Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.

When I arrived at service, they went over what I had scheduled. They said it was an oil change and an inspection. I said I didn't mean to schedule an oil change, I just want an inspection, which was free since I bought it from them. At checkout, all of the sudden, I have a $125 bill for a synthetic oil change. Not impressed that they did not listen to what I wanted, and that they still charged me the full amount. Despite the free inspection, unfortunately I don't think I will be scheduling service there anymore. Unfortunately since the sales department exceeded expectations. I'm a firm believer that you judge a dealership based on their service.

We called K & R to say we were interested in a car and Teddy answered and invited us to see it. They were really busy when we got there but we were greeted immediately by several friendly staff and while Teddy was on a test-drive, he had the car ready and already started, so we could look it over. As soon as he became available, he ran to us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. From that point on, he did everything he could to answer our questions and m ake us feel comfortable. My test drive with him was a great time, as he is friendly and fun! Best car purchase ever and I'm 61 (don't know how many cars I've owned, but it's a lot). I highly recommend Teddy and will go back to K & R again If I ever need another vehicle. Oh, I love the car! It was a fair price and though we went to 2 other auto sales, I'm glad we shopped at K & R in Auburn, ME.

Had the best car buying experience with Goodwins and Ralph D'Angleo. We traded in our Mercedes for a new Volvo SUV. The service from the crew at Goodwin's far exceeded the service you expected to receive from a Mercedes dealership. No pressure whatsoever. Looked at several different models, test drove 3 of them. Ralph wanted to make sure we landed in the vehicle that worked for us, not him. He explained the differences, worked #'s with us several times until we made a decision. Both Ralph and Jared Mailhot stayed after hours on a Saturday to assist us with our purchase. Highly recommend this dealership and Ralph D'Angelo for your car buying needs. The customer service it top notice and you are treated like royalty both in the buying process and the service area.

The car we purchased was a problem child from the moment we drove it off the lot. They said they fixed things they didn’t, dodged our phone calls, and refused to work with us when we asked to swap/trade it for another vehicle. The vehicle itself was a complete lemon, was in the shop literally every 2-3 weeks and cost us way more than it was worth, but they refused to help us figure out how to get out from under it. The shop and sales office is a total dump and incredibly sketchy. we will never ever go back and are telling everybody we know to avoid it.

I bought a car from Tyler. Traded a car in that was flawless expect same from dealer. It was pouring rain asked about scratches etc in paint he said was fine. I washed car this morning have scratches on hood sides of car and rear bumper. Brian called from dealership advised that I would not have bought car if I knew there were all those cstaches in paint. It was not sunny out could not see any issues. Brian should have said what can we do to help you, offered no suggestions said car is yours.HONESTY IS THE BEST SALESMAN!

The experience I had buying from the Charlie's family in Augusta was basically perfect. They worked with me tirelessly to put me into a car that suited all my criteria. They worked through the night trying to meet my needs and one of the managers talked to me at 9;00PM and offered me what I needed to make a car purchase happen! They showed serious compassion and customer service. I am extremely happy with my new car and I would recommend Charlie's to anyone out there looking to get a new/used car.
