I even mentioned that I wanted to get it in tax year 2024 in case it is discontinued. Dishonest and shady. I don't know how people could look someone in the eye as they steal your money. Bought a used f150 for $56,000 didnt even bicker about price, when deal was done ,went to drive away i was given one key fob, they said they either lost it or never had it (the second one), either way they told me to go to ford ,get an estimate,n let them know the cost,well the cost was $460.00, I guess i wont see nothing from them cause they wont return my calls or texts, ridiculous cause i cant program doors n locks without both keys N they should step up n be responsible for that

A total waste of my time. When given my budget, they never stayed with In it. Mr. Patel was not knowledgeable at all and in fact I found him insulting. He honestly didn't know what he was doing or talking about. I can with the intent to buy and walked out incredibly disappointed. By the end of the night, I went to another dealership who was more knowledgeable and went home with a new car from someone else. Mr. Patel is a detriment to the dealership.

I needed a tire for my car due to a bubble on the side. I do a lot of highway miles so I needed the tire changed ASAP. I called several Acura dealers and several other tire locations and could not believe not one had the particular tire. I called Kevil and spoke to Carlo who told me he could have the tire by 3. When I arrived at 4 I spoke with Jeff. He knew about the car and squeezed me in to fix the tire. I was in and out in an hour. When it's time for another car I will surely visit this dealer.

Complained about radio display screen going blank several times while truck was still under warranty. Service department could not find anything wrong because it was working when at the dealers. Last time I went in for service I told them screen was still going blank. Somehow by Voodoo magic they knew what was wrong and it would cost $389.17 and sorry its out of warranty. Contacted G.M. and they made a deal with Sylvester to cut my price in half. There warrant is worthless.
