Pete my sales person was great, he’s very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. His boss, Chad had very little room for negotiating. Ended up getting the undercoating rust protection and lux protection which was part of the deal that I didn’t want. After looking at the undercoating process I wasn’t impressed, lots of missed areas, undercoating all over the exhaust, skid plates, and on the exterior of the rocker panels. Black tar/paint that smokes every drive. They didn’t bother to remove anything to get at the hard to reach spots, so there’s a lot of untreated areas. My fault for not saying anything but that’s what I kind of expected and didn’t want to spent the money for that reason anyway. Overall pretty good experience.

He showed me how many of the accessories worked before I took a test drive. Upon my return, he had some numbers for me and didn't pressure me to buy any extras I didn't want. Considering my past experiences at other dealerships that was unusual! Once I decided to buy, Brian helped answer other questions and set my phone app up. Justin in finance showed me many different options and never once pressured me to buy any options I didn't want. From the time I walked in until I walked out with my new truck, it was a friendly and relaxed experience!! I drove 30 miles to buy my new truck and will do it again! Bought a used BMW from these guys around 2020. First sign was shady financing- I was offered a single 11% APR rate and found 3% with a personal credit union. For comparison I recently purchased a used Mazda with Russ Darrow and they sent our info out to 32 banks to get us the best rate and ended up getting us 5% flat in 2025 which at the time was unheard of, beating the personal credit union rate I had come to the table with so there ARE places that do this better. The car got a flat tire 9 months after purchase so we towed it to the shop and said might as well have it checked out. At that time we found over 14k in critical repairs (we bought it for 17k 9mo ago). Their own shop, Zimbrick repairs explained to me that one of the issues was a large structural metal under plate of the car body was missing and I almost laughed out loud- it was something like 2k to replace. There is no way in xxxx that fell off while I was driving it, because I would have heard a large metal plate release from the underside of my car. These guys either sold us a lemon on purpose or did not do proper due diligence to know what they were selling - either of which are reasons to stay clear. They are more interested in a quick dollar than helping you find the car you need.
