Our sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He could answer ALL of our questions and was very forthcoming, not pushing or out of the way at all. He was accommodating and kind. He was also patient staying after close to finalize a deal. We will certainly be back for future purchases and dealings. Highly recommend! The *only* negative is that your final payment is never your final payment and that’s frustrating because we understand the importance of protecting your vehicle and future expenses but not everyone can afford to keep adding “just $20” or “just $40”. I wish they’d come up with a way to propose pricing for folks including these packages prior to giving you a payment estimate. I wouldn’t agree to a $900 payment but I would a $760.. then you add in the “necessary” packages (which are great, honestly) and it becomes more than you can afford. You’ve gotten your hopes up for a vehicle that suddenly becomes out of your budget and you feel guilty for not protecting your vehicle comprehensively. I don’t like that at all. I do appreciate the pay scale for their sales persons as it offers some competition but also ensures they’re helping customers into realistic options by paying employees fairly across the board and not based on vehicle sales. Everything in this process was smooth. The digitized forms. The customer friendly interface. Their relationship with their bankers and interest rates. Honestly, a wonderful experience overall.
