After our purchase we found out the vehicle only had one key which is not even the original to the car. Contacted Chris and it took several attempts, only to have our email returned, not a phone call. Gave us one new key, but not a second. We just wanted two ACTUAL Chevrolet keys. We’ve purchased several vehicles from Runde’s and this was most disappointed I’ve been. They also wouldn’t budge on the price. We’ve tried to stay loyal because my deceased coworker, Dave Mullen, always talked so highly of the Runde boys. I didn’t feel the same loyalty. Especially, when it came to giving us such a simple thing as two Chevrolet keys. Profit over making the situation right.

Anna took the time to explain everything in detail, showed us all the options, and made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. We would purchase from this dealer again. The only negative was the detailing department closed at 5, so we did not get a final detail. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Christina Kemp! I actually checked on a 2018 Sportage online with Roxanna. Unfortunately today when I was able to get there Roxanna wasn't working but Shjonna was able to help me & I did purchase the Sportage. Shjonna was very friendly & I found out she's a cat lover. I have dealt with Ewald for years & I previously had a 2009 Chebrolet Cobalt which I traded in today for the Sportage. I would recommend either of these ladies.

Brakes on my F-350 got wonky at the beginning of my 1000 mi white-knuckle drive to Madison. I took it in to Kayser Heavy Truck service on 8/5/24, not expecting them to be able to get it into the shop anytime soon. Not only did I get a diagnosis right away, but they were nice enough to fit it into their schedule and begin repairs immediately. I also took the opportunity to have them replace the front tires and perform an alignment. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I don’t know everyone’s name but as a team, they had me on the road the next day. Shoutout to Jeremy for not only repairing my brakes and replacing tires; he also eliminated a slow leak in another tire that had confounded two other shops in the past. Experience matters! In short, the Kayser Heavy Truck service department got the job done right and fast, and at a reasonable cost. Highly Recommended!

My lease had ended and I was looking to purchase my vehicle. I set up an appointment at 11AM to speak with financial services. Someone started helping me by processing some of my information. I did not get into the office until 2 PM. Then I was finally serviced. I paid for my Title Fee and License Plate Fee. This is clearly shown in my paperwork. Much to my surprise I was stopped by the police for expired plates. Thank goodness I had the paperwork on my phone to show the officer. I contacted Dahl Automotive 2 days after signing my paperwork. They said I wasn't charged which I replied with a screenshot of my paperwork stating otherwise. The salesman helping me even acknowledged that I paid for it. I never received my new stickers for my plates. I had to pay for them again after being stopped by the police 5 times in 10 days. I purchased by car 7/28. 7/30 I contacted Dahl. After2 weeks of emails I was told I was a priority. After purchasing my own stickers, again, I quit emailing to see if they would contact me again. As of 9/8 that answer is no. Customer service is something that doesn't exist at Dahl automotive group. Commitment, honesty, integrity and respect for the individual seems to be lacking as well. I will never purchase another vehicle from Dahl. I will never have my vehicle serviced by Dahl. They are not listed on the Better Business Bureau to report them there.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in over 35 years of buying vehicles (and over 25 vehicles). The only reason I made the purchase is they had the exact car I wanted. But their service is horrific. Every time we make an appointment and even confirmed the service - they fail to deliver. Either they do not have the appointment in their system, or they continually reschedule. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend is close by and FAR better.

Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda Passport. Tried to schedule the appointment online, but never received a confirmation. I called a couple of days later, and they said they had no record of the appointment. Fast-forward to the day of our ‘by phone’ scheduled appointment. My wife was on her way through Stevens Point on other business. She checked in on time. She was told the oil change couldn’t be done because their computers were down. How weak is that excuse? Think outside the box? You couldn’t find one of those outdated multi-copy repair orders? No pens? Does the technician lose the ability to perform an oil change because the computers are ‘down’? We live 30 miles away. Give me a break? not a free car wash.
