The service dept FaiIed to find the oil leak in our vehicle. Small leak. We picked the car up and were told there was no leak. The service manager stated if it was there our service tech would have found it. He was almost able to convince me I was wrong. Not a nice person, narcissistic at a minimum. This man has been there for sometime making me think the judgement of this dealership is poor for letting him continue to be employed with there. I really couldn't see the man employed anywhere at let alone here. He may know someone at the company I'm guessing because he is not a good person. He insisted at that time there work was completed and to make another appointment. The arrogant attitude and look on his face was the all there. I still have an oil leak as described. I crawled under the car and found the leak. Don't ever leave that service dept. Because that man expects it to happen. He expects repect he doesn't deserve.

By far the worst experience I have had with a dealership. I called 5 days in advance to make an appointment to test drive a used car on their lot. I live out of state and informed the sales team of this when scheduling the test drive. I kept the dealership updated leading up to the appointment and even confirmed that appointment same day. After driving nearly 6 hours I arrived only to find out they sold the car I was scheduled to see. There was no courtesy call to let me know it was being sold. They also did not inform me of their no-hold policy when I arranged this appointment. This is not an uncommon policy, but transparency and clear communication is important to good business. This was not the way to treat a customer. I would highly recommend searching elsewhere for your next car purchase.

2nd request for service while receiving milage service and inspection. (Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!

Had a very good ordering and buying experience at John Kennedy Ford of Phoenixville. I worked with Dillon S and Jesus D provided some updates. Did the Final checkout with Jim M. Called and went into many other dealers in my area to order a 2024 Dark Horse most were playing the usual markup and allocation games. But at John Kennedy Ford of Phoenixville, they were truthful about the whole prosses they said it might not get built its up to Ford. But showed me they had an allocation on order and it was available to be changed to what I wanted. So, I went in and placed the order on 4/19/24 they did not even want a deposit I offered and they told me it is not needed. Almost all dealers want at least $500 down. Then on 5/22/24 I was updated that my order now received a vin this pretty much guarantees it will be built by Ford. At this point I asked if they wanted a deposit, they just replied back not to worry the Dark Horse is mine. they then gave me the vin so I could track it on fords build tracker I checked that thing like 50 times a day lol. They updated me along the way for all the build stuff like when the window sticker was available and when it was shipping out. Car was built from 8/12/24-8/18/24 it shipped out on 8/20/24 and got to them on 9/4/24 I picked it up the same day. They even followed all my special requests such as not to wash it or peel the protective stuff off. as it was going to a detailer to get Full PPF. The day of pickup they asked what accessories I wanted installed such as the Front splitter, gurney flap, under body strakes, I asked for all to be installed except the wheel locks. and of course there was no mark up on the limited production Dark Horse just MSRP how it should be no games were played just a very good experience all round.

So I had a great experience with Brian ,bought my truck on Friday..then here comes the problem. I gave Patrick a check ,and he promised to wait till I transferred money into my checking account and wrote out the check,,trusted him that he would wait then I woke up today to the check being cashed..Well that ruined my day..So instead of putting up my Christmas decorations,,I was running around Tommy bank, then my card was turned down at the Acme.. Gave them whatever cash I had.to pay for groceries. My blood pressure was out of control today. All I wanted was a nice experience ND to be excited about my new Bronco ,but instead it turned into a nightmare for me..I will say they are trying to fix it ,but it should have never happened in the first place..im sooo miserable today.took all the fun out of having and buying a new car.

Service Advisor goes to my car, takes a look - clearly sees that antenna base is broken, says we need to order parts - so we fix a date on Saturday few weeks later so that when I came they all, including Antenna Base, are in place to repair... so yesterday, on Friday, I call Service Dept to confirm that the parts are in place - yes, says some lady manning the desk... I came this Saturday only to hear that the Service Advisor never ever ordered that Antenna Base ... the question is what kind of people Shultz hires ? no integrity, no customer care ... for the record, I am customer #395782, refer to invoice #FOCS64186 ... may be instead of spending money on ads you can spend money hiring proper employees

I would recommend him for a square deal and help in setting up all the electronics and Ford perks. I looked at 6 dealers and Tim was very pleasant helped us a great deal. Tim worked with Jordan Gollmer (finance mgr.) and got me a better rate than my own credit union.

Bait and switch/false advertising. Dealer sends me coupons but does not honor them despite the email stating "For your vehicle (and my vin number indicated there)." This is going on for 4 years now and not once have they honored their coupons. I am done with the lies. I will seek another dealer that is honest and does not play that bait and switch/false advertising game with the consumer. Diagnosis information in regard to tires and brakes stated that my front brakes and front tires have less wear than my rear brakes and rear tires. Everyone knows that the front tires and brakes always wear faster than the rears. Incompetent service people. The paperwork also stated the oil type used and that was wrong oil for my vehicle. Stay away from this dealer if you want good competent service.

Worst Buying Experience Ever!!! Vehicle was filthy and wasn't even taken through the shop for a thorough inspection. I spent two hours waiting for these guys to get my deal closed and even after walking around the vehicle with the sales guy.......he never once offered to have the vehicle taken to the wash bay or recon department. Nothing. Of course after the sale, they offered to send me a little something to help with the cost of having the vehicle cleaned up. A $25.00 freakin' gift card! I purchased an extended warranty but decided to cancel it after two months. I hounded these SOBs for two straight weeks to get that warranty canceled to no avail. I ended up canceling it myself. Poor customer relations, poor communications and very poor follow-up with regards to my concerns. Arrogance, entitlement and laziness to be in full supply at Bean's of Exton. Never, ever again!

I was walking around while in Service and the Manager Dave Hetzel was very kind and professional. He talked to me for a little about a new F150 and I will be honest it piqued my interest. He got me with one of his team members and gave a thorough explanation of everything. They even appraised my car while it was in service, and gave me numbers that made sense enough to bring my wife back and see if she was good with it. All in all not what I was expecting from just a service appointment but I am very happy with the team at Fred Beans!

I went here last week and wanted to buy a used ford ranger, they put in the deal a $3500 warranty that I didn't want, salesman wouldn't drop it . So I left. The next day I called and asked him if he was going to sell the truck to me, he said I'll call you back. Half hour later he calls and says we will drop the warranty but you have to finance with us. I said why would I want to finance with you, when I can get financing through my credit union 3% cheaper. They wouldn't sell me the truck. So I filed a complaint with CFPB. I would not recommend this dealership, their just trying to make more money on all this xxxxxxxx. Be careful if you go here.

I found this dealership on Autotrader as I was looking for a Toyota Avalon to replace the one destroyed by a deer. They gave me a deeply discounted price on the 2000 Avalon in the ad. It was well worth the 150 miles I drove from Maryland to pick it up and drive it home. The entire transaction went smoothly and they only charged me $99 for dealer prep and that included the 60-day Pennsylvania T-tag. A truly stress free experience and I would drive the 150 miles again to do business with them. Kudos to Squire and Conor!
