Generally they're a good dealership, but recently I've had issues with the service department that I've had to add oil to my car right after they did an oil change because is was not full. The technician that did my oil change was Wyatt Vogel. Also, when I dropped off the car at my appointment time, I requested that they wash my car for me - they said OK. When I was told it was ready, it was not washed. I had to wait another 35 minutes for them to wash it.

We bought a 2020 ford edge, and within 2000 miles we had issues with the AWD system. I contacted them and they brought it in and scanded it found out it was a bad sensor on the rear differential. We had not bought the extended warranty, but they were great and covered the whole thing. We will definitely go back again for any more service and if we are in the market for a new car. Keep up the good work Serra Ford Gaylord!!!

After talking to my husband, he suggested I stop at a Ford dealership and have my tires checker. I stopped at Patriot Ford and was helped by Josh Lamer, Service Writer. He immediately pulled my car in and checked my tires. He was very professional and helpful! I thanked him again and told him how appreciative I was for him to help me out. Way to go Josh! I'm very impressed!

They knew I couldn't afford another vehicle yet and the Gentlemen still helped me get my truck off the road and then drove me to my job interview while still treating me with respect. The dealership did repairs on my truck I still had under lease, balljoints, idler arm, pitman arm, new tires and rims. They didn't tighten down the driverside CV axle nut and the wheel bearing exploded while going down the road, the idler and pitman arms were never replaced even though I was charged labor and parts for it. The tires were not new, there is a plug in one when I got ot and it's now a slow leak. Don't buy from them or let them do work on your vehicle.

I also left my vehicle with JW’s Service Center to have a few accessories added and those guys were awesome!! I brought in my 2019 Ram because at random the cluster would so out while driving. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted with a handshake and was treated as I was the only priority the advisor (Andy) had of the day. I was checked in and shown where the waiting area was. There was coffee, tea, cookies and water for refreshments and the waiting area was clean and quite. A short time later, Andy came to tell me that they needed to order a part for my truck and that if I would like, Chrysler would pay for a rental if I didn't want to drive my truck while waiting for the part. Once the part was in, it was promptly installed and I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Once I returned to pick it up, I was again warmly greeted and my truck was pulled around for me. I greatly appreciate the fantastic service and would recommend this service department to any and all who need their vehicles repaired. Thank You Bill Marsh!!!!

Full of lies. First my oil change emptied half or more of the oil on my new concrete when I returned home, then they told me the oil filter gasket was bad..funny there was no oil on the filter. Oil leak was on opposite side. An employee promised to come and clean the concrete today..the day is half over,not a word. They won't see me again.

My daughter bought a vehicle from Betten Baker about 2 months ago. She’s only made one payment on it and already has to replace the engine. I contacted them and they aren’t willing to do anything to make it right. They state they inspected it prior to selling and there was nothing wrong with it. However, the damage done to this engine was due to being run out of oil several times, which hasn’t even had time to do. They clearly saw an opportunity to take advantage of a young lady that knows nothing about vehicles and jumped on that opportunity.

Joe . he took care of the bugs at no cost to me. 2 weeks later the radiator started pouring out water. went back to talk with Joe. Mark Blandin made buying out of state, sight unseen as smooth and easy as possible. Once the car arrived (in CA from MI), it was in perfect condition. Mark and the team followed up to ensure I was happy with everything and were very responsive to a few questions I had even after the sale. Would highly recommend them whether you're in Michigan or any other state.
