I have serviced my truck at Midway since I purchased it there. Just before a planned trip out of state I realized that I needed to renew my Registration and State Inspection Sticker. It was 4:30 in the afternoon the day before I was to leave when I arrived at the maintenance shop. I asked if there was anyway I could get the inspection done before they closed at 5:30. They did a bit of shuffling of work in progress to fit me in. I was out before closing without the worry of getting stopped for an expired sticker. Most of the other shops I have dealt with over the past 45 years would automatically say "make an appointment" without even asking any employees if they could fit me in. Midway is 5 star service

Have had my cars serviced here for many years. One repair had to be re-diagnosed 3 times but mistakes happen and I kept coming back for upkeep such as oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.. Today my car died. I called for assistance and was told "we're busy, can't fit you in until next week"......so much for the loyalty. I won't be coming back.

Service Dept is a joke. Told the guy on the phone what we believe to be wrong with the car. They said $100 to run a diagnostic test. Ran it, told me nothing, charged $100 & told to come back to check electrical wires costing $300 for 3 hours of labor. We believe the problem is a relay in the smart junction box. They could not confirm this. Issue started out driver side turn signal staying on even when car is off. It ended up draining battery & had to put in a new one. It's ridiculous this business is unable to confirm an issue. Nothing should be paid until problem is fixed correctly. Difficult to find a mechanic you can trust around here.

Dustin Martin is the rudest and the most unprofessional man. I called about a truck I really wanted. worked out a deal and set everything up with my own bank. They were going to deliver 5 hrs to me. When I told them that I will need to inspect the car they said it was a no. I told them no one buys a $32,000 pre owned no warranty with out at least looking under the hood. He said they already did that. I told him you must be kidding. Who takes the word of a used car salesmen? At which he got infuriated. I said if you're so confident in your inspection back it with a warranty? He said impossible. I had the check in hand and took it back to the bank. Horrible person, and horrible way to do business. There was no way I was going to give them my business. Found same truck with half the miles and certified per-owen 12 month bumper to bumper warranty and more options for same price. Thank God I didn't go with them. Way to many dealership out there that treat their customers right.

Astorg only cares if they are selling you a car. I Took my grandpa Rodney's 2013 ford focus in to have the transmission tested a few weeks back because it had a horrible slip in the transmission that almost caused me and my child to be hit while getting on the interstate. they blatently lied to my face and said the issue I was having was normal and that the only thing wrong with my focus was the battery and handed me a bunch of charts showing the "rpm test" it passed (spoiler alert it was just for the battery they didnt even touch the transmision). I asked to see the tests they had done since I had paid their service charge of 115$ and the guy finally admits they never even tested the transmission. so they basically just had my car all day to check my battery. when i told them the transmission was the issue they assured me it was fine until i called corperate and complained. then they decided to do the actual test i had paid for. confirmed my transmission was having an issue and slipping at just under 800rpm which is something that ford is having a class action lawsuit against currently for... I had been previously lied to by pioneer ford in marietta to the point where I was outside of the period to get it fixed under warranty (go figure) they would just say it was normal and refuse to even test it. Ford refuses to do anything to fix it and says its up to astorg or pioneer to fix it..they refuse to do anything but keep leading me on. What an actual joke. I will never be buying Another ford.

Recently had my Kia Sorrento in for bodywork ( oct.2014) Sherri in the service dept. was wonderful and the work done was exceptional! Their prices are extremely reasonable and as a hard working person I appreciated this most of all!! As an aside ,The service dept. manager Jeff was very personable and it was nice to have initially been introduced to him!

Took my car in for recalls they told me that I would need a timing belt @80,000 (mine had 70,000) which was a lie .it wasn't do to be replaced till150,000 ,they got my motor out of time and returned it to me like that when I complained they said it was running like it was when I dropped it off.I had to take it to another dealer to get the problem figured out by this time there was major motor problems cause by the timing ..the finally installed a low milage used motor ,it took over three months ..it's still not right it has a aful vibration .
