BUYER BEWARE! Shottenkirk Nissan/Riverside Nissan are a bunch of scam artists and dishonest! JT (think he’s gone), Tori the Finance Manager, and Sarah Kate are soulless snakes who will lie, cheat and steal from you! Sold me a 2024 Titan Platinum Reserve with 2,200 miles for $54,000. Was told it was Certified Preowned and a Nissan Fleet Vehicle. Complete lie! The truck had all the certified preowned stickers on the truck which Shottenkirk/Riverside, Shottenkirk Hyundai and Honda are still doing on NON-Certified vehicles! Got the truck home and found out it wasn’t certified and couldn’t get the hood to open! Called them to ask what to do, lots of xx and never got a call back. Truck sat in Nissan of Cumming for 10 days and was told it needed body work to align the hood. Estimates from collision shops for $2,000 to $10,000 to fix the front end. Had to get Nissan executives and USA all the way up to Japan to get involved and almost 2 months later the truck was replaced by Nissan. STAY AWAY!

First off let me say this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The people are so friendly. Cindy made me feel so welcome. The owner came and introduced himself to me. Even the owners fur baby came and loved on me. The first day I took my truck and got it appraised and Cindy helped me choose a vehicle that fit what I needed. I was able to go home and think about it. Then I filled out the application online. When I tell you I went back, signed all of my paperwork and was out in less than 2 hrs. Cindy sat in the car and made sure I was connected to the FordPass and my truck. Make sure when you go you ask for her. She will do you right. Thank you so much Pioneer!!!

I had the best car buying experience with this dealer. Robbie, Harvey and the GM Sam were patient with me and were able to get me in my dream car within my budget. They were honest, kind and most importantly they stayed in contact AFTER the sale to make sure I was happy. This was my first time buying out of state. The process couldn't have been any smoother. 2009 Chrysler Town and Country - Bcc

They did provide a car fax but I did not look at the mileages. The vehicle had a mileage discrepancy and their ad showed the incorrect mileage. They did not disclose this and just passed the odometer discrepancy paper shuffled in with the other multitude of papers you have to sign. READ EVERY DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY OF THEM. Two weeks later, the sensors in the transmission went out. When I called them about the problem and the discrepancy, they did give me a small refund to make me go away. If I had known I was buying a vehicle that had an unknown amount of miles, I would not have bought it. Their excuse was that they priced the car accordingly. Now I have a vehicle that will be really hard to resell when I turn my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica into my next work vehicle. If they were really honest, they would have not placed an ad with the incorrect mileage or they would have disclosed. Chris telling me he did not know is not believable. The repairs still cost me $1200. The tires were also undersized and had to be replaced ($400). No used car is perfect, but I would have went to my 2nd choice. I ended up paying over $8000 and ended up at $9350.

This is the worst car dealership. Buyer be warned if you purchase a jeep from here you will be begging for anyone to take it off your hands. Their jeeps sell as cheap as they do because it's all crap under the hood. They will not stand by their work. And will not fix a single problem you have. Do not buy from them. You will regret your purchase.

My wife and I just bought a GMC Terrain from the sales guy, J P Windham, and the owner, Matt Woods, today. We have bought several vehicles from Matt's dad, Jim Woods over the years, starting back in the '90's when I did have hair and I didn't have a belly, and we have always felt like we got treated very well, especially compared to other dealers. We had bought a Town & Country from the JAS Select lot back in March. Our salesman was Mark Kilgore, and he did a great job getting us into the van, but we had no end of problems out of that vehicle. Every single thing about the van was fantastic except for the fact that at random intervals, roughly every two weeks, it wouldn't start or even try to turn over. Sit twenty to thirty minutes and it would crank like normal. It spent so much time in the shop between then and now that we'd never really gotten to enjoy it at all, always worried my wife would be stranded somewhere in this terrible heat, though Mark went way beyond and above what any car salesman I've ever dealt with in my life would do. When my wife was stranded picking up groceries at Wal-Mart, Mark drove another vehicle to her there, moved all of the groceries over, and moved over a baby seat and got it fastened in. Has your car salesman ever done that? Not only did they cover all of the exploratory shop work on the van, but they paid untold $$$ out on towing and providing us with other transportation while the van was being worked on. They treated us very kindly throughout the ordeal, and as a customer service rep myself, I KNOW that that's hard to do sometimes, depending on the customer and how in the back of your head you know you're losing money on the deal. I can't thank Mark enough for how he took care of us in this super-stressful situation. My wife lost all faith in the van, so we decided to change to something else. We test drove the Terrain for a few days. It's a great vehicle, and Matt really treated us extra fairly on the pricing and all of the details of the sale. It's one of the nicest vehicles we've ever owned, and we feel very good about the trade. I can't brag on them enough about how they bent over backwards to relieve the bad situation we were stuck in, and I'll end this by just saying that if you're looking for a new vehicle do yourself a favor and go see Mark Kilgore, J P Windham or Matt Woods at the Jasper Auto Sales Select lot.

very disappointed - car buyer

After looking for a car for almost 2 months and talking to the salesmen at Yes Auto several times I bought a cute little car. I increased my price several times so I could get a newer car with fewer miles. The car smelled great because it had just been detailed. Once the strong detail smell wore off the cigarette smell started to come thru. It is so strong I don't even want to drive the car. When I went back to complain they said they would have a guy call me who I could pay to have it detailed again. No one called me. This is not going to help. I am ready to sell the car I have only driven a couple hundred miles. Beware if you buy from them.
