I visited Heyward Allen today for the first time. I was greeted by the very kind receptionist holding the door open for me when I arrived. She immediately started looking for a sales agent for me and apologized it was taking longer than expected. All the agents were working with customers. The wait was worth it. As soon as available Luke came to introduce himself and asked how he could help. I told him I was there to look at 2 trucks listed on the website. He went to get the keys to them but one still wasn’t quite ready for the lot. He showed us the available Colorado and let me drive it. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly he was not pushing us to buy the truck!! After going to many other dealerships and dealing with pushy sales people I was very appreciative he didn’t try to push me to buy the truck or try to upsell me to something I couldn’t afford. Needless to say he won my business and I’m a proud owner of a new, used 2020 Chevy Colorado! I’m also impressed with the gentleman, Sean who helped us with the Financial aspect of the sale. We told him what we had for a down payment and about how much we needed the monthly payments to be. He made it happen with no back and forth negotiation which was very pleasant. They made up a lie about my credit it was totally false because I was already approved through GM for financing. They caused me to waste time and money. This should be considered fraud. In Georgia for military assignment. A handyman recommended Hamby for my vehicle's service. I needed a fuel filter replacement. I called Service and a nice lady named Brandi gave me an appointment. I went in the day of appointment at 10 a.m. and she tested my truck and wrote up my paperwork. Work was completed and at 1043 a.m. she accompanied me to the cashier. There, the cashier with initials AH was quick and very nice as well. I mentioned to her, I liked her writing pen I used to sign paperwork. She gave the pen to me! I was so pleased with the service as well as the friendly and welcoming attitude. My Suburban is new, 2023, so I won't be buying anytime soon, but I will recommend family members to buy from Hamby Automotive. The people here made my day very pleasant!!!! Thank you!!

I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle. The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.
