DO NOT BUY HERE. Sold a dangerous, fraudulent car that suffered a near-fatal failure. my mother bought a vehicle from this dealership two months ago. The staff explicitly admitted the car had pre-existing safety hazards—specifically the left inner/outer tie rods and failing brakes—and told her she had to pay extra money to fix them and inspection. They also completely hid a major prior crash, which I discovered because the aftermarket hood does not sit or latch safely.Despite regular maintenance (including checking and adding oil a week ago), the car suffered a catastrophic explosion while my mother was driving on I-80E right after the bridge right before the george n. craig travel plaza. The engine threw a rod, blew open the back of the motor, and completely SEVERED THE BRAKE LINES on the highway. She barely avoided a fatal crash at 74 years old no less and was left stranded at a highway rest stop with a destroyed engine and no brakes.When I reached out for help to safely retrieve her belongings and resolve this nightmare, the General Manager completely ignored my emergency messages and left us stranded.This dealership knowingly sells dangerous, un-inspected vehicles and hides prior accident histories and slips the fraudulent carfax out of the folder they give you so you cant prove it I am currently filing official auto fraud complaints with the State Attorney General and the DMV Licensing Division. Save your life and your money go ANYWHERE else. Help spread the word for everyones safety!

Even though the dealership is four hours away, I will absolutely make the trip again when it’s time for my next vehicle. John DeMartino went above and beyond — he made sure the vehicle was fully ready before I arrived, kept me updated with calls and texts so I never had to waste time with unnecessary steps, and was 100% upfront and honest throughout the process. I bought a 2021 GMC Sierra back in August 2024. Mike Rush was super helpful and professional. Early in January 2025 I called about a tire pressure issue. It turns out when the dealership rotated the tires, they didn’t reprogram the tire sensors to match. , as they did all the work from day 1 being a lease for 3 years. All the tires and indicators didn’t match up I called to talk to Mike but, he didn’t work there anymore so I talked to whoever answered the phone. That guy wouldn’t give me the time of day, I asked if he could just reprogram the tires since the problem originated there. He said I do t owe you anything! Wow, I guess once they sell you the truck you are dead to them. I went to a tire place and they did that for free. Such an easy fix to make a customer happy and they blew it. I will never buy from them again. I ended the call with if Mike Rush was there he would have helped me. They never even bothered looking up my name, sale, or truck history. I later looked on GMC rewards and saw I get a free tire rotation. He would have known that if he bothered to look. Again they lost a customer over something so easy to fix that was their mistake to begin with. If I knew where Mike worked at I would buy from them next.

They called the police on me for 'stealing a rental' while I was in the hospital. Blaise Mazda sold me a car with one fob thst only works part time. It finally died, and I was referred to Blaise GMC. They ordered me a key, but would not come to me to program the fob, or tow the car. They were kind enough to give me a rental, as I was having a major surgery. I get out of the hospital to a message saying they reported it stolen. They said they'd send a tow truck to my house to get my car, and I can return the rental. No, no. They sent a driver to pick up the rental. The drivers were kind, and agreed that my decision was ridiculous. He called someone at the dealership, and they called the POLICE. They told the police there was no rental agreement and that I was 'racking up tickets' which the cop immediately shot down, as i had a copy of the rental agreement, hospital discharge paperwork, and he ran my information prior to coming. To make matters even crazier, they vehicle upgrade manager, Larry, called the animal shelter I work and and said that someone 'dumped a domestic rabbit in his yard' and that it needed to be rescued. I have never in my life experienced something this insanely unprofessional. So now I'm out almost 1000 for new fobs.

Wish I could leave a zero. I found a new car on their website that we have been looking for. Spoke with “Jess” who said it was still available. Scheduled and appointment to look at the vehicle as we had to drive 2 hours to get there. I was told to meet “Nate” when I got there. I called before leaving to verify the vehicle was still there and the exact location. The vehicle was still available. When arriving two hours later, I walked in the store and asked for Nate. Nate wasn’t there. I told the guy that greeted me why I was there and he had no clue what I was talking about. After an hour of searching and phone calls the manager finally had to admit the car was not at that location but another location and was sold. So I’m busy calculating the time(6 Hrs) mileage(214), and expenses($65 at Applebee’s to soothe my wife)I incurred for the incompetence of a unprofessional “Family owned” business.

I was going to order a 2023 GMC Yukon SLT off them. After sitting down with them they told me they would not offer my Dads GM employee pricing that they did not have to offer. Since they are in high demand. After calling 4 other dealerships near them. They said they would offer with no mark up. Shame on Jennings for lining their pockets over loyalty. Brought all my vehicles to get serviced. No more! They lost a life long customer.
