When we were roaming around the dealership looking for my son’s car, Gilbert Olivares came up quickly to assist. With a lot of sense of humor he offered to help us find a good and affordable car. It was at the end of the day when we were already tired but Gilbert was very patient with us through the process. As we didn’t have much experience, he was very truthful with telling us what things to watch out for while looking at various options. What impressed us most was the way Gilbert treated us with kindness and respect throughout the whole process, while not pressuring us to buy (like other dealerships do). We feel that after all his patience with us we feel that we moved away with a good car at a very good price. I would truly recommend my family and friends to Gilbert and this dealership!

We got top dollar for our trade in which really helped seal the deal! Financing was super easy and they also took our suggestion to use a credit union we were already a part of and that really helped because we secured a pretty good finance rate through them. Thanks to everyone at Zeigler, the finance team and especially Kim for helping us on our journey!

6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.

I went to Pfeiffer to get recall work done on my 2001 Windstar, to make a long story short Ford Motor co. said it was irrepairable and bought the windstar back at a premium.So naturally I started looking for a replacement vehicle. Well we drove over to Grand Ledge 150 mile round trip and had 4 or 5 vehicles selected to look at from the "Mega" dealer over there. After a terrible negotiating experience at Grand Ledge we returned to Pfeiffer Farms where we brought the windstar for recall work, and Pfeiffer (Mark Keech) worked with us and got us a terrific deal on a newer vehicle for my daughter. Mark was a pleasure to work with (though he had to "talk" to the manager once) and Dean Smith the service manager was very friendly and we even met Dan Pfeiffer that morning too! I've brought my villager to have it serviced there in the past and am very happy with the whole operation over there. Thank you Pfeiffer for a wonderful experience.

Sadly I have watched my Mom get jerked around by the clowns in the "service" department. My Mom was having problems with her Subaru going dead, randomly. I checked the battery terminals and they were covered with corrosion. I asked my Mom why the didn't clean the terminals when they've had it in for "service", she said because they wanted to charge her to clean them up. These were beyond corroded. I cleaned up the battery posts and the connectors, problem solved. If you want to pay a premium for service and get the bare minimum, maple hill is the place for ypu
