I had an awesome experience with this dealership. They provided me an awesome car! It was exactly what I wanted, but it was in great condition and for a fair price. There customer service isn't a selling point, but their cars are. Reliable and trustworthy. They were also super helpful in helping me get information for my out of state issues. My credit union was being a pain in the xxx, but the dealership went out of their way to assist us more than my own credit union.

Love the new place, it looks great. All great people working there as well. I'll drive an hr away every 4-6 months just for an oil change because they get the job done plus more. (Car wash) they are friendly when on the phone and in person. Sales team is great. They did what they could to help with payments, so this place will be where I get most if not all of my new cars from.

Chaz told me as much as he wanted to help he couldn't at the time. 3 months later he never gave up and invited me back in, we did a remote application so I didn't have to waste my time coming in. He called me after the process and said he could get me in a vehicle. I went in today August 29 2025 and drove a 2018 jeep Cherokee off the lot. If I know anyone in my situation I will definitely send them to jdb Amherst.

Purchased a 2010 BMW convertible in Dec 2021. Car had some running problems and Rob took it back and fixed them at no cost. A short while later it developed more engine problems. Rob took the car in a discovered the problem. I had moved so really didn't want to to back and get the car. Rob repurchased the car from me at an extremely fair price. All thru the process he did exactly as he said he would do. They say they are committed to customer satisfaction and lived up to every aspect of it. I would highly recommend the dealership for a used vehicle of any type or model.

I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy, they sell junk, that is way overpriced and their customer service is horrible. A guy by the name of Mike, or Michael White was absolutely rude and came off as arrogant, egotistical, elitist, and the list goes on. Definitely not someone I would want to work with on anything, much less an automotive loan!

Aaron Anderson went out of his way for us. We had an appointment to test drive a vehicle, unfortunately we arrived 5 minutes prior to closing, as this dealership is 1 hour from our home. Aaron waited for us, took us for a test drive and we negotiated a purchase price long after the dealership closed for the day. Although we could not agree on a price, Aaron was extremely appreciative and gracious when we left the dealership, without a new vehicle. However, he did contact us the next day and we were then able to negotiate a price. Our vehicle has been outstanding and our contact with Aaron has continued to be wonderful. He is currently working with our daughter to find a pre-owned vehicle. We will always recommend Brother's Chevrolet to friends and family, even though it is quite far away. It is a great hometown dealership with hometown employees who treat you like their friend and neighbor.

Wow! Really underhanded business practices! -Blatantly selling warranties that they had no intention of honoring from the very beginning. Lying to customers. And Travis Smiley himself is something else! So disrespectful to women! He doesn’t even know the names of some of his best former employees. No wonder his employee turnover rate is so high. Everyone who knows me in the community knows I’m not a complainer and I’ve never left a scathing review like this, but I feel like the community needs to know. This man should not be doing business in our town!

Had been looking for a truck for our son for weeks. Was told to go to DC Auto Plex in Bellevue by our friend Mark who had bought his truck there. We stopped in and spoke to Seth who helped us find the perfect truck at the perfect price. We were amazed at how friendly Seth was. We felt at ease the second we started working with him. Come to find out he is the owner. Our son loves the truck and could not have been happier than we were with the total experience. We would recommend them to any and everyone. This guy is just excellent.

Can't begin to say enough about Matt & Ashley! Very accommodating & extremely friendly. According to carfax it was in an accident. Asked the manager what kind of damage there was and from the photos and what I was told, bumper skin. OK, not a big deal. Well it's the morning after purchase, discovered I was lied to. They accident obviously was a bit more extensive. The liftgate (which still has junkyard part #'s on it) and other parts as well. Hit so hard the plastic is buckled inside. The drivers side was hit evidenced by bondo & a bad paint job & the overspray left behind. The front bumper doesn't even line up, so I can only assume damaged up there too. Contacted the dealer, said it's off the lot & my problem! At this point, I'm left no choice but to contact The Ohio Attorney General and Attorney Greg Reichenbach. I can't stop reflecting on our trade. The manager went down $2k on my trade offer because they put it on a lift and discovered a leak. I didn't want to walk away from the deal over $2,000. So he & I walked outdoors and distinctly said to him, you had the opportunity to put our vehicle on a lift and go through it with a fine tooth comb and I'm not afforded the same opportunity with the vehicle I'm buying from you. Im taking you at your word that there is nothing wrong with it. There's so much wrong... You don't want to accept the return and it hasn't even been 24 hours, which would have been the easiest & most decent and reputable thing to do. We will take the route to get our desired outcome. Update: While discussing situation on the phone, a man stating he was the manager, threatened if we followed through with our complaints their would be repercussions on our end. I Sir am not not happy with this entire deal nor your threat! ** Please look at the reviews on cars.com for this dealership. It seems this is common practice for them!**

If you're hard up for a vehicle they have the right program for you where they put you on a vehicle that breaks down constantly then I asked you what you did wrong to it in the end you end up giving the vehicle back to them because you're so frustrated the vehicle goes to auction sells for nothing the dealership takes you to court to get the rest of their money that's how this dealership makes their money and the whole time everybody in that dealership is acting like your best friend while they're stabbing you in the back.
