I have had my vehicles serviced over the last couple of years at this location, and have been pleased. I recently had some accidental damage done to one of my vehicles during service. The Operations Manager and Service Advisor worked with me to have the repair done to my satisfaction. In Northern Michigan, it is a challenge to find "big city service" in our small towns. Wyatt Ford of Manistee is working to bring that level of service this area deserves.

We bought a 2020 ford edge, and within 2000 miles we had issues with the AWD system. I contacted them and they brought it in and scanded it found out it was a bad sensor on the rear differential. We had not bought the extended warranty, but they were great and covered the whole thing. We will definitely go back again for any more service and if we are in the market for a new car. Keep up the good work Serra Ford Gaylord!!!

After talking to my husband, he suggested I stop at a Ford dealership and have my tires checker. I stopped at Patriot Ford and was helped by Josh Lamer, Service Writer. They knew I couldn't afford another vehicle yet and the Gentlemen still helped me get my truck off the road and then drove me to my job interview while still treating me with respect. The dealership did repairs on my truck I still had under lease, balljoints, idler arm, pitman arm, new tires and rims. They didn't tighten down the driverside CV axle nut and the wheel bearing exploded while going down the road, the idler and pitman arms were never replaced even though I was charged labor and parts for it. The tires were not new, there is a plug in one when I got ot and it's now a slow leak. Don't buy from them or let them do work on your vehicle.

I brought in my 2019 Ram because at random the cluster would so out while driving. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted with a handshake and was treated as I was the only priority the advisor (Andy) had of the day. I was checked in and shown where the waiting area was. There was coffee, tea, cookies and water for refreshments and the waiting area was clean and quite. A short time later, Andy came to tell me that they needed to order a part for my truck and that if I would like, Chrysler would pay for a rental if I didn't want to drive my truck while waiting for the part. Once the part was in, it was promptly installed and I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Once I returned to pick it up, I was again warmly greeted and my truck was pulled around for me. I greatly appreciate the fantastic service and would recommend this service department to any and all who need their vehicles repaired. Thank You Bill Marsh!!!!

Full of lies. First my oil change emptied half or more of the oil on my new concrete when I returned home, then they told me the oil filter gasket was bad..funny there was no oil on the filter. Oil leak was on opposite side. An employee promised to come and clean the concrete today..the day is half over,not a word. They won't see me again.

My daughter bought a vehicle from Betten Baker about 2 months ago. She’s only made one payment on it and already has to replace the engine. I contacted them and they aren’t willing to do anything to make it right. They state they inspected it prior to selling and there was nothing wrong with it. However, the damage done to this engine was due to being run out of oil several times, which hasn’t even had time to do. They clearly saw an opportunity to take advantage of a young lady that knows nothing about vehicles and jumped on that opportunity.
