Vehicles extremely clean and well cared for. Had a private mechanic look over the vehicle we bought and they said it was the cleanest used car they ever had for a pre-buy inspection. Dealer changes spark plugs, filters, oil, and in some instances even tires and upholstry. No pressure sales made for a great experience. You can tell the dealership takes pride in what they sell. Would recommend to friends and family to use this dealership.

About over a month ago. I bought a Hyundai Tucson. I had one of the best buying experiences. From the moment I spoke with my sales person to closing the deal with the finance person. No hassles from start to finish. Austin my sales person went above and beyond during my purchase. He even checked to make sure the car was what we wanted. Tony one of the finance managers was great. Explained everything thoroughly. It was fast and simple. I would recommend Twin City Hyundai to everyone. You will not regret it. Also, everyone that worked there is nice and made sure I was being helped.

If i could leave a ZERO i would. They sold me a Jeep JUNE 11, 2025 that as soon as I drove it off the lot, lost HALF ITS VALUE!! i traded in another Jeep with super low miles. Less than 8000, and paid them a large sum of money because they were giving me a "deal" they gave me a deal alright, screwed me over. Not even 90 days later , EARLY SEPTEMBER 2025. I wanted to get rid of the brand new jeep and thats when I found out the 60,000 jeep was worth 30k if that. That doesnt even top the story. I was supposed to get a $7500 rebate as this was a 4xe JEEP. The paper work was to be filed by the dealership 3 days after the sale, keep that in mind. Well North Knox never told me about that at all. I found out about the rebate from another dealership I was at. I contacted my accountant he filed through the IRS a correction to the current tax return, only to find out North Knox never completed the paperwork on their end. I went to North Knox May 18, 2026 they said oh you just turn in a copy of the window sticker and the invoice. I provided those to the accountant, nope still declined due to North Knox never filed the paper work at all. We spoke to North Knox and at first they said oh its your fault because you refused to give us your ss#. I said i never refused anything. I was never even advised about the rebate. Since i advised that was incorrect information. Then they said oh june 1 was the cut off, there is nothing we can do. But we will give you some $$ off a new or used vehicle....hahaha what a joke, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A DEALERSHIP THAT IS HONEST! This place is no good
