I genuinely tried to be patient with Boland Chevrolet, but this entire experience has been exhausting.
Within a very short period of time, I was hit with another major repair after already spending thousands trying to keep this vehicle on the road. At some point you stop feeling like a customer and start feeling like a payment source attached to a problem nobody wants to take accountability for.
What frustrates me most is not even the repair itself. Vehicles break. I understand that. It’s the lack of transparency, the feeling of being brushed aside afterward, and the realization that once paperwork is signed, customer care seems to evaporate into thin air.
I work hard for my money. Most people do. When someone spends thousands at a dealership, they expect honesty, guidance, and at least some willingness to stand behind what they sell. Instead, I’ve spent more time stressed, stranded, and scrambling financially than actually enjoying the vehicle.
I’m leaving this review because I wish someone had been this honest before I made my decision.
