The Lincoln dealership was willing to go 5k but the appraiser at Solomon’s only offered 1200 hundred. Big discrepancy between the two. But my wife got a car that she likes. (Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!

Shults Ford is a big ripoff. Our Granddaughter took her 2013 Escape to have a check engine light to see what the problem was. Service department said the the engine was scorched and the she needed a new engine. She took her Escape to another mechanic and they told her that she needed more anti-freeze. there was nothing wrong with the engine. The other mechanic said that they never looked at the engine, because the area was still dirty that they were supposed to check.
