Lack of Communication and Customer Service – NOT @ Blasius GMC After having a bad experience at a local used car dealership, I was kind of skeptical about going to another used car dealership. However, following an online search, I discovered Blasius GMC had the Mercedes E300 I was searching for. Mr. Gene Footman, reached out to me that Friday morning to set up a test drive the following day. Gene exemplified what customer service in yesteryears used to be; Gene was not pressured to make the sale, he communicated effectively and was transparent throughout the entire process. I commend Gene on his attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, which are rare today. Now unto Mr. Chris Prevosk, a veteran business manager. Chris was great, finding me the best financing deal selling me the extended services I needed, and not overcomplicating the process. Chris’s comical sense of humor and meticulous attention to detail made the transaction effortless and seamless. After 1 week, my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase and hope to do business again at GMC Blasius. Communication and customer service are not dead, especially at Blasius GMC. As crooked as a 3 dollar bill. Keep a careful eye on exactly what they write in your contract. When they say it's "close enough" or "it doesn't have to be exact", you know they are acting extremely specific and intentional. All the "close enough" numbers will all work out in their favor.... odometer, sales price, tax, especially trade-in, and DEFINITELY the pay-off amount of any loan you might have. Looking back at all the numbers and notes, not a single set of numbers matched, not one. The salesman stripped all the screws that hold the license plate, when I ask for a folder they didn't have one so he went and got a very old, very used and worn out manilla folder that was prob taken from the garbage can. Anything they need to "go check on" will take all day, so you're left triddling your thumbs literally all day (6-8 hours, both times, for me), with no amenities whatsoever, even the bathroom was locked. After this experience, I wouldn't buy a pencil from them.

Above excellent. I went to three Toyota dealerships yesterday and was given the run around and was lied to. I came to this Buick dealership and they took very good care of me. Left with a brand new 2025 Buick Encore which is the color I wanted and the model I wanted. I am more than pleased with my experience, and have already recommended someone to that dealership. 6/5/25-came in at noon for a scheduled oil change. Drove through the service door to the service writers area as usual. I stepped out of my car. I was standing there for 12 minutes without a single acknowledgment from the 3 service writers who were sitting there doing nothing. Eventually one of them asked me this in these exact words-“are you a customer not being helped?” I replied “ for the last 12 minutes yes!” Unreal. Then I asked how much it would cost to have the spark plugs changed on my 4 cylinder Terrain. $660 was the quote. She did not know that I was quoted a much lower price when I called a few weeks ago. I came here out of need since most other places near me were booked for weeks. If you know what’s good for you, stay far far away from this place. Never again…

Salesman Marty Hall’s integrity and honesty are second to none! Marty helped me build a truck, I put down a $1000 deposit and we were waiting for GMC to confirm the build. A week later I got a call from another dealer who was allocated a build. I called Marty and he refunded my deposit immediately. Marty Hall gives salesman a great name! He will be my go-to salesman in the future!!!
