I will Always take my vehicles there. Was pleased.

Here is another review, because K.P. Ford does nothing but lie!!!! So again, I have a 2016 ford fusion, bought it brand new and have had nothing but trouble with it since day 1. Literally everything under the hood has been replaced, including the engine, and now it has been in the shop 3 times for the transmission. Of course, they drive it and say there is nothing wrong, we get it back and guess what, it breaks down. I have been told my FRED PARSONS AND GARY O'NEAL that things would be taken care of, they were talking with the corporate office, they say they want to make things right and they haven't done anything. They have gotten to the point where they wont even return phone calls. Messages have been left for FRED AND HEATHER (corp. office) and no response!!!! I recommend that you dont do business with them......you will be sorry if you do!!!!

Recently had my Kia Sorrento in for bodywork ( oct.2014) Sherri in the service dept. was wonderful and the work done was exceptional! Their prices are extremely reasonable and as a hard working person I appreciated this most of all!! As an aside ,The service dept. manager Jeff was very personable and it was nice to have initially been introduced to him!
