BEWARE - Scheduled a 70K service for $99.99 and during checkout, the total bill was over $450. Advisor Matthew said they had to do the 30K instead of the 70K that I requested. Advisor even questioned air filter / cabin filter and I declined since it didnt come with the 70K service. Very sleazy bait and switch. Please remove me as customer from your mailing list. I wont be back for service or to purchase my next truck!

I recently bought a vehicle from Covert Ford, and I was very satisfied with the sales process, everything was thorough, and I got in and out pretty quickly. This review is more about the dealership itself more than the sales process, like most people will usually write about. Only one word describes this dealership: Old. This dealership is in need of a renovation BADLY. Their smaller dealership, Covert Ford of Hutto, looks WAY more modern and inviting than their main Covert location in Austin. The sales floor looks like it’s stuck in the 80’s, the service advisors are working out of CLOSETS, and the parts “department”, if you can call it that, it’s literally a small room with a mini office. The formal “delivery” area is three small parking stalls at the front of the dealership. I don’t get it, their Bee Cave GMC dealer is BRAND NEW and looks AMAZING, but their main Ford dealership, looks so incredibly run down and old! Because of the old layout of the dealer, and how run down it looks, it doesn’t seem like a very inviting place for me to bring my vehicle for service. I’d rather go to Mac Haik in Georgetown where the dealership looks very inviting, modern, and in a nice area. Sales process and deals are great at this dealer, the dealership itself, is in DIRE need of a makeover.

We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). We closed the purchase and will close the other purchase when the located vehicle arrives! Can't say enough about these wonderful ladies!!! The service department cannot competently diagnose and repair my 2019 F-150. The truck had issues starting. I was told it was the battery. I replaced the battery. The issue persisted. I was told it was the starter, and Arrow Ford replaced the starter. This did not fix the issue. I was then told it was the fuel pump, and Arrow Ford replaced the fuel pump. The truck still has issues starting. This dealership cannot fix the problem. I will not be back.

Do NOT recommend custom ordering from BlueBonnet Ford…. Even for the most common/best selling 2025 F150…. Placed order January 2025, supposed to take 6-8 weeks, and it requires threats to engage my attorney and talk to the general manager to get my deposit back for them to even contact ford to see why it has taken EIGHT MONTHS to even assign a VIN or start building. Taken so long Ford corp order tracking system gave up sending me notices every 45 days that they haven’t even started on it. Note: been calling the sales guy every 2 months to learn he knows nothing and doesn’t seem to care. FFS they are starting custom orders on 2026 in just 2 more months.

I bought my car there, only put 5k miles on it in 2 years since I work from home, took my car in, because it was going into limp mode and would only go 10 mps even if floored. They insisted on repairing throttle botty an accelerator pedal, even though a week before I paid a mechanic to do the same thing. But they insisted it was still broken for that same reason because the mechanic used OEM parts. MIND you it’s a ford and he used FORD OEM parts, and I knew they were wrong, but they insisted I was instead. And fixed it anyways. Gave me my car back after 1800.00 for the repair. And within a day I was stranded in the dark and rain. I had to tow it back to them. The car was still in limp mode and would not work properly. They then assured me they knew it was the PCM and wire harness. 2300 dollars later, they said it was good, I picked it up and again broke down in the dark even later with my children. Towed again to ford the next morning, they said there was nothing wrong with their work,. Even though I just paid them to fix the problem twice and the same issue. LIMP MODE and not drivable. They then told me due to the age of the car, and miles id put on it they were going to refuse future service. Really, they didn't know what was wrong and were mad I wanted my money back. I told them then to bring it back since it was towed there and I wasn't going to put myself or kids in it and break down again since they hadn't fixed xxxx. It's been in my driveway since then and I still can't drive it. They were rude, didn't fix anything. It still doing the exact same thing, they obviously don't even know how to repair the car. WORST SERVICE ever, and out over 3k for a car that still goes into limp mode so obviously they didn't fix the issue. I couldn't even get a manager to call me back, only the xxxx service tech Will and some chick claiming to be the customer relations lady, but she was a total idiot and didnt help and made me feel like i was int he wrong for even being mad it wasn't fixed. Also charged me 150 dollars to fix the ac since it was only working on driver side, it also still doesn't work. So, they charged me for a bunch of repairs and none of them are done, the car doesn't work and neither does the AC. Austin Salinas the manager wouldn't even call me back. And they had my car for a total of over 6months you'd thing in all that time they could figure it out. I'll never buy a car from ford again or have them repair another thing. Everyone gets to hear my story on their performance.

That was back in March—and I’ve been dealing with problems ever since. The so-called “extended warranty” is nothing short of a nightmare. You’ll end up paying more in rental car fees than the cost of the warranty itself. Their warranty claim process drags on for weeks, leaving your car sitting at the service center while you’re stuck paying out of pocket for transportation. I’ve had to take this vehicle in four separate times for service. To avoid piling on more rental fees, I eventually paid the invoice out of pocket—even though the warranty should have covered it. This dealership prioritizes their bottom line over their customers’ well-being. If you’re thinking about buying from here, I strongly urge you to think twice. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Me hicieron gastar mi tiempo 2 veces el encargado de mantenimiento le cambio partes y el problema no lo arreglaron . Me decian que corriera la camioneta para que comenzara a enfriar un jefe de mantenimiento que diga es lo mas estupido.al final me dijo que la llevara a un dealer de GMC el gerente y la vendedora hablaba perfecto español. Ellos abusan de los hispanos que no leemos los contratos. Por fabor gente latina mucho cuidado , no le deseo a nadie mi tan mala experiencia , algo mas tengan cuidado con la garantia. La compre con 35,885 millas y cuando regrese con ellos tenia 100 millas mas de 36 mil ya no tenia garantia del aire. Ellos me vendieron una aseguranza el costo es mas de 5000 dollares .y ellos usaron esa aseguranza segun para arreglarla y nomas sacaron mas dinero para ellos por no sirvio de nada las partes que pusieron. En otro lugar pusieron nueva compresora . No recomiendo este lugar no les doy ni una estrella .

As we were getting ready to head south our air conditioning on our 2023 expedition started to act up and only blow hot air . 3:00 pm on a Friday and 500 miles from home and heater on full blast would have been an unbearable drive. We rolled in to dealership and I must say I have never been treated better. They took it in and worked their magic and an hour later we had cold ac and vehicle was fixed . I know its under warranty and however we bought our vehicle in south texas . They could of easily said we are busy come back Monday however they went above and beyond.
