My 2021 M440i had a chipped exhaust valve. BMW recommends replacing the engine in such cases as the piece of chipped value could further damage the engine. The price that I was quoted for a new engine was $36,000. When I said that I can not afford that much, the team at BMW began to look for other options. They decided to tear the engine apart at reduced labor rates to see if my current engine could be salvaged. In the end they replaced the chipped value and performed a thorough inspection to determine the chip was no longer inside the engine. In the end they were able to repair my car to it like new condition for $6,500. $6,500 is a lot but it is much less than $36,000. I will always return to Park Avenue BMW for my auto needs, be it service or sales.

I had a such a great (and quick!) experience at Ramsey Mazda, specifically with Chris Sabini. I already knew exactly what I wanted, and let Chris know ahead of time that I already went to another dealership so was looking to see if Ramsey could beat my already negotiated price. He made the process super easy and did not tease me with any sales back and forth. We were able to agree on a number for a lease and he was able to beat my expectations. No games, no waiting for a manager to approve for hours - just an easy lease deal.

This is our second Subaru from Ciocca and it was the most hassle-free experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We LOVE our Onyx Edition Subaru and the wonderful features it comes with. Plus the Turbo WOW and just the whole package including the black rims. Highly recommended to start your search at Ciocca because even if you don't buy a Subaru, you will find the vehicle that is right for you. But get a Subaru already! Also talk to Elvis who will put you at ease and help you through the entire sales process. Looking forward to years of safe driving. I have used DeFeo Kia since 2021 when I bought my Optima. There were 3 incidents where the oil plug was loose and it leaked out onto my driveway. The last time I brought it there, the pulley to open the hood was broken. I do not recommend this dealership.

I have the car oil change service before maturity date of 3 years lease. when I leased a car, I was explained (and the car sticker said) that i have complimentary, no charge, service up to 3 years of my lease. Today, unexpectedly, I paid the oil change charges because in reality I have just 3 oil changes complimentary for the 4th I am supposed to pay, as I was explained today. Previously, when I brought my car, it was cleaned and washed, today I got my car dirty, NO car wash. So, service at this dealership becomes worse and worse. I do not think I will deal with that dealership once again
